Měkkýši NPR Špraněk: 140 let bádání v Javoříčském krasu (střední Morava, Česká republika)

The Špraněk NNR, as a prominent part of the Javoříčko Karst, has long been a focus of malacological research. In this study, we have assembled all the information on the mollusc fauna regarding this area by compiling literature data, records from the Natural History Museum in Prague, and data from our own field research. Since the end of the 19th century, 86 species of molluscs have been recorded. The malacofauna is dominated by preserved forest communities with a significant proportion of xerophilous and calciphilous species. The three most represented ecological groups are strictly forest (31%), woodland (15%), and euryvalent (15%) species. European and Central European species comprise the largest portion of the species composition, but a significant component is also represented by Alpine and Carpathian species, as the area lies on the border between the Bohemian Massif and the Carpathians. The execution of the decision in conditions of the Czech social security administration

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na realizaci výkonu rozhodnutí na okresních správách sociálního zabezpečení. Popisuje správní exekuci a soudní výkonu rozhodnutí, zabývá se exekucemi prováděnými soudními exekutory, zástavním právem, ale i uplatňováním pohledávek ve veřejných dražbách, v insolvenčních řízeních či likvidacích. Podrobně jsou rozpracovány jednotlivé formy soudního výkonu rozhodnutí - srážky ze mzdy, přikázání pohledávky, prodej movitých věcí, prodej nemovitostí. Práce popisuje celý postup realizace výkonu rozhodnutí od vystavování exekučních titulů, přes zjišťování informací o dlužnících, výběr konkrétního druhu exekuce, až po její zastavení. Cílem práce je objasnit postupy okresních správ sociálního zabezpečení při provádění výkonu rozhodnutí, zhodnotit úspěšnost vymáhání pohledávek a navrhnout opatření k efektivnější exekuční činnosti.The diploma work is specialized focused on the realization of the execution of the decision at district social security administrations. It describes an administrative execution and a judicial execution, deals with executions conducted by court distrainers, with a right of lien, and even with submitting claims in public auctions, in insolvency proceedings or liquidations. It contains a detailed analysis of each form of the judicial execution - payroll deductions, assignments of claims, sales of personal and real estate. The work describes the whole process of realization of the execution of the decision from the issue of executory titles, the gathering information on the debtors, the selection of a particular type of the execution, up to the cessation of the execution. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou družstevního podnikání, se zvláštním zaměřením na východní Čechy. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku družstev, historii českých družstev a jejich postavení v době hospodářské krize, kterou jsem doplnila srovnáním s obchodními společnostmi. Job satisfaction

The aim of this work was to focus on the factors that influence job satisfaction at the District Court in the Český Krumlov, determine the current status of overall job satisfaction, and in the case of dissatisfaction propose solutions to improve the situation. To determine the status of the job satisfaction, a questionnaire has been designed. It has been found that the greatest effect on job satisfaction has the reward system. The employees are, however, dissatisfied with it. Nevertheless the employees of the organization are rather satisfied

Sport activities in high schools in Prague

The aim of the thesis was to determinate how many percent of students of high schools of Prague do sport outside school. The first part outline the problem of the role of sport and physical activities in the life of Czech population and describes theory and the process of the research. The second part presents results achieved by written questioning. In conclusion, the comparison of grammar schools and vocational schools is presented and the results are interpreted

Conifers in the education of the biology

3 Abstract This thesis covers conifers (Pinopsida) and their use in teaching natural science in primary schools and biology in secondary schools. The aim is to analyze the problems of conifers (Pinopsida) at FEP (Framework Education Programme) for basic education and in selected textbooks, to determine the level of teaching conifers (Pinopsida) in primary schools and secondary schools in the Benešov region and propose a project with the theme of conifers (Pinopsida) for primary and secondary schools, with partial verification in the classroom. The theoretical part is concerned with conifers (Pinopsida) from a biological point of view. Characterize a group of conifers (Pinopsida), it's representatives in the Czech Republic and also deal with the ecology of conifers (Pinopsida). In the research part, using text and tables I mention results of analysis of FEP for basic education and analysis of textbooks. Later in the form of tables and graphs I mention the results of research on teaching conifers (Pinopsida) in primary and secondary schools in the Benešov region. Research was conducted using the questionnaire. Finally, I present the proposed project: The scent of resin partially verified in primary school. Personal Identity in Enhancement

The aim of this paper is to introduce the concept of human enhancement, its methods and its relation to personal identity. Also several approaches to personal identity will be described. Transhumanism is a special think tank supporting human enhancement through modern technologies and some of its representatives claim, that even great changes to human organisms will not affect their personal identity. I will briefly describe the most important means of human enhancment and consider the problem of personal identity for each of them separately
