Sentiment Analysis of User Reviews of E-commerce Applications: Case Study on the Shoppe Platform
The development of e-commerce in Indonesia is driven by the large population and extensive geography. One of the leading e-commerce applications in Indonesia is Shopee. User reviews of this application reflect public sentiment towards Shopee. The Naive Bayes method was used to classify reviews, with an accuracy rate of 90.76%. Using TF-IDF helps calculate the weight of words in reviews. Performance evaluation shows that the model has high accuracy in scenario 1 with a 60:40 split between training data and test data. The use of information technology has changed the business paradigm, including in e-commerce such as Shopee. The importance of understanding consumer sentiment can be seen from social media platforms, where sentiment analysis using Naive Bayes and Topic Modeling shows negative sentiment at the 11:11 Shopee Flashsale event. Suggestions for Shopee include improving event strategies such as Flashsale by inviting artists and improving customer service. Responsiveness to technical application problems is also emphasized to increase customer satisfaction. The increase in e-commerce transactions in Indonesia shows rapid growth, with many platforms emerging. Sentiment analysis such as that done with K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) on Google Play Store reviews provides insight into the experience of e-commerce users in Indonesia, with an accuracy rate of up to 82%. This research provides significant implications for e-commerce companies in better understanding and meeting customer expectations

RETRACTED : Analysis of Financial Performance of Tegal Regency Local Government
The management and accountability in the activities of regional autonomy and local finance are regulated by Government Regulation Number 1 of 2022, which states that financial management at the regional level starts from the initial planning to the supervision of the regional finances. The success of performance improvement is deemed effective when it aligns with government regulations. Kabupaten Tegal is one of the regions whose capacity to self-finance governance, development, and public services is still reliant on transfers from the central and provincial governments. This is evident in the low Regional Financial Independence Ratio, which stands at 22.10%. Kabupaten Tegal has yet to fully implement fiscal decentralization, as indicated by the fluctuating fiscal decentralization ratio, which falls into the low category. To provide better public services, Kabupaten Tegal must optimize its Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) potential

Banana Heart Sap Experiment
A unique and interesting creative process using banana blossom sap as a medium. Banana flower sap has specific characteristics compared to other synthetic colors. Banana flower sap tends to display typical milky white, gray, light brown, yellowish-green, red and dark brown colors. Painting using banana blossoms starts from picking the banana blossom. Exploration of the technique of cutting the stem of the banana flower until the sap oozes out and drips onto the canvas. Since then I have been practicing spontaneously using banana sap, involving movements of my fingers, pressing the banana flower gently, medium and hard. The effect of the pressure of the banana flower sap produces natural colors, according to the intensity of the movement of the fingers on the canvas. The method used is carried out spontaneously, following the stages of the art creation process (E4): Existence, Exploration, Experimentation and Evaluation. Realization (E4) represents the existence of my creative process. Utilization of fine art elements such as light, point, line, space, plane, color, texture and composition. The resulting works of art include the following titles: Banana Sap Color 1, Banana Sap Color 2, Banana Sap Color 3, and so on. The use of banana blossom sap is driven by the need to express the soul in order to produce new works of art of high quality and have high aesthetic value
Analysis of Quality of Service (QOS) on Whole Home Mesh Network with Wifi Connection
Advances in network technology are increasingly developing. Due to the human need for fast, easy and comfortable access to technology. So there is competition between network device manufacturers to innovate in creating new, compact technology, especially after the emergence of AI technology which has been trying to be embedded in various devices recently. Mash technology is nothing new in the networking world. However, problems that often occur with Mesh devices include compli-cated installation and requiring different types of devices and some-times with different brands there is quite noticeable latency. Whole Home Mash (WHM) is a technology made by TP-LINK which is embed-ded in DECO series devices which have various contemporary features such as WiFi 6, OFDMA and MU-MIMO which can facilitate device connections in accessing the internet. What is focused on in this re-search is the WiFi or wireless-based Mesh feature which makes this device very easy to install and the settings are supported by an App that can be accessed from the user's cellphone. Based on the Quality of Service (QoS) assessment criteria which consist of: Throughput, Delay, Jitter and Packet Loss, each of which gets a score of 4 in the index which means it is in the very good category. The results show that in 4 times with different conditions and distances it met criteria 4 (very good) in Throughput, Delay, Jitter but experienced a decrease in Pack-et Loss with the "moderate" criteria for data sizes above 400 MB. In short, this device meets index 4 of the four criteria above and can be a reference in modeling a WiFi-based network in the future
Natural Color Mangosteen Skin on Canvas Fabric
The process of creating art on canvas using natural colors from mangosteen peel represents a distinctive artistic endeavor. Mangosteen peel colors possess unique characteristics compared to synthetic ones. Across various dimensions, mangosteen peel colors tend to exhibit natural nuances such as light brown, brownish, reddish-purple, and blue. Painting with mangosteen peel entails a creative process that begins with harvesting the fruit from the garden. Spontaneously, upon splitting the mangosteen fruit into two equal parts, I decided to use the peel to make marks on the canvas. This technique involves spontaneous finger movements, gently, moderately, and sometimes forcefully pressing the canvas. The resulting color effects emerge naturally, correlating with the intensity of finger movements scraping the mangosteen peel on the canvas. The method of creating paintings using mangosteen peel is carried out spontaneously, following stages of art creation: existence, exploration, experimentation, realization, and evaluation. The realization of paintings using mangosteen peel reflects the dynamics of art creation, encompassing elements of visual arts such as light, point, line, space, plane, color, texture, and composition. The artworks produced are titled as expressions of color and line: Expression of Color and Line 1, Expression of Color and Line 2, Expression of Color and Line 3, and so forth. The use of mangosteen peel colors as an alternative medium in the process of creating paintings is driven by the necessity for creativity to achieve artworks of quality, significance, and harmonious value
