SERVICES OF PRIVATE EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES

V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljen zgodovinski razvoj agencij za zaposlovanje na območju Evropske unije in Republike Slovenije. Bolj podrobno je prikazana veljavna normativna ureditev dejavnosti zasebnih agencij za zaposlovanje v Republiki Sloveniji. V empiričnem delu diplomske naloge smo na osnovi uradnih podatkov oziroma seznamov izdelali analize s treh zornih kotov: prvič, o storitvah, ki jih iskalcem zaposlitve in delodajalcem ponujajo agencije za zaposlovanjedrugič, o stališčih anketiranih delavcev do delovanja agencij za zaposlovanje, kar smo primerjali tudi s sorodno raziskavo M. Vrenko (2009)tretjič, o stališčih večjih anketiranih podjetij do sodelovanja z agencijami. Analize so pokazale, da so kadrovske agencije glede na število in ponujene storitve v Sloveniji že dokaj dobro uveljavljene, vendar je poleg prednosti razvidno še precej slabosti in pomanjkljivosti. Pomeni, da bodo morale agencije na tem področju še veliko postoriti, zlasti pri storitvah za iskalce zaposlitve.In the theoretical part, the thesis presents the historical development of employment agencies in the European Union and the Republic of Slovenia. More focus is given to the current regulatory framework of private employment agency activities in the Republic of Slovenia. The empirical part of the thesis was based on official data analysis, seen from three different angles: first, the services provided to job seekers and employers, offered by the employment agenciessecondly, the views on service of the employment agencies, assessed by interviewed employees (same was also compared to a related survey done by M. Vrenko (2009) and thirdly, touching upon the views of surveyed companies on their cooperation with employment agencies. Analysis show that the employment agencies are relatively well established, based on number and services offered in Slovenia, however apart from the benefits, also some apparent weaknesses and shortcomings were established. Hence, employment agencies still have some way to go, especially in the job seeker part of their service

THE IMPORTANCE OF ERP SOLUTIONS AND THEIR CUSTOMIZATION

Sodobni ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) sistemi so rešitve, ki podjetjem zagotovijo hitro odzivnost, boljše sodelovanje s kupci, dobavitelji ter poslovnimi partnerji na globalnem trgu, preko spleta, kjerkoli in kadarkoli. Podjetje Datalab d.d. je za to področje razvilo ERP sistem Pantheon 5.5. S pomočjo razvojnega okolja Ares, ki je integrirano v sam Pantheon 5.5, je omogočeno razvijanje lastnih modulov in funkcionalnosti, ki na ta način sistemu ERP omogočajo večjo fleksibilnost in popolno prilagoditev ter podporo informacijske tehnologije delovnim procesom organizacije. Zagotavlja možnost za razvoj dodatnih modulov za izvoze podatkov, kot so izvozi v tekstovne, excelove ter druge datoteke, povezljivost z zunanjimi informacijskimi sistemi in njihovimi podatkovnimi bazami in ostale prilagoditve po potrebi poslovnih procesov. Ker je razvojno okolje že vključeno v sam sistem, je za implementacijo dodatnih funkcionalnosti sistema Pantheon 5.5 dobra izbira, da te dodatne module implementiramo v razvojnem okolju Ares.Modern ERP (Enterprise resource Planning) systems are the solutions which provide companies rapid response, better cooperation with customers, suppliers and business partner in a global market via the internet, anywhere and anytime. The company Datalab d.d has developed an ERP system Pantheon 5.5 for this area. With the help of the development environment Ares, which is integrated in the Pantheon 5.5, it is possible to develop custom solutions and functionality. In that way they enable to the ERP system greater flexibility, complete adjustments and support information technology to work process organization. It provides the opportunity to develop additional modules to export dataexported to text, excel and other files, connectivity with external information systems and their databases, and other adjustments when required to business processes. The development environment is already included in the system itself. To implement additional functionality of the system Pantheon 5.5 it is a good choice that we implement these additional modules in the development environment Ares

Renovation and maintenance of machine for centerless grinding

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen postopek brušenja, podrobneje še postopek brušenja brez konic in brusilni koluti ter glavni deli stroja. Predstavljen je postopek obnove stroja, celotna demontaža in montaža stroja ter vmesna popravila s strganjem ter vse napake in težave, ki se pojavijo pri obnavljanju stroja. Opisane so tudi rešitve, spremembe in rezultati pridobljeni po končani obnovi stroja. Preden je naročnik brusilni stroj dokončno prevzel, je bila preverjena ustreznost stroja glede na podane zahteve, in sicer na lokaciji obnavljanja in kasneje še na končnem mestu prevzema stroja, kjer je bil stroj postavljen v proizvodnjo ter umeščen v delovni proces. Preverjanje je bilo osredotočeno predvsem na delovanje brusilnega stroja, ki se je ocenilo z izdelavo kosov in z izvajanjem meritev na obdelovancih. Obnovitev geometrije se je izvajala izključno s strganjem vseh naležnih in drsnih površin. S tem smo želeli izboljšati delovanje in natančnost stroja. Poleg tega je bil eden od ciljev obnove zagotoviti zanesljivo in ponovljivo nastavitev in delovanje stroja v ozkem tolerančnem območju, ki je predvideno za tovrstne stroje. Potrebno je doseči ponovljivo in stabilno območje izdelave brušenega premera izdelka v zahtevanih ozkih tolerancah znotraj 0,005 mm, kar je bilo z obnovo tudi doseženo. Na koncu naloge so predstavljeni dejansko pridobljeni rezultati obnovljenega delovnega stroja. Na osnovi le-teh so predstavljene potencialne rešitve ter nadaljnja navodila za učinkovito vzdrževanje brusilnega stroja.The thesis presents the process of sanding, moreover the process of centreless grinding and grinding wheels and the main parts of the machine were also presented in detail. Furthermore, the whole process of reconstruction of the machine, complete disassembly and assembly of the machine and interim repairs by scraping and all the errors and problems that occured when restoring the machine are described. It also describes solutions, changes and results obtained after the reconstruction of the machine. Before the subscriber finally took over the grinding machine, its adequacy was verified according to the given requirements, firstly at the site of renewal and finally at the site of acceptance, where the machine has been placed into production and in the working process. Verification was mainly focused on the operation of grinding machine, which was evaluated by pieces production and implementation of measurements on workpieces. Restore of the geometry was carried out exclusively by the scraping of all mating and sliding surfaces. With this we wanted to improve the performance and accuracy of the machine. In addition, one of the objectives of this reconstruction was to ensure reliable and repeatable setup and operation of the machine in the narrow tolerance range, which is intended for such machines. It is obligatory to achieve a reproducible and stable manufacturing area diameter of milled product in the tight tolerances, required within 0,005 mm, what was also achieved with the restoration. At the end of the thesis actual results obtained during the reconstruction are presented. On the basis of these results, potential solutions and additional instructions for regular maintenance are presented

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT FOR JOB SHOP SCHEDULING USING PRIORITY RULES

Diplomsko delo opisuje področje terminiranja naročil. V teoretičnem delu je opisan pomen terminiranja, njegovi učinki ter tehnike, s katerimi dosežemo optimalno razvrstitev naročil. V nadaljevanju je opisan postopek izdelave programa za terminiranje naročil, ki prikazuje razliko med uporabo izbranih prednostnih pravil za razvrščanje in dodatnim upoštevanjem pravila o nezasedenosti delovnega stroja. Sledi analiza programa z izbranimi podatki ter primerjava z primerljivim programom LEKIN.Thesis describes the scope of scheduling orders. In the theoretical part we describes the importance of scheduling, it\u27s effects and techniques to achieve optimal order. In practical part it\u27s described the process of developing the program for scheduling orders that illustrates the difference between the use of selected priority rules for sorting and adding the rule of unoccupied working machine.
