Концептуальні домінанти як основа менталітету етносу (Conceptual dominants as a mentality basis)

Стаття досліджує концептуальні домінанти як основу менталітету етносу. Порівняльний аналіз здійснено на прикладі концептуальних домінант українського, російського, британського та німецького етносів. Проаналізовано специфіку та національну маркованість концептуальних домінант. На прикладі концепту СВОБОДА / FREEDOM доведено наявність спільних та відмінних смислових зон цих когнітивних утворень. (The article deals with the conceptual dominants which constitute the grounds for ethnic mentality. Taking into account contemporary research works the author singles out key lexical units and specifies conceptual constructions which determine the outlook of a certain lingual-cultural community and build up the linguistic picture of the world of some ethnic group. The comparative analysis has been carried out on the basis of conceptual dominants of the Ukrainian, Russian, German and English ethnic entities. Specific features and the national colouring of the conceptual dominants which lay the foundation for some ethnic mentality have been highlighted in the paper. Analyzing the concept FREEDOM / SVOBODA it has been proved that despite its universal nature different linguistic communities comprehend it through common (similar) and divert (unlike) semantic space zones.

Навчально-методичні рекомендації складаються з теоретичного та практичного розділів та містять основні узагальнені теоретичні та навчально-прикладні положення курсу «Теорія і практика перекладу (англійська мова)» і розроблені для студентів V курсу факультету міжнародних відносин (спеціальностей “Країнознавство”, “Міжнародні відносини”, “Міжнародні економічні відносини”, “Міжнародна інформація”) з метою допомоги у підготовці до державного екзамену зі вказаної навчальної дисципліни. Структура навчально-методичних рекомендацій включає теоретичний розділ, що висвітлює основні теоретичні та практично-прикладні аспекти курсу «Теорія і практика перекладу», та практичний розділ. Останній містить тексти українською та англійською мовами й лексичні опори до них. Запропонований фактичний навчальний матеріал можна використати для тренування та вдосконалення навичок перекладу з української мови на англійську і навпаки, що є інструментарієм практичного застосування теоретико-прикладних положень курсу

Importance of pedagogical abilities in estimation by the future teachers of physical culture.

The features of the professional thinking are set for the students of faculty of PE of 3 - 4-th years of studies. Importance of pedagogical abilities is considered in the process of preparation to professional activity of future specialists on a physical culture. Taking into account importance of problem of forming of the professional thinking of future teachers of physical culture a study on finding out of priority of pedagogical abilities was undertaken in the estimation of students of faculty of PE. The amount of investigated presented 216 persons of III and IV courses of physical education faculty. For evaluation it was proposed 20 most necessary pedagogical abilities. The indexes importance of ranking of professional abilities is set for the students of faculty of PE. It is also educed that depending on the year of studies of students, priority in the choice of importance of pedagogical abilities are examined both in identical aspects and on anything

Neurodidactic Aspects of Teaching Adults Foreign Languages

Education is among the many spheres of human life that have been totally computerized in today’s society. Computers and digital resources have already become an accepted part of the learning process for all types of educational institutions, from preschools to universities. The article points out the importance of distance learning and Internet platforms as a didactic means of material assimilation, because with their help it is possible for students to independently assimilate the proposed teaching and learning materials within a certain period of time. The manner in which Internet tools are employed should be subjugated to attaining educational objectives and safeguarding the excellence of virtual instruction. In today’s information world saturated with different electronic resources, higher education institutions have to withstand tough competition with different educational centres and platforms providing foreign language learning opportunities. This article presents an overview of educational platforms for foreign language learning (in English). The article aims to demonstrate the wide range of options available on various websites designed for adult learners of foreign languages, while exploring neurodidactic approaches to teaching. The sites analyzed in the article have different methodological bases and have a specific learning goal. Attitude of students toward pedagogical situations.

The question of necessity and expediency of the use of pedagogical situations is considered on employments on-course theory and methodology of physical education in higher educational pedagogical establishment. In research is used data of the questionnaire questioning 60 students 3 courses of faculty of physical education. It is well-proven that most respondents behave to using of pedagogical situations as a professionally-forming element of studies positively and consider him inalienable part of educational process. It is set that future specialists on a physical culture in the majority adhere to the idea, that this element of active studies gives an opportunity of design of future professional activity and provides forming of the necessary personal values in the process of increase of level of his professional thinking
