new species of the fossil genus Otroacizzia Klimaszewski, 1996 (Hemiptera, Psyllidae) is described as Otroacizzia soriae sp. nov. on the basis of a female specimen. This species is preserved in mid-Miocene amber from La Toca mines, Dominican Republic. The genus Otroacizzia is the most diverse psylloid genus in Dominican amber, with four known species. The new species differs from the three previously known species by the presence of a subapical dark band in the fore wing from the anterior part of the end of vein Rs to the end of vein Cu1b, which has a gap in the middle of the cell c1. Other differences in the fore wing are the presence of a strongly curved vein Cu1b and a cell c1 clearly longer than cell m1. Finally, the antennal segment 3 of the new species is one and a half times longer than segment 4.Se describe una nueva especie del género fósil Otroacizzia Klimaszewski, 1996 (Hemiptera, Psyllidae) a partir de un ejemplar hembra: Otroacizzia soriae sp. nov.

The holotypes of the Cenozoic fossil wasps attributed to the family Figitidae, which were described in the first half of the 20th century by Charles T. Brues and Georg Statz from Florissant (USA) and Rott-am-Siebengebirge (Germany) sites respectively, have been restudied. The following new taxonomic changes are proposed: Palaeogronotoma? sola (Brues) n. comb., Aulacidea rotundata (Statz) n. comb., A. plana (Statz) n. comb. and A. spiniger (Statz) n. comb. The three last species listed have changed their taxonomic position, as the extant genus Aulacidea belongs to family Cynipidae, not Figitidae as was considered originally in 1938. The revision of one Baltic amber fossil species originally described in 1919, shows that it has a unique set of characters within Cynipidae, allowing the description of a new tribe: Kinseycynipsini n. tribe. Taxonomical comments about other three fossil cynipid species are provided. The correct taxonomical placement of the figitid and cynipid fossil species described ca. one century ago is important for understanding the evolution of these two cynipoid families, which play an important ecological role in the extant terrestrial ecosystems. In addition, updated lists of figitid and cynipid fossil species known are also provided.

Behavioural indicators of innovators. A search protocol for a systematic literature review

[EN] Introducing greater innovation into the culture and capabilities of organizations worldwide, a requirement of today¿s society,is an issue currently in need of scholarly attention. The present investigation is being undertaken within the context of FINCODA, a European Project involved in the development of new reliable tools for innovation competences assessment. The study aims at devising a search protocol for a systematic review of the literature on behavioral indicators of innovators published from 2000 onwards, indexed in Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar. The specific keywords used in the search include the following fields: (1) workplace; (2) innovative behaviour, innovative work behaviour and individual innovation; (3) indicators. A preliminary search with these keywords retrieved 1,350 references. Then, the process of filtering data by title and abstract to meet inclusive and exclusive criteria refined the search. The materials identified are expected to prove useful in the definition of behavioural indicators of innovative people at work. Moreover, they will help in the analysis of the relation of the descriptors found with the innovative indicators of a barometer created within a previous European Project, INCODE, and in the further design of a tool to measure employees¿ innovation. This research has been supported by the Erasmus+ Project FINCODA, Framework for Innovation Competences Development and Assessment_554493-EPP-1-2014-1-FI-EPPKA2-KA (The European Commission support for the production of this publication does not constitute an endorsement of the contents which reflects the views only of th e authors, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein) and by the Project PIME 2015 - 2016 A/09_Evaluación de los indicadores del comportamiento innovador en el alumno universitario, at th e Universitat Politecnica de Valencia (Spain).Montero Fleta, MB.; Pérez Peñalver, MJ.; Aznar-Mas, LE. [EN] Purpose: Taking a literature review as a point of departure, the main aim of this paper was the identification of the behavioural indicators of innovators at the workplace, and their classification. Design/methodology/approach: A literature review was addressed by means of a search in Elsevier¿s Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar. By applying inclusive and exclusive criteria, references were obtained with the search protocol. After filtering and scanning, there was a selection of references plus other articles added by the snowball effect. The final phase undertaken was the classification of the main indicators raised in the publications selected. Findings: Our main contribution was the identification of the behavioural indicators of innovators at the workplace and their classification in five dimensions. Practical implications: This research may yield some light on the assessment of innovative workplace performance of individuals in organisations, as well as on the development of the innovative competence of students in academic institutions as a challenge to meet the needs of both professionals and Higher Education institutions. Originality/value: Some authors have studied the characteristics of innovative people mainly focusing on cognitive abilities, personality, motivation and knowledge. We have sought to offer a better understanding of the phenomenon of individual innovation in organisations, through the analysis of behavioural indicators, an issue that has not been studied from this perspective previously. This research has been supported by the Erasmus+ Project FINCODA (2015-2017).
