Chemical Genetics of AGC-kinases Reveals Shared Targets of Ypk1, Protein Kinase A and Sch9.

Protein phosphorylation cascades play a central role in the regulation of cell growth and protein kinases PKA, Sch9 and Ypk1 take center stage in regulating this process in S. cerevisiae To understand how these kinases co-ordinately regulate cellular functions we compared the phospho-proteome of exponentially growing cells without and with acute chemical inhibition of PKA, Sch9 and Ypk1. Sites hypo-phosphorylated upon PKA and Sch9 inhibition were preferentially located in RRxS/T-motifs suggesting that many are directly phosphorylated by these enzymes. Interestingly, when inhibiting Ypk1 we not only detected several hypo-phosphorylated sites in the previously reported RxRxxS/T-, but also in an RRxS/T-motif. Validation experiments revealed that neutral trehalase Nth1, a known PKA target, is additionally phosphorylated and activated downstream of Ypk1. Signaling through Ypk1 is therefore more closely related to PKA- and Sch9-signaling than previously appreciated and may perform functions previously only attributed to the latter kinases

The stages of rendering of medical aid to patients with disorders of the veins

The article presents the results of analysis of organization of medical aid to patients with disorders of the veins in the Orenburg region. The insufficient provision of population with physicians, surgeons (10 thousand to 1,37) and cardiovascular surgeons (0,15 per 10 thousand), which is lower than the national average and, as a consequence of the low staffing data specialists in the departments of vascular surgery. Among the organizational problems of medical care are leading to the absence of a day hospital for surgical treatment of this disease; not enough widespread introduction of less traumatic methods of surgical treatment and the low percentage of patients in the departments of vascular surgery on the background of their high average duration of hospital stay. For changes and improvements suggested are the stages of rendering of medical aid to this category of patients.В статье представлены результаты анализа состояния организации медицинской помощи пациентам с патологией вен в Оренбургской области. Установлена недостаточная обеспеченность населения врачами-хирургами (1,37 на 10 тыс.) и сердечно-сосудистыми хирургами (0,15 на 10 тыс.), что привело к низкой укомплектованности отделений сосудистой хирургии данными специалистами. Среди организационных проблем оказания медицинской помощи пациентам с патологией вен ведущими являются: отсутствие в регионе дневного стационара для хирургического лечения данной патологии; недостаточно широкое внедрение малотравматичных методов хирургического лечения; низкая доля пациентов с венозной патологией в отделениях сосудистой хирургии. Для изменения и улучшения ситуации разработаны этапы оказания медицинской помощи данной категории пациентов

The effect of heat treatment regimes on the structure and properties of forgings made of BT25U alloy is investigated. It is established that for the implementation of the IPD by the CE method it is necessary to form a structure with a greater deformation capacity. The mode of heat treatment (quenching from 900 ° C) is developed, which makes it possible to obtain the most plastic structure.  В работе исследовано влияние режимов термической обработки на структуру и свойства поковок из сплава ВТ25У. Установлено, что для реализации ИПД методом ВЭ необходимо сформировать структуру с большей деформационной способностью. Разработан режим термической обработки (закалка с 900°С), который позволяет получать наиболее пластичную структуру. В роботі досліджено вплив режимів термічної обробки на структуру і властивості поковок зі сплаву ВТ25У. Встановлено, що для реалізації ІПД методом ВЕ необхідно сформувати структуру з більшою деформационной здатністю. Розроблено режим термічної обробки (гартування з 900 ° С), який дозволяє отримувати найбільш пластичну структуру.

Формування структури і механічних властивостей при термообробці субмікрокристалічних (α + β) -тітанових сплавів.

В работе исследовано влияние температуры отжига на структуру и механические свойства субмикрокристаллического титанового сплава ВТ8М-1.Установлено, что отжиг при 550…750ºС субмикрокристаллического α+β-сплава обеспечивает формирование регламентированных типов микроструктур при удовлетворительном комплексе механических свойств.В роботі досліджено вплив температури відпалу на структуру і механічні властивості субмікрокристалічної титанового сплаву ВТ8М-1.Установлено, що відпал при 550 ... 750ºС субмікрокристалічної α + β-сплаву забезпечує формування регламентованих типів мікроструктур при задовільному комплексі механічних властивостей.
