    In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden die Puppen der Gattung Argyresthia mit 23 Arten mitteleuropäischer Argyresthiinae (Lepidoptera, Yponomeutoidea, Yponomeutidae) charakterisiert, beschrieben und abgebildet. Eine Tabelle zur Bestimmung der Arten und Angaben über die Bionomie und Biotope sind beigefügt.     Diplomová práce řeší projektovou dokumentaci novostavby Sportovního klubu v obci polička. Jedná se o objekt určený pro sportovní aktivity veřejnosti s kavárnou a obchodem se sportovními potřebami. Objekt tvoří dvě nadzemní podlaží a jedno podlaží podzemní. Nepodsklepená část o jednom podlaží slouží pro občerstvení návštěvníků, podsklepená část o dvou nadzemních podlaží slouží pro účely sportovních aktivit. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou a osazen na rovinném terénu. Celková maximální kapacita objektu je 104 osob.Diploma thesis adresses the the project documentation the new building of Sports club in Polička city.     In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden die Puppen der mitteleuropäischen Vertreter der Familie Pyralidae (Lepidoptera) charakterisiert, eine Bestimmungstabelle ihrer 9 Unterfamilien wird vorgelegt. Die Puppen der Unterfamilien Galleriinae, Pyralinae und Phycitinae (49 Gattungen, 75 Arten) werden behandelt und Bestimmungstabellen ihrer Gattungen und Arten sowie Angaben über ihre Bionomie und Biotope beigefügt.     Usage of LiDAR data for leaf area index estimation

    Leaf area index (LAI) can be measured either directly, using destructive methods, or indirectly using optical methods that are based on the tight relationship between LAI and canopy light transmittance. Third, innovative approach for LAI measuring is usage of remote sensing data, especially airborne laser scanning (ALS) data shows itself as a advisable source for purposes of LAI modelling in large areas. Until now there has been very little research to compare LAI estimated by the two different approaches. Indirect measurements of LAI using hemispherical photography are based on the transmission of solar radiation through the vegetation. It can thus be assumed that the same is true for the penetration of LiDAR laser beams through the vegetation canopy. In this study we use ALS based LiDAR penetration index (LPI) and ground based measurement of LAI obtained from hemispherical photographs as a reference in-situ method. Several regression models describing the corellation LAI and LPI were developed with various coefficients of determination ranging up to 0,81. All models were validated and based on the tests performed, no errors were drawn that would affect their credibility

Da diese Art einen neuen Tannenminierer darstellt, wird auch ihre Stelle in der neuen Bestimmungstabellen von Hering (1957) festgesetzt.The publication deals with the morphology of the first developmental stages, bionomy, parasites, predators, and economic importance of Epinotia pusillana Peyer. The systematic position of this species in the key for identification of leave miners (Hering, 1957) is stated

    Cadmium, lead, and mercury in two commercial squid species from the north Adriatic Sea (central Mediterranean): contamination levels and health risk assessment

    In this study, lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), and total mercury (Hg) concentrations in European squids (Loligo vulgaris) and flying squids (Todarodes sagittatus) from the northern Adriatic Sea (Italy) were analyzed. The risk of the Italian population being exposed to potentially hazardous metal concentrations through the consumption of these products was also assessed. Compared to European squids, flying squids showed three times higher total Hg concentrations and one hundred times higher Cd concentrations to the point that more than 6 and 25% of the samples exceeded the maximum Hg and Cd limits established by the current legislation. From the evaluation of dietary exposure levels, it emerged that the consumption of flying squids was associated with the highest Pb intake by children and, consequently, with the lower margin of exposure values in relation to the risk of neurotoxicity (margin of exposure=33). Consumption of flying squids, especially by children, was also associated with higher intakes of Cd, inorganic, and methyl-Hg, which, respectively, accounted for 156, 113, and 23% of the tolerable weekly intakes established for these contaminants at European level. The obtained results raise concern and it may be necessary to provide specific dietary advice on the moderate dietary consumption of some cephalopod species, especially to the youngest and most vulnerable segment of the population. However, besides the highly conservative deterministic method adopted in this study, a refined consumer exposure assessment should be performed through the probabilistic methodology, which is more suitable to represent the real exposure scenario
