To do electronic commerce there should be authentication of particular document. The working of internet is the documents are traveling in terms of bits from one destination to other destination, through various media like – Co-axial cable, fiber optic, satellite etc. While traveling this document there is probability of making changes in that document by any third party is high or some document may get changed due to noise/disturbance in communication media. This Act required to provide legal recognition carried out by means of electronic data interchange and other means of electronic communication

    Protein contain is a cornerstone mechanism and form part and parcel of nutritive value in particular rely on season, food intake, breeding and spawning capacity. The protein contain in the fish body constitute as a firsthand source of energy for physiological functions incorporating reproduction. Present investigation display that variations in the protein is observed from the mature fishes of Indian major carps such as Cyprinus carpio comprises 20 to 50cm selected for the estimation of protein study considered as experimental and control fishes upon administration of PGE, ovaprim and ovatide synthetic hormonal doses to the male and female sex ratio separately. Protein in the liver of female major carps may be because of vitellogenin, a lipoprotein which is synthesized in the liver and is transported to the ovary (Wallace, 1985). Moreover, gonadal protein enhanced with maturation amongst these fishes. Protein estimation represents the variations throughout the study period amongst the muscle, gonad and liver. After hormonal injections are given then fishes are kept in the breeding pool at the Fish Seed Production Centres (FSPC) located near Paithan barrage. The protein is estimated upon satisfactory administration of hormonal doses Pituitary Gland Extract and by other two synthetic hormonal doses viz. Ovaprim and Ovatide.     A Multi-featured Approach by Integrating Digital Hand and Dental X-Ray for Human Age Estimation

    Traditionally, human bone age is estimated manually by inspecting the multiple body part X-ray images, which is extremely time-consuming and prone to error. The accuracy of the human estimate depends on the experience of the medical practitioner, and thus it suffers from intra- and inter-observer variability. Hence, efficient automatic approaches are required to determine human age with high accuracy. In this work, we propose a human age estimation technique using Deep Learning (DL) technique based on hand X-ray images combined with dental orthopantomographs (OPGs) is proposed. Here, the input X-ray image is pre-processed first using Non-Local Means (NLM) first, followed by Region of Interest (RoI) extraction. Later, color and position image augmentation are performed in order to balance the dataset. Thereafter, the salient features in the image are determined, and based on these features, human age estimation is carried out using the Deep Residual Network (DRN). Here, the DRN is trained using the Beluga whale lion optimization (BWLO) algorithm. Furthermore, the BWLO_DRN is examined for its superiority considering the model accuracy and is found to obtain value of 90.1% on hand-wrist and 89.9% OPG real time dataset, thus showing superior performance for hand-wrist images

    Experimental charge density study has been carried out for Cyclotrimethylene-trinitramine (space group Pbca), an explosive material from a low temperature X-ray diffraction experiment. The electron density was modeled using the Hansen-Coppens multipole model and refined to R=0.032 for 6226 unique observed reflections. The electron density, laplacian and electrostatic potential distributions are reported and discussed, especially, the properties of the bond (3,-1) critical points, which are thought to play a key role in the decomposition of the molecule. From the bond topological analysis of all the bonds, it is observed that the N–N bond is the weakest. The dominating nature of the oxygen atoms was clearly well understood from isosurface electrostatic potential of isolated and symmetrically sitting molecules in the crystal

    Ultrasound promoted stereoselective synthesis of 2,3-dihydrobenzofuran appended chalcones at ambient temperature

    In the present investigation, an ultrasound promoted the synthesis of a series of (E)-3-(2,3-dihydrobenzofuran 5-yl)-1-(aryl)prop-2-en-1-one derivatives from 2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-carbaldehyde and various aromatic ketones under clean conditions. The application of ultrasound irradiation in organic reactions is one of the incredible tools of green chemistry as reactions can be carried out rapidly under neat conditions. A library of a novel (E)-3-(2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-yl)-1-(aryl)prop-2-en-1-one chalcone derivatives were synthesized in good to excellent yield under ultrasonic irradiation. The structures of all synthesized chalcone derivatives synthesized in this study have been established by using FT-IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and HRMS techniques. The stereochemistry around C=C in the chalcones was shown to be trans by 1H NMR(Jab= 15.5Hz). The benefits of the present synthesis include mild reaction conditions, high yield, purification by non-chromatographic strategy and short reaction times, demonstrating the significance of this protocol in terms of waste reduction and energy efficiency

    Lipid-dependent conformational landscape of the ErbB2 growth factor receptor dimers

    Altered lipid metabolism has been linked to cancer development and progression. Several roles have been attributed to the increased saturation and length of lipid acyl tails observed in tumors, but its effect on signaling receptors is still emerging. In this work, we have analyzed the lipid dependence of the ErbB2 growth factor receptor dimerization that plays an important role in the pathogenesis of breast cancer. We have performed coarse-grain ensemble molecular dynamics simulations to comprehensively sample the ErbB2 monomer-dimer association. Our results indicate a dynamic dimer state with a complex conformational landscape that is modulated with increasing lipid tail length. We resolve the native N-terminal "active" and C-terminal "inactive" conformations in all membrane compositions. However, the relative population of the N-terminal and C-terminal conformers is dependent on length of the saturated lipid tails. In short-tail membranes, additional non-specific dimers are observed which are reduced or absent in long-tailed bilayers. Our results indicate that the relative population as well as the structure of the dimer state is modulated by membrane composition. We have correlated these differences to local perturbations of the membrane around the receptor. Our work is an important step in characterizing ErbB dimers in healthy and diseased states and emphasize the importance of sampling lipid dynamics in understanding receptor association

    Five-years review of obstetric hysterectomy at tertiary care center

    Background: Obstetric hysterectomy (OH) is indicated as last resort operation to save the life of the mother  and associated with high complication rates, so  requires a highly experienced and skilled medical team ,to solve any complication. Objective was to identify incidence, demographic profile, indications, risk factors, complications, maternal morbidity and mortality associated   with   obstetric hysterectomy.Methods: Retrospective   analytical study of 47 case records is done over period of last 5 years   from October 1st October 2015 to 30th September 2020 at VDGIMS, a tertiary care center, Latur. Results are expressed in frequency and percentages.Results: In our study, the rate of OH was 1.1/1000 deliveries. Most common (68%) age group was 21-30 yrs, majority (70%) were multipara, and booked (76%). Most common indication of OH was atonic PPH (65%), followed by traumatic PP, including rupture uterus (21%), and placenta acreta (10%). Most OH was performed on emergency basis (91%) and of subtotal type (95%). Major mode of delivery  was cesarean 65% and vaginal delivery in 21% cases. Most common risk factors were placental causes (55%), previous LSCS (48%) and hypertensive disorder (31%). High maternal morbidity in form of 100% blood transfusion rate, 93% ICU admission, inotropes and ventilator support in 59% cases and prolonged hospital stay in 75% cases seen. Most common complication were hemorrhagic shock 21%, DIC (29%), renal failure (12%) and septic shock (14%) with maternal death rate of 23% was noted.Conclusions: Obstetric hysterectomy is a necessary life-saving operation, but also associated with high maternal morbidity and mortality, which can be minimized with timely done procedure by experienced person
