Gestión del Talento Humano y su Incidencia en el Engagement Laboral en Colaboradores de Tiendas de la Empresa Pastipan S.A.C. 2022

El objetivo de la investigación es analizar el nivel de incidencia que tiene la gestión del talento humano en el engagement laboral en los colaboradores de tiendas de la empresa Pastipan S.A.C., 2022. El estudio es de tipo aplicado, diseño no experimental, transversal, correlacional. La muestra fue de 71 colaboradores de la empresa. El método de recolección de información fue la encuesta, tomando como instrumento al cuestionario. Para la variable engagement laboral se aplicó la Escala Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). La prueba estadística utilizada fue el Coeficiente de Correlación de Spearman. Los resultados mostraron que la mayoría de los colaboradores tiene una mala percepción de la gestión del talento humano (45.1%); asimismo, la mayor parte de los colaboradores tiene una regular percepción del engagement laboral (54.9%). Se demostró que la gestión del talento humano y el engagement laboral están relacionados significativamente (rho=0.574; p=0.000), así como cada uno de los componentes de la gestión del talento humano con el engagement laboral: la admisión de personas (rho=0.360; p=0.002), la colocación de personas (rho=0.404; p=0.00), la compensación de personas (rho=0.410; p=0.000), el desarrollo de personas (rho=0.387; p=0.001), la retención de personas (rho=0.477; p=0.000) y la evaluación de personas (rho=0.486; p=0.000). Se concluyó, que la gestión del talento humano incide significativamente en el engagement laboral en colaboradores de tiendas de la empresa Pastipan S.A.C

Salutaris

El presente trabajo de investigación pretende saber la factibilidad de desarrollar un modelo de negocio innovador enfocado la venta de productos próximos a caducar, pero a un precio accesible para la comunidad mediante el uso de un aplicativo móvil. Dicho proyecto se creó bajo en nombre de Salutaris y se desarrolló con el propósito de reducir el impacto ambiental. Salutaris consideró ofrecer una plataforma digital en donde los proveedores (bodegas, restaurantes y supermercados) y los consumidores puedan interactuar a fin de obtener la venta de los productos a punto de caducar por parte de los proveedores y el consumo de dichos productos para reducir el impacto ambiental por parte de los consumidores. Para ello, se tuvo que realizar diversos experimentos y de esta forma poder validar la propuesta de negocio y sobre todo la disposición de compra de los futuros clientes de Salutaris. Asimismo, se desarrolló un plan estratégico para lograr el crecimiento de las ventas. Además, para la creación de Salutaris, fue necesario conocer las diversas opiniones de los potenciales clientes y proveedores que buscan reducir el impacto ambiental mediante el consumo de productos próximos a caducar y de distintas bodegas que tengan el problema de pérdida de dinero por productos que no se vendan, ya que forman parte del público objetivo. A partir de todo lo anteriormente mencionado se encontró que nuestro plan de negocio Salutaris es sostenible, rentable y escalable.This research work aims to know the feasibility of developing an innovative business model focused on the sale of products that are about to expire, but at an accessible price for the community through the use of a mobile application. Said project was created under the name of Salutaris and was developed with the purpose of reducing the environmental impact. Salutaris considered offering a digital platform where suppliers (wineries, restaurants and supermarkets) and consumers can interact in order to obtain the sale of products about to expire by suppliers and the consumption of said products to reduce the impact environmental performance by consumers. To do this, various experiments had to be carried out and in this way to be able to validate the business proposal and especially the purchase disposition of future Salutaris customers. Likewise, a strategic plan was developed to achieve sales growth. In addition, for the creation of Salutaris, it was necessary to know the different opinions of potential customers and suppliers who seek to reduce the environmental impact through the consumption of products that are about to expire and from different wineries that have the problem of losing money due to products that do not are sold, as they are part of the target audience. Rotational and Rotational-Vibrational Raman Spectroscopy of Air to Characterize Astronomical Spectrographs

Raman scattering enables unforeseen uses for the laser guide-star system of the Very Large Telescope. Here, we present the observation of one up-link sodium laser beam acquired with the ESPRESSO spectrograph at a resolution λ /Δ λ ˜140 000 . In 900 s on source, we detect the pure rotational Raman lines of 16O2, 14N2, and 14N 15N (tentatively) up to rotational quantum numbers J of 27, 24, and 9, respectively. We detect the 16O2 fine-structure lines induced by the interaction of the electronic spin S and end-over-end rotational angular momentum N in the electronic ground state of this molecule up to N =9 . The same spectrum also reveals the ν1 ←0 rotational-vibrational Q-branch for 16O2 and 14N2 14. These observations demonstrate the potential of using laser guide-star systems as accurate calibration sources for characterizing new astronomical spectrographs

Silvia Gómez Lillo y cincuenta años de terapia ocupacional en Chile. Una biografía.

Objective: The object of this article was to build a biography of Silvia Gómez Lillo, one of the first occupational therapists in Chile, who is considered to be a valuable figure within the historical and disciplinary development of the Occupational Therapy in the country. Methods: For this process it was used the biographical approach; its theoretical position has as a starting point the interpretative paradigm, in which information was collected through semi-structured interviews, in addition to the analysis of some historical and academic texts, minutes of the Occupational Therapy College of Chile, among others. Results: Six key moments are identified in the historical development of Silvia Gomez who have a correlation with the history of occupational therapy in Chile, namely: Beginnings (1937-1963); Silvia’s training in argentine’s occupational therapy in the 60's (1963-1966); Silvia's return to Chile and the development of the profession (1967-1971); training of professionals in the '70s; School management in difficult times (1973-1990); and Professor Silvia today. Conclusions: Silvia Gomez is a relevant figure and she is valued by everyone who has formed and their contributions were central to the development of the discipline in Chile. Knowing her history is delving into the history of the profession.Objetivo: El objetivo de este artículo fue construir una biografía de una de las primeras terapeutas ocupacionales de Chile, Silvia Gómez Lillo, quien es considerada como una figura de gran valor dentro del desarrollo histórico y disciplinar de la Terapia Ocupacional en el país. Métodos: Para este proceso se empleó el enfoque biográfico, situado desde un paradigma interpretativo, y se recolectó la información por medio de entrevistas semi-estructuradas en profundidad, además de analizar artículos académicos, textos históricos, actas del Colegio de Terapeutas Ocupacionales de Chile, entre otros documentos. Resultados: Se identificaron seis momentos claves en el desarrollo histórico de Silvia Gómez los que poseen un correlato con la historia de la terapia ocupacional en Chile, a saber: Inicios (1937-1963); la formación de Silvia en la terapia ocupacional argentina de los años 60’ (1963-1966); el regreso de Silvia a Chile y el desarrollo de la profesión (1967-1971); formación de profesionales en los años 70’; la dirección de la Escuela en tiempos difíciles (1973-1990); y profesora Silvia en la actualidad. Conclusiones: Silvia Gómez es figura relevante y valorada por todos y todas a quienes ha formado y sus aportes fueron centrales para el desarrollo de la disciplina en Chile. Raman-scattered laser guide-star photons to monitor the scatter of astronomical telescope mirrors

The first observations of laser guide-star photons that are Raman-scattered by air molecules above the Very Large Telescope (VLT) were reported in June 2017. The initial detection came from the Multi-Unit Spectroscopic Explorer (MUSE) optical integral field spectrograph, following the installation of the 4 Laser Guide Star Facility (4LGSF) on Unit Telescope 4 (UT4) of the VLT. In this Letter, we delve further into the symbiotic relationship between the 4LGSF laser guide-star system, the UT4 telescope, and MUSE by monitoring the spectral contamination of MUSE observations by Raman photons over a 27-month period. This dataset reveals that dust particles deposited on the primary and tertiary mirrors of UT4, which are responsible for a reflectivity loss of ∼8% at 6000 Å, contribute (60 ± 5)% to the laser line fluxes detected by MUSE. The flux of Raman lines, which contaminates scientific observations that are acquired with optical spectrographs, thus provides a new, non-invasive means to monitor the evolving scatter properties of the mirrors of astronomical telescopes that are equipped with laser guide-star systems
