Import 21/10/2013Abstrakt Předmětem bakalářské práce „Nástroje komunikačního mixu v obchodním podniku“ je analýza podniku a jeho současného komunikačního mixu. Teoretická část se zabývá jednotlivými pojmy marketingového mixu a především nástroji komunikačního mixu. Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení s podnikem SD Jednota ve Vsetíně a vymezení současných nástrojů komunikačního mixu. Prostřednictvím dotazníku zjistit spokojenost zákazníků s komunikačním mixem a pomocí výsledků dotazníkového šetření navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení komunikace se zákazníkem.Abstract The aim of this bachelor theses „The Tools of Communication Mix in a Business Enterprise“ is analysis of enterprise and its present communication mix. The theoretical part analyses single terms of marketing mix and especially the tools of communication mix. The theses objective is presentation SD Jednota in Vsetín and demarcation present tools of communication mix. The Realized Erosion Control Steps in Forest Section of Watercourse South - East Moravia, Examination of their Influence

Hlavní část práce se zaměřuje na posouzení vlivu realizovaných protierozních opatření na lesních úsecích vodních toků jihovýchodní Moravy. V první části diplomové práce jsou popsány druhy eroze, její důsledky a možná protierozní opatření. V následující části jsem charakterizovala posuzované území, popsala aktuální stav realizovaných protierozních opatření a vyhodnotila jejich vliv na zájmové území. Na závěr diplomové práce jsem navrhla další postup realizace protierozních opatření.The main part of works (task) is surveys to adjudication influence realized protection from erosion of the forests streams in south-eastern Morava. In first part of diploma are describ type of erosin, consequences and protection from erosion. In n following part I´m characterize area, I write actuall view realized protection from erosion and consider their influence on area. This bachelor thesis discusses about possible manipulation in the Czech media background in connection with the Finance Minister of the Czech Republic Andrej Babiš, who also owns the largest media group Mafra. The first part of the text explains theoretical basis of examined phenomenon, information theory and manipulation theory. The second part focuses on the examined dailies and their ethic codes or Andrej Babiš and his media group Mafra itself. The last part of the thesis qualitatively analyzes individual dailies in 2015 and examines mutual differences and similarities

Dále popisuje postup založení podniku jako společnosti s ručením omezeným. Práce se zabývá také dalším vývojem podniku, riziky, kterým může podnik čelit a jejich eliminací. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda je daný podnikatelský plán reálný a životaschopný, k tomu byly využity především finanční výkazy, které byly vyhotoveny na základě dotazování potenciálních zákazníků.The master thesis titled Business Plan for Establishing of a Small Enterprise defines the basic theoretical concepts of the issue, contains a business plan of the company Jezdecké potřeby Carmen, Ltd. in Vsetín, which sells accessories for riders and horse´s breeders. It also describes establishing Limited Liability Company. The master thesis also deals with the further enterprise development and business risks, which a company may face, and elimination of these risks. The aim of the thesis is determining whether the business plan is realistic and viable. This diploma thesis deals with insolvency proceedings, respectively one of the methods of solving insolvency, ie bankruptcy. The thesis is based on valid legal regulation, ie Act No. 182/2006 Coll., on bankruptcy and methods of its solution (insolvency law), comments on gradual amendments to the insolvency law and analyzes the changes brought about by the last amendment of 2017. The practical part deals with the process of bankruptcy in practice and seeks to analyze financial statements using financial models to predict the approaching bankruptcy of the company or whether it is possible to derive recommendations for falling companies based on the findings

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komparativní analýzu energetických soustav, strategií a politik Rakouska a České republiky. Celá práce je rozčleněna na tři hlavní kapitoly, nadále je pak členěna do podkapitol. V první kapitole jsou definovány energetické pojmy a je vysvětlen výchozí rámec energetických politik Rakouska a ČR, čímž je energetická politika evropské unie. Druhá kapitola se věnuje analýze energetických soustav a mixů zkoumaných zemí. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na rozbor energetických strategií Rakouska a České republiky a na vzájemnou komparaci daných koncepcí.This bachelor´s thesis is focused on comparative analyses of energy system, energy policy and energy strategy of Austria and Czech Republic.
