Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan struktur sajak dan guguritan, serta ajen estetika yang ada pada buku Kumpulan Sajak jeung Dangding Di Nagri Katumbiri karya Dedy Windyagiri. Tehnik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tehnik studi pustaka. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kartu data. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah buku Kumpulan sajak dan dangding Di Nagri Katumbiri karya Dedy Windyagiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini adalah struktur dalam sajak dan guguritan menggunakan struktur puisi yang terdiri dari imaji, simbul, musikalitas, suasana, tema dan gaya bahasa. Imaji yang paling banyak digunakan adalah imaji visual, simbol dan lambang yang terdapat pada sajak dan guguritan adalah 276 kata, musikalitas yang paling banyak digunakan adalah vokal a dan i, suasana yang paling banyak digunakan adalah suasana sedih dan pasrah, tema yang paling banyak pada sajak dan guguritan adalah tema asmara, dan gaya bahasa yang paling banyak digunakan adalah gaya bahasa perumpaan dan gaya basa hiperbola. Sedangkan hasil yang terdapat dalam analisis ajen estetika menggunakan ajen estetika bahasa dan isi yang terdiri dari purwakanti, gaya bahasa, tema, nada, rasa, dan amanat. Purwakanti yang paling banyak digunakan adalah purwakanti pangluyu, gaya bahasa yang pal ing banyak digunakan adalah gaya bahasa perumpamaan dan hiperbola, tema yang paling banyak digunakan adalah tema realita kehidupan dan asmara, nada yang paling banyak digunakan adalah nada lugas yang menceritakan suatu hal, rasa yang paling banyak digunakan adalah rasa pasrah, dan amanat yang paling banyak terdapat pada sajak dan guguritan adalah amanat tentang percintaan.;--This research is motivated by the lack of public interest to get to know his Sundanese literary works especially in poetry and in the rituals. Therefore this study aims to find out and describe the structure of rhyme and circumcision, as well as the aesthetic aide in the book collection of jeung Dangding poems in Nagri Katumbiri by Dedy Windyagiri. The technique used in this research is literature study technique. The instrument used was a data card. The data source in this study is a book of poetry and dangding in Nagri Katumbiri by Dedy Windyagiri. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The results contained in this study are the structure in rhyme and poetry using poetry structures consisting of images, symbols, musicality, atmosphere, themes and language styles. The most widely used images are visual images, symbols and symbols contained in rhymes and poetry are 276 words, the most widely used musicality is vocal a and i, the atmosphere most widely used is the atmosphere of sadness and resignation, the most themes in rhymes and titanic is a romance theme, and the most widely used linguistic style is the imagery style and the hyperbole base style. While the results contained in the analysis of the aesthetic aide uses the aesthetic aesthetic of the language and content which consists of prototype, style of language, theme, tone, taste, and mandate.     On the Measurement and Prediction of the Out-of-Plane Displacement Surrounding Cold-Expanded Holes

    Experimental measurements of the out-of-plane displacement surrounding cold-expanded holes in a 6082-T6 aluminum alloy were made with a 3D optical scanner using the technique of the encoded light-pattern projection in white light. The measured surface profiles have shown the thickness discontinuity along the hole edge due to the effect of the split in the sleeve. An analytical–numerical solution of the out-of-plane displacement is presented based on existing analytical models. Thus, the results given by the analytical model were then compared with the experimental data and with a finite element (FE)model that simulates the cold-expansion process. The location of the elastic–plastic boundary was estimated as the point at which no change in thickness was observed; a good agreement was found in the comparison of measured, FE and analytical results. The measured surface profiles agreed with those predicted by the FE model and analytical solution. The proposed experimental approach can be used together with FE analysis for predicting the radial and circumferential residual stresses in cold-expanded hole. It is quite versatile and can also be used as quality-control technique in the manufacturing processes of cold-expanded holes

    On the Modeling of Transcatheter Therapies for the Aortic and Mitral Valves: A Review

    Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) has become a milestone for the management of aortic stenosis in a growing number of patients who are unfavorable candidates for surgery. With the new generation of transcatheter heart valves (THV), the feasibility of transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR) for degenerated mitral bioprostheses and failed annuloplasty rings has been demonstrated. In this setting, computational simulations are modernizing the preoperative planning of transcatheter heart valve interventions by predicting the outcome of the bioprosthesis interaction with the human host in a patient-specific fashion. However, computational modeling needs to carry out increasingly challenging levels including the verification and validation to obtain accurate and realistic predictions. This review aims to provide an overall assessment of the recent advances in computational modeling for TAVR and TMVR as well as gaps in the knowledge limiting model credibility and reliability

    Peliosis hepatis. Personal experience and literature review

    Peliosis hepatis (PH) is a disease characterized by multiple and small, blood-filled cysts within the parenchymatous organs. PH is a very rare disease, more common in adults, and when it affects the liver, it comes to the surgeon’s attention only in an extremely urgent situation after the lesion’s rupture with the resulting hemoperitoneum. This report describes the case of a 29-year-old woman affected by recurring abdominal pain. CT scans showed a hepatic lesion formed by multiple hypodense areas, which showed an early acquisition of the contrast during the arterial phase. Furthermore, it remained isodense with the remaining parenchyma during the late venous phase. We decided on performing a liver resection of segment Ⅶ while avoiding a biopsy for safety reasons. The histopathologic examination confirmed the diagnosis of focal PH. PH should always be considered in the differential diagnosis of hepatic lesions. Clinicians should discuss the possible causes and issues related to the differential diagnosis in addition to the appropriate therapeutic approach. The fortuitous finding of a lesion, potentially compatible with PH, requires elective surgery with diagnostic and therapeutic intents. The main aim is to prevent the risk of a sudden bleeding that, in absence of properly equipped structures, may have a fatal outcome

    Computational Analysis of Self-Expanding and Balloon-Expandable Transcatheter Heart Valves

    Bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) patients are usually excluded from transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) as this valve anatomy likely leads to oval expansion. This study presents a numerical study of TAVI using both self-expanding and balloon expandable transcatheter heart valve (THV) in bicuspid patients with severe stenosis. The simulation framework included a patient-specific anatomy of the aortic root, calcifications and BAV leaflets extracted from medical imaging analysis as well as a realistic crimping and deployment of the THV. Tissue stress analysis highlighted local maxima in the contact area between the inner aortic lumen and the THV stent frame. Flow analysis based on the smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) technique displayed the area at risk of paravalvular leakage (PVL). These findings provide insights on the TAVI in BAV and thus represents a further step towards the use of in-silico for the virtual planning of TAVI, aiming at improving not only the efficacy of the implantation but also the exploration of borderline anatomy as the case of TAVI in BAVs
