    Competencias docentes para el desarrollo de las competencias b谩sicas de los alumnos

    En el curr铆culo de la formaci贸n inicial se se帽ala que los futuros maestros deben adquirir competencias docentes para promover el desarrollo de las competencias b谩sicas en los alumnos de Educaci贸n Primaria. 驴Qu茅 competencias docentes consideran los maestros que son m谩s necesarias para facilitar el aprendizaje de las competencias b谩sicas de los alumnos? Para abordar este interrogante, se realiz贸 un estudio con una muestra de 286 maestros en activo, utilizando un cuestionario elaborado a tal efecto, cuyos datos se sometieron a un an谩lisis estad铆stico descriptivo y factorial. Los resultados muestran que los maestros valoran la capacidad docente para promover la motivaci贸n, el esfuerzo y la responsabilidad de los alumnos como lo m谩s necesario para el desarrollo de las competencias b谩sicas. Por otro lado, consideran menos necesario la competencia para ense帽ar una lengua extranjera. No se detecta un planteamiento transversal de las competencias docentes, paralelo al car谩cter integrador de las competencias b谩sicas en el curr铆culo escolar. Por 煤ltimo, se presentan algunas implicaciones para la formaci贸n inicial de los futuros maestros.In the initial training curriculum states that prospective teachers must acquire teaching competences to promote the development of key competences in primary school students. What teachers consider teaching competences that are necessary to facilitate the learning of key competences of students? To address this question, we conducted a study with a sample of 286 teachers in active, using a questionnaire developed for this purpose, whose data were subjected to descriptive statistical analysis and factorial. The results show that teachers value teaching capacity to promote motivation, effort and responsibility of students as most necessary for the development of key competences. On the other hand, considered less necessary competence to teach a foreign language. Not detected a transversal approach of teaching competencies, parallel to the inclusiveness of key competences in the school curriculum. Finally, we present some implications for the initial teacher education

    Las competencias de los maestros de primaria: percepci贸n de los estudiantes en pr谩cticas

    La implantaci贸n del Espacio Europeo de Educaci贸n Superior supone la incorporaci贸n de competencias en los programas universitarios de las asignaturas que componen las distintas titulaciones. Este estudio pretende conocer la percepci贸n que tienen los estudiantes en pr谩cticas de la especialidad de Educaci贸n Primaria de la Facultad de Educaci贸n de la UCM sobre la formaci贸n que han recibido en la universidad, en relaci贸n a una serie de competencias fundamentales para el desarrollo de su tarea profesional. Tambi茅n nos interesa comprobar las competencias que consideran m谩s importantes para su profesi贸n y si existe o no correlaci贸n con su valoraci贸n de la formaci贸n recibida en dichas competencias.The introduction of the European Higher Education Area involves including competencies in the university syllabuses of the subjects which make up the different degrees. This research aims to know to what extend the trainees, from Primary Education branch in the Teacher Training College at Madrid Complutense University, are aware during their teaching practice period of the training they have received at University in connection with a series of essential competencies for the development of their professional task. It is also of great interest for us to find out which competencies they consider the most important ones for their profession, and to check whether or not there is a direct relationship with the value given to the training received in such competencies
