Аналітичний інструментарій оцінювання економічних суб’єктів в умовах цифровізації бізнесу

The article, based on literature sources, identifies approaches to the formation of a set of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of economic entities in terms of business digitalization: traditional and cost-oriented.Within the framework of the traditional approach application, on the basis of financial results the expediency of application of the well-known indicators is proved.Characteristics of «DuPont» factor model application in the conditions of digitalization of entities' activity are stressed, emphasis is placed on the need to structure sales revenue by separate operating segments, make changes in costs, asset structure, structure of funding sources through the use of various crowdfunding models.Within the cost-oriented approach, the need to maintain the priority of maximizing value for business is justified, based on which the features of the indicators system to assess its effectiveness in connection with the introduction and dissemination of digital technologies are considered.            Keywords: digitalization, digital economy, digital business, digital assets, profit, profitability, factor model «DuPont», crowdfunding, cost-oriented indicators, economic value added, monetary value added, market value added, shareholder value addedУ статті на основі літературних джерел виокремлено підходи до формування сукупності показників оцінювання результативності діяльності економічних суб’єктів за  умов цифровізації бізнесу: традиційний та вартісно-орієнтований. У межах застосування традиційного підходу обґрунтована доцільність застосування загальновідомих показників, сформованих на підставі фінансових результатів. Виокремлено особливості застосування факторної моделі «DuPont» в умовах цифровізації діяльності суб’єктів, акцентовано на потребі структурування виручки від продаж за окремими операційними сегментами, внесення змін у склад витрат, структуру активів, структуру джерел фінансування за рахунок використання різних моделей краудфандингу. У межах вартісно-орієнтованого підходу обґрунтована необхідність збереження пріоритету максимізації вартості для бізнесу, на підставі чого розглянуто особливості застосування системи показників для оцінювання його результативності у зв’язку із впровадженням та розповсюдженням цифрових технологій. A phenomenological model of macrocrack initiation and growth in cyclically deformed material

Role of the process zone in fatigue macrocrack initiation and propagation is considered. An examples of the assessment of the fatigue macrocrack initiation period, Ni, and the failure period, Nf, of a notched specimens on the base of unified model using fatigue macrocrack growth rates only are shown. Some backgrounds and well-known fatigue phenomena (Kitagawa's and Smith's diagrams, etc) are discussed

LAW OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL PRODUCTION FORCES OF A REGION

In the article the process of formation of the paradigm of infrastructure development in the region is considered, which is based on the availability of diverse and stable ties, essential interdependencies, which are expressed by the laws. It is disclosed that the development of the social infrastructure of the region is based on a number of laws in which the laws of social development that are acting objectively, in particular effective development and allocation of productive forces, the complex development of productive forces, territorial concentration, coordination of interests, socialization, specialization, humanization , scientific production organization, stable and proportional development. EDUCATION AND EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM MANAGEMENT: STATUS, TRENDS, PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

Introduction. The current stage of development of education in Russia, characterized by the continuation of reforms and intense innovation processes, require essential changes in management. It takes not only a revision of the paradigmatic foundations of such management, but also the adoption of complex measures for improving its efficiency, and reducing excessive centralization.The aim of the present publication is to study the status and prospects of education management in the Russian Federation. Methodology and research methods. The author used the methodology of an interdisciplinary and system-based approaches to the analysis of the considered phenomenon; methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis and generalization. Results. Negative tendencies and contradictions in modern management of education and educational systems, including problems of differentiation of the rights, competences and powers of bodies of various levels of management are revealed. The condition of education management is considered in the context of common problems of its modernization and key innovative vectors of development of the society. Detailed analysis of paradigmatic foundations of management is carried out; its systemacity and balance are presented from the positions of management members and a specific variety of the functions realized by them. System-genetic foundations of management, its recurrence, compliance with the principles of system inheritance are analysed; effectiveness, equifinality, management efficiency in its social, economic, pedagogical and organizational measurements are studied.Scientific novelty concludes in the reasons identification of a gap between the proper and existing management of an educational system. The perspective directions of improvement of this field are singled out.Practical significance. The author provides the recommendations on the use of the proposed ideas concerning the revision of the current approaches to the management of education and educational systems.Введение. Современный этап развития образования в России, характеризующийся продолжающимися реформами и интенсивными инновационными процессами, требует сущностных изменений в управлении этой социальной сферой. Необходим не только пересмотр парадигмы управления, но и целый комплекс мер по повышению его эффективности и снижению излишней централизации. Цель работы – изучение состояния и перспектив управления образованием в Российской Федерации. Методология и методики исследования. Автор использовал методологию междисциплинарного и системного подходов к анализу рассматриваемого феномена, методы теоретического анализа, синтеза и обобщения.Результаты. Выявлены негативные тенденции и противоречия в современном управлении образованием и образовательными системами, включая проблемы разграничения прав, компетенций и полномочий органов различных уровней управления. Состояние управленческой сферы образования рассмотрено в контексте общих проблем его модернизации и ключевых инновационных векторов развития общества. Произведен детальный разбор парадигмальных оснований управления; его системность и сбалансированность представлены с позиций полномочий субъектов управления и видового разнообразия реализуемых ими функций. Проанализированы системогенетические основания управления, его цикличность, соответствие принципам системного наследования; результативность, эквифинальность, эффективность управления в ее социальном, экономическом, педагогическом и организационном измерениях. Научная новизна исследования заключается во вскрытии причин разрыва между должным и существующим управлением системой образования. Намечены перспективные направления совершенствования данной области. Практическая значимость работы состоит в рекомендациях по воплощению предлагаемых идей, касающихся пересмотра сложившихся подходов к управлению образованием и образовательными системами

Some approaches to corrosion fatigue assessment for structural components of heat-and-power engineering equipment

Some approaches for assessment of corrosion fatigue of materials and structural components for power engineering equipment are presented. Here, the main attention was paid for so-called “non-traditional” damages which are not predicted by normative instructions and which are occurred as result of long time of exploitation or as result of different reflections of operating regimes of equipment. Methods for strength and durability assessment of materials and structural elements are stated on the fracture mechanics basis. Expert assessment of technical state of heat-and-power engineering equipment is considered with taken into account of the actual data of metal properties and operating conditions of equipment
