At the request of the recent G20 Summits held in the last two years in Washington, London,Pittsburgh and Seoul, different international organizations, such as the IMF, BIS, WB, ECB, WTO, FSB, etc... have engaged to collaborate in the preparation of a new regulatory frame for a sounder global financial system; in particular the BCBS (Basel Committee on Banking Supervision) at BIS (Bank of International Settlements) and the FSB(Financial Stability Board) have reached agreements or will presumably do so in the near future in crucial issues such capital requirements, liquidity, leverage, systemic risk, etc. This paper tries to summarize the new regulatory standards, how they will be phased so that banks can meet the new requirements without impairing the economic recovery and our assessment on its macro and micro implications at the financial systems and real economies.Resilience, Supervision, Regulation, Micro prudential, Capital, Liquidity, Leverage, Macro-prudential, Procyclical, Systemic, Rating, Derivatives

The aim of this project is to design and implement a portable device to obtain C-V and P-V characteristics curves from photovoltaic panels, with a following visualization of these. Through a user interface designed for installation on a computer, it is possible to order the measurement device to collect data and transmit it to the computer through USB or Bluetooth connection, obtain the curve in a graph or save it in a file. The data of these curves will be obtained by connecting the photovoltaic panel to a capacitor. The charge of this element increases its resistance values. When starting this process with the capacitor discharged, its resistance value is null and it short circuits the panel (maximum current). As the charging process continues, the resistance increases and the current decreases, ending with current null at the end of the charging process (equivalent to an open circuit with infinite resistance). From this process the values of voltage and current will be measured, analogue signals that will be converted to digital by ADC converters, each connected to a microcontroller. One of them will be the master of the measure, order of managing and controlling the process and communication with the computer. The other, the slave, will only be at the master’s order and will send the collected data once the reading is finished

Undeveloped economies are dealing with very big issues such as low or null economic growth, higher rates of unemployment, high index of migration and millions of people living in extreme poverty. Therefore, the present investigation aims to analyze unemployment, migration and poverty in Mexico; since unemployment in Mexico has a rate of 5.5% according to INEGI, followed by migration and extreme poverty. One of the most important effects from the previous matters is that they have stimulated people to migrate. Because of the unemployment increase and the low wages in the country it has been stimulated the population to migrate. In addition, in the USA, the unemployment rate of Mexican migrants has raised from 8.0 to 12.0% (2009) approximately, inducing a strong decrease in remittances, which brings as a consequence a diminish in families revenue that depend on such remittances, causing an intensification in the country's poverty.Unemployment, migration, poverty, remittances and income., Agribusiness,
