    Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah

     ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian–Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan, baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan– Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen untuk mengukur variabel penelitian. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada responden, di mana responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah sebanyak 152 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dari instrumen kuesioner diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS untuk selanjutnya dilakukan uji regresi linier berganda. Temuan– Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta pendidikan dan pelatihan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Keterbatasan penelitian– Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam jumlah responden, cakupan unit analisis, dan jenis variabel. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi peneliti selanjutnya dengan menambah jumlah responden. Peneliti selanjutnya juga diharapkan dapat memperluas cakupan unit analisis, bukan hanya pada bank pembangunan daerah namun juga pada bank nasional maupun organisasi lainnya serta menambah jumlah variabel penelitian, seperti motivasi, komitmen organisasional,kompensasi dan sebagainya.Originality/value– Penelitian ini menggunakan proposisi konsep variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan kemudian menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai, di mana konsep penelitian tersebut jumlahnya masih cukup terbatas khususnya di unit analisis Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah. Keywords : Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Kinerja Pegawai, Bank Syariah.

Of course the main actor is the both domestic and foreign,either already engaged in the crumb rubber industry as well as other industries.One location is in special economic zone (KEK) near Tanjung Api-api, and most importantly, a strong commitment and cooperation between actors coherent, government ,the public and researchers to realize the development of downstream industries of rubber and palm oil

    Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Bank Sumsel Babel Kantor Pusat

    Tujuan penelitian – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bank Sumsel Babel Kantor Pusat, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan, serta untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 199 responden dari total populasi 397. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier ganda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang dirancang dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel (korelasional).Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial dan simultan. Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Keterbatasan penelitian – Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel motivasi dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan agar menambahkan variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam uji penelitian ini seperti kepemimpinan, kompensasi, konflik, kekuasaan, struktur organisasi, desain pekerjaan, desain organisasi, dan karir.Originality/value – Penelitian ini menggunakan data independen berupa kinerja yang berbeda dengan penelitian lainnya, yaitu fenomena penurunan kinerja pegawai yang berdampak pada penurunan kinerja operasional perusahaan. Keywords : Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai

    The Influence of Motivation and Work Ability on Employee Performance

    This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work ability on employee performance at PT Jasa Marga Toll Road Operator. The population in this research was 150 employees who worked at PT Jasa Marga Toll Road Operator, while the sample in this research used cluster random sampling. So the units selected as samples were not individuals, but organized groups of individuals, where the samples were all 120 operational employees. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that motivation and work ability have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. For motivation variable, hoped that there will be an opportunity to provide promotions to employees by simplifying the conditions and stages in the consideration and selection process provided. Meanwhile, for the work ability variable, hoped that the Company can become a forum that facilitates employees to improve their abilities. Apart from that, companies also need to provide opportunities for employees to provide input and responses in resolving the problems and challenges

    The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Corporate Culture and Transformational Leadership partially or jointly to the performance of the Pertamina RU III employee after 5 years Transformation in Pertamina. This study used a descriptive survey method approach. Survey method is a research method in which information is collected through the use of questionnaires. The number of sample were 8 x total of research indicator (14 indicators). The numbers of total sample were 112 respondents, were about 16,5 % of 680 population of Pertamina RU III Plaju. Regarding to the title of this research, the beginning phase was 2008 to 2013, and the population in this study were the employee of Pertamina RU III who have worked at least 5 years. Essential things that must be considered in writing the questionnaire, the determination of the list of questions, as well as the format of the questionnaire design, as well as using infrencial analysis with multiple linear regression analysis model (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that Corporate Culture variable (X1) which partially have a significant influence to the employee performance (Y), and the same thing for Transformational Leadership variable (X2), partially has a significant effect to the employee performance (Y). This is indicated by the significance p-value is smaller than alpha value of 0.05. Furthermore, from the results of the F test (Simultaneous Test), Corporate Culture (X1) and Transformational Leadership (X2) have a significant influence to performance of Pertamina RU III Plaju employee (Y)

    THE KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER AND THE PERFORMANCE OF THE HEADMASTER AT STATE HIGH SCHOOLS AND STATE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS IN SOUTH SUMATERA PROVINCE, INDONESIA

    This study aims to analyze the influence of the knowledge transfer which consists of variables socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization (SECI) towards the the performance of the headmaster at state high schools and state vocational high schools in South Sumatera Province, Indonesia. The population in this study were 255 headmasters of state high schools and state vocational high schools in South Sumatra Province of Indonesia where there were 167 responses collected by using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling technique. The instrument in measuring the variables in this study was questionnaires which were distributed to respondents. Questionnaire validity and reliability tests were conducted on 30 headmasters of state junior secondary schools in Palembang city who were pilot tests out of the sample to be researched later by means of calculating if r-count > r-table, then the questionnaire items were valid and if the correlation coefficient was bigger than critical value, then the instrument is declared reliable. The testing of data normality and hypothesis test statistics is done with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results showed that SECI which consists of socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the headmaster. Separately, each variables of SECI, socialization and internalization have just a positive and significant effect. Whether, externalization and combination have not a positive and significant effect.     Based on the Environmental Quality Index reported by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2017 the Environmental Quality Index rank of South Sumatra slipped to rank 20 nationally, wherein the previous year was ranked 16. Environmental performance was one of the factors in Environmental Quality Index. Most of the previous research on environmental performance and GHRM was carried out in the manufacturing industry analysis units, while other industrial fields have not been studied much including hospitals. In fact, the hospital is one of the business sectors that is quite related to the environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of GHRM which consists of the variables Green Recruitment and Selection (GRS), Green Training (GTR), and Green Compensation (GCO) partially or jointly on the performance of the hospital environment in Palembang City. The Grand Theory which is used in this research is Ecocentrism Theory and Triple Bottom Line. The population in this study were hospital employees at government hospitals in Palembang, totalling 2,270 people. By using the Slovin formula and the stratified proportional random sampling method, the number of samples who became respondents in this study was 248 people. This research is processed by multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that GRS, GTR, and GCO partially had a significant effect on environmental performance in hospitals in Palembang City. The results also show that GRS, GTR, and GCO together also have a significant effect on environmental performance

    ABSTRACT Purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect of promotion on Job Satisfaction of employees in Kantor Wilayah Dirjen Pajak (DJP) Sumsel and Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Sampling using census technic with a total population (employees) Kantor Wilayah Dirjen Pajak (DJP) Sumsel and Kepulauan Bangka Belitung totaling 91 employees. Respondents derived from distribution of questionnaires by 55 respondents. Variabel measurement in this research used Questionnaries Linkert Scale and the type of collected data is primary data. The collected data are treated using simple regression analysis. The result showed that simple linear regression equation was obtained to Y = 27.412 + 0.487 X and t value 10,199 > t table 1,673. Based on these result indicated that job promotion has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees in Kantor Wilayah Dirjen Pajak (DJP) Sumsel and Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Promotion policy can be maintained for a defined good promotional companies make employees feel satisfaction in their work and enhance their knowledge and job experience of the employees
