    Sidreni uređaj se sastoji od sidra, sidrenog lanca, stopera i sidrenog vitla. Za njihovu funkciju nužno je održavanje sidrenog uređaja te određivanje njegove uloge u održavanju broda. Potrebno je znati pravilnu tehniku sidrenja. Na stabilnost broda utječu mnogi faktori, kao što su morske (riječne) struje i valovi. Svaka vrsta broda zahtijeva određeni broj sidra, pramčanih odnosno krmenih sidrenih uređaja. Cilj održavanja sidrenih uređaja je ispitivanje, svakog njegovog dijela prije same upotrebe, te periodično održavanje prilikom eksploatacije broda kako bi sidreni uređaj uvijek bio spreman i potpunosti ispravan za upotrebu. Održavanje broda i sidrenog uređaja u poduzeću je aktivnost od posebnog značenja, jer se odnosi na sve podsustave broda kao tehničkog sustava.The anchor device consists of anchors, anchor chains, stopwatches and anchor winches, mentioning the need for anchor device maintenance and its role in maintaining the vessel.     Survival in Dialysis or Plasma Exchange Treated Patients for Multiple Myeloma – A Single Centre 25 Year Experience

    Aim: Multiple myeloma (MM) patients might require haemodialysis (HD) and/or plasma exchange (PE) in cases of acute kidney injury (AKI) and/or chronic kidney disease (CKD) and/or other indications. The study analysed the survival of MM patients who required HD and/or PE. Subjects and methods: All 144 patients treated for MM at the University Hospital Centre Osijek between 1994 and 2018 (of whom 47.9 % were men) were included in the study. Data were collected from medical records. MedCalc Statistical Software version 17.8.2 was used for the statistical analysis, with significance set at α = 0.05. Results: Forty-three of 144 MM patients (29.9 %) were treated with HD and/or PE. Male patients required HD or PE more often than female patients (62.8 % vs 37.2 %, P = 0.02). Patients who did not require HD or PE were significantly older at the time of their death than the patients treated with HD or PE [75 (interquartile range, IQR, 72 – 77) vs 72 (IQR 66 – 75) years; P = 0.009, Mann-Whitney test]. Among all patients who required acute or chronic HD, PE or a combination of the treatments, the longest life span was found in 17 patients who were treated with chronic HD (median 12 months, IQR 8 – 58). Conclusion: Kidney failure requiring HD or PE in MM was associated with a significantly shorter life span in comparison with other MM patients. Chronic HD patients had the longest survival among patients who required acute or chronic HD, PE or a combination of the treatments.     Liquid biopsy represents innovation in the fi eld of oncology diagnosis. It refers to non-invasive blood collection method with isolation of circulating tumor cells, cell-free DNA (with circulating tumor cell free DNA fraction), circulating exosomes or micro RNA. Although requires specific methods for isolation and analysis of targets of interest, liquid biopsy could be of benefit in preoperative prediction od overall survival of patients with carcinoma, for monitoring of disease and progression, along with surveillance of therapy response and early recurrence of cancer. The review describes methods for liquid biopsy analysis, together with concerns and achievements in implementing liquid biopsy in clinical practice.Tekuća biopsija predstavlja inovaciju na području onkološke dijagnostike. Neinvazivna je metoda kojom se iz uzorka krvi izoliraju cirkulirajuće tumorske stanice, slobodna cirkulirajuća DNA (uz frakciju tumorske DNA), cirkulirajući exosomi ili mikroRNA. Iako zahtjeva specifi čne metode izolacije i analize pojedinih elemenata od interesa, tekuća biopsija se može primijeniti u predoperativnoj predikciji preživljenja pacijenata s karcinomom, za praćenje tijeka i progresije bolesti, kao i za praćenje odgovora na terapiju ili ranog povratka bolesti. Članak se bavi opisom do danas poznatih metoda analize komponenata tekuće biopsije, kao i problematikom i postignućima u uvođenju tekuće biopsije u kliničku praksu

    Ubrzan ekonomski razvoj i globalizacija uvelike su povećale obujam robnih tokova u vodnom prometu. Današnji vodni promet obilježava dinamika porasta količine tereta i porast broja transportnih sredstava na terminalu. Terminal predstavlja početnu i završnu odnosno tranzitnu točku transportnog procesa, gdje roba, putnik ili pošiljka ulaze u sustav i izlaze iz sustava. Razvoj inteligentnih terminala u vodnom prometu motiviran je povećanjem poteškoća, političkim i ekonomski te povećanjem transportnih kapaciteta. Inteligentni transportni sustavi pružaju mogućnost boljeg menadžmenta postojećih resursa, suprastrukture i infrastrukture na terminalu. Cilj i zadatak ITS-a je smanjiti zakrčenost, poboljšati sigurnost, ublažiti utjecaj okoline na funkcioniranje terminala, unaprijediti energetske performance i poboljšati produktivnost na terminalima u vodnom prometu. Pri čemu je potrebno definirati skupine tehnologija za zadovoljavanje potreba tržišta. Primjena inovativnih tehnologija je preduvjet razvoja inteligentnih terminala u vodnom prometu.Accelerated economic development and globalization have greatly increased the volume of goods flows in water transport. Today's water transport is marked by the dynamics of the increase in the amount of cargo and the increase in the number of transport resources at the terminal. The terminal represents the starting and ending or transit point of the transport process, where the goods, passenger or package enter and leave the system. The development of intelligent terminals in water transport is motivated by increasing difficulties, both politically and economically and by increasing transport capacity. Intelligent transport system provide the possibility of better management of existing resources, superstructure and infrastructure at the terminal. The goal and task of ITS is to reduce congestion, improve safety, mitigate the environmental impact on the functioning of terminals, improve energy performance and improve productivity at water transport terminals. It is necessary to define groups of technologies to meet market needs. The application of innovative technologies is a prerequisite for the development of intelligent terminals in water transport

    Analiza osobina ličnosti menadžera kao preduvjet uspješnog procesa poslovanja, očituje se u različitim karakteristikama menadžera koje je potrebno posjedovati. Odnose se na sposobnosti upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, organizaciju mendžmenta i procesa upravljanja, osobine ličnosti menadžera, motivacijske tehnike i njihove vrste kojima se koriste kako bi poboljšali rad zaposlenih na najvišu razinu. Sinergija navedenih činjenica dovodi do konačnog rezultata poslovanja organizacijske jedinice čiji je ishod pozitivno djelovanje. No, kako bi došlo do uspješnog rezlultata poslovanja, potrebno je spomenuto ostvariti kvalitetnim djelovanjem menadžera u procesu upravljanja.     YouTube je jedna od najpopularnijih društvenih mreža, te kao takva zahtjeva udovoljavanju specifičnosti oglašavanja. Oglašavanje kao zaseban pojam je kompleksna tema koja se istražuje godinama s ciljem povećanja učinkovitosti komunikacijskog procesa i obostranog zadovoljstva oglašivača te ciljane skupine prema kojoj je oglas usmjeren. U ovome radu obrađena je tema oglašavanje, internetsko oglašavanje i društvena mreža YouTube. U radu je istraženo područje oglašavanja na društvenoj mreži YouTube, a dostupne informacije dovode do zanimljivih zaključaka. Tijekom rada dan je analitički pregled razvoja društvene mreže YouTube; korištenja, oglašavanja i pokretanja vlastitog posla putem spomenute društvene mreže kao i razumijevanje kocepta korisničkog iskustva i njegovog usavršavanja. Kroz rad se vidi da je svaki pružatelj sadržaja nagrađen ovisno o njegovome trudu. Iz rada se može zaključiti da ukoliko korisnik pristupi ozbiljno i sa dovoljno kreativnosti u oblikovanju sadržaja na YouTubeu može imati samo pozitivno iskustvo. Rad bi trebao biti koristan svim postojećim i budućim korisnicima društvene mreže. Rad je koristan osobama koje se planiraju oglašavati putem YouTubea, osobama koje planiraju biti prisutni na društvenoj mreži YouTube kroz pretplatu na kanale, osobama koje žele novo korisničko iskustvo, osobama koje su ambiciozne i spremne na rad na YouTubeu te svima koje zanima napredak YouTubea kroz vrijeme.YouTube is one of the most popular social networks and thus requires specific advertising features. Advertising is a complex subject being explored for years to increase communication process effectiveness as well as mutual satisfaction of advertisers and target audiance for which the advertisements are made. This paper covers advertising, online advertising and social network YouTube. This paper is focused on researching social network YouTube advertising area, and information available have led us to some interesting conclusions. Throughout the paper, the analitical overview of development of socal network YouTube is given, as well as its usage, advertising, starting you own business using the aforementioned social network along with understaning the concept of user experience and its perfecting. It can be concluded that positive experience is guaranteed if a user approaches YouTube seriously and with enough creativity in making his content on YouTube he can only have positive experience. This paper should be useful to everyone using this social network as well as those that plans to use it in the future. Also it would be very useful to those that plan on advertising on YouTube, those that just want to be present on YouTube through channel subscriptions, those that just want a new user experience, to ambitious persons that are willing to work on YouTube and people that are interested in development of YouTube through time
