Public Procurement Data Validation

Práce analyzuje problematiku zveřejňování informací o veřejných zakázkách podle oficiálních standardů v České republice i v kontextu Evropské unie. Navrhuje nový konceptuální model a realizuje ho v podobě formátu pro publikaci a výměnu dat o veřejných zakázkách. Dále navrhuje množinu pravidel pro kontrolu publikovaných informací a vytváří pokročilý nástroj pro praktickou kontrolu dat publikovaných na tzv. profilech zadavatele. Tento nástroj je otestován na všech 10 500 reálně fungujících profilech zadavatele, práce uzavírá zhodnocením kvality uveřejněných informací. Nástroj byl veřejně publikován a je používán ke kontrole samotnými zadavateli. Governmental Linked Data and Experimental Application

The aim of this thesis is to introduce the technologies of Resource Description Framework and Linked Data and map the current situation in pub- lishing procurement in the Czech Republic on the Internet. The thesis is focused on problems and de ciencies in the publishing and o ers solution in the form of Government Linked Data. Along with that, an experimental application for scraping and triplifying public contracts from the E-ZAK system is developed. It also allows possible later extensions for other systems administrating public procurement. The obtained RDF dataset is mashed up with a Linked Data da- ta source for public contracts posted in ISVZ containing also information about organizations from ARES system. The mashed data are visualized in a simple Web application. In the conclusion, the entire thesis is summarized and a couple of hints for developers of similar applications are mentioned

Design solution of industrial brake attachment panel

Práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukce dílce pro uchycení průmyslové brzdy. V úvodníchkapitolách jsou popsány jednotlivé typy konstrukcí průmyslových brzd a jejich vlastnosti. Nazákladě takto provedené rešerše byla vybrána kotoučová brzda jako vhodná volba pro brždění.Následně byl vymodelován tvar dílce vyhovující vybrané brzdě. Navržená konstrukce jepočítána analytickým postupem tak, že součást je rozdělena na jednotlivé početní úseky, kdejsou vyjádřena normálová a smyková napětí. Pro kritický průřez je uveden výpočet koeficientubezpečnosti. Součást je také podrobena simulaci konečných prvků (MKP) a její výsledky jsouporovnány s analytickým přístupem. Díky provedeným výpočtům a simulaci MKP jsou vzávěru doporučeny změny vybraných rozměrů dílce pro lepší ekonomické zhodnocení.Výpočty kapitol společně s výkresovou dokumentací jsou uvedeny v přílohách.This thesis is concerned with design for part construction for the fixing for industrial brake. Inthe introductory chapters the individual types of constructions of industrial brakes and theirproperties are described. A disc brake was chosen as a convenient choice for braking.Subsequently, the shape of the part corresponding to the selected brake was modeled. Theproposed structure is calculated by an analytical procedure so that the component is dividedinto individual numerical sections where normal and shear stresses are expressed. Thecalculation of the safety factor is given for the critical cross-section. The component is alsosubjected to finite element simulation (FEM) and its results are compared with an analyticalapproach. Thanks to the performed calculations and the FEM simulation, changes of selectedpart dimensions are recommended in the conclusion for better economic evaluation.
