    Delitos informáticos y marco normativo en Colombia.

    Analizar el marco normativo existente en Colombia orientado al manejo de los delitos informáticos que se presentan con más regularidad en el país es el objetivo principal de esta monografía, así como determinar el marco normativo colombiano y reconocer la relación con otros países en cuanto a la normatividad sobre el cibercriminal, motivo por el cual se presenta el análisis de la norma, su aporte y alcance en las organizaciones y de esta manera poder visualizar la implementación de políticas y estrategias, sobre seguridad informática. De acuerdo al crecimiento de la tecnología, en Colombia se espera que para el 2022 el 90% de las conexiones se realicen a través de dispositivos móviles , haciendo más fácil el actuar de los cibercriminales en el robo, alteración y/o eliminación de la información y por ende el riesgo alto de las empresas o entidades con los documentos confidenciales; En sí, lo que busca esta monografía es dar a conocer todo lo relacionado con este tema y de una manera u otra prevenir al ciudadano de no llegar hacer una víctima más de perdida de información y las consecuencias que esta trae.     The Research Journey as a Challenge Towards New Trends

    The academic community of the department of Risaralda, in its permanent interest in evidencing the results of the research processes that are carried out from the Higher Education Institutions and as a product of the VI meeting of researchers of the department of Risaralda held in November 2021 presents its work: “The journey of research as a challenge towards new trends”, which reflects the result of the latest research and advances in different lines of knowledge in Agricultural Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology and Information Sciences, which seek to solve and meet the demands of the different sectors.     Este título, sugestivo por los impactos durante la situación de la Covid 19 en el mundo, y que en Colombia lastimosamente han sido muy críticos, permiten asumir la obligada superación de tensiones sociales, políticas, y económicas; pero sobre todo científicas y tecnológicas. Inicialmente, esto supone la existencia de una capacidad de la sociedad colombiana por recuperar su estado inicial después de que haya cesado la perturbación a la que fue sometida por la catastrófica pandemia, y superar ese anterior estado de cosas ya que se encontraban -y aún se encuentran- muchos problemas locales mal resueltos, medianamente resueltos, y muchos sin resolver: es decir, habrá que rediseñar y fortalecer una probada resiliencia social existente - producto del prolongado conflicto social colombiano superado parcialmente por un proceso de paz exitoso - desde la tecnociencia local; como lo indicaba Markus Brunnermeier - economista alemán y catedrático de economía de la Universidad de Princeton- en su libro The Resilient Society…La cuestión no es preveerlo todo sino poder reaccionar…aprender a recuperarse rápido.This title, suggestive of the impacts during the Covid 19 situation in the world, and which have unfortunately been very critical in Colombia, allows us to assume the obligatory overcoming of social, political, and economic tensions; but above all scientific and technological.     This project aims to determine the technical, pedagogical, and economic feasibility of using a virtual reality system as part of the teaching-learning process of operation of the turret 40/50 installed in ASV vehicles. Their development contemplates creating a demo (using virtual reality), its validation, and the establishment of benefits derived from a possible implementation to train staff in the use of cavalry platforms, and technical and pedagogical feasibility on the analysis of similarity with a small sample was used. The results revealed that the Demo satisfies the primary conditions for its level of technological maturity (TRL 3) and demonstrate that it is possible to use new technologies for training on turret handling, allowing to identify timely opportunities for improvement for its implementation. The study includes information on the economic viability of the Demo, given the cost reduction compared to traditional training with actual equipment. At the pedagogical level, the literature analysis allows us to note the benefits of using simulation in teaching and learning pro- cesses in general. Additionally, the courses in which it is possible to use simulation as an initial teaching strategy to include current practices were identified when minimum competencies are available.El objetivo de este proyecto es determinar la viabilidad técnica, pedagógica y económi- ca del uso de un sistema de realidad virtual como parte del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de operación de la torreta 40/50 instalada en vehículos asv. Para ello, su desarrollo contempla la cons- trucción de un demo (usando realidad virtual), su validación y el establecimiento de los beneficios derivados de su posible implementación para la capacitación de personal en el uso de plataformas de caballería. La viabilidad técnica y pedagógica se basó en el análisis de semejanza y similitud con una muestra reducida. Los resultados revelan que el demo satisface las condiciones básicas para su nivel de madurez tecnológica (TRL 3), y demuestran que es posible usar nuevas tecnologías para capacitación sobre el manejo de torretas y permite identificar puntualmente oportunidades de mejora para su implementación. El estudio incluye información sobre la viabilidad económica del demo, dada la reducción de costos frente a la formación tradicional con equipo real. A nivel pedagógico, el análisis de la literatura permite notar los beneficios del uso de la simulación en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje en general.
