    The article is devoted to measurement of the α-fetoprotein concentration in early and late pregnancy depending from different factors. 980 pregnant women were examinated. It was established, that level of α-fetoprotein became variable in late pregnancy, that decrease it's importance on this stage. Considerable differences in correlations between somatometric data and level of α-fetoprotein were also discovered

    Darbo tikslas – nustatyti e-komercijos naudojimosi ypatumus bei jos įtaką trijų kartų (jaunimo, vidutinio amžiaus, senjorų) socializacijai. Darbo tikslui pasiekti buvo iškelti uždaviniai: pateikti e-komercijos sampratą, raidą; išanalizuoti e-komercijos paslaugas reglamentuojančią teisinę bazę ES ir LT; aptarti priežastis, skatinančias ir ribojančias e-komercijos paplitimą Lietuvoje; remiantis atliktu tyrimu išsiaiškinti, kaip trys kartos (jaunimas (nuo 18-39 metų), vidutinis amžius (40 – 60) ir senjorai (61 ir vyresni)) įsitraukia į elektroninę komerciją (socializacijos procesas). Uždaviniams spręsti buvo naudojami šie metodai: dokumentų analizė ir anketavimas. Šis darbas parašytas remiantis socializacijos teorija. Atlikus trijų kartų respondentų apklausą (jaunimo, vidutinio amžiaus, senjorų) išanalizuoti veiksniai, skatinantys ir rijobantys trijų kartų imlumą e-komercijai: Skatinantys veiksniai: taupomas laikas, nereikia stovėti eilėses; taupomos lėšos. Rijobantys veiksniai: kompiuterinio raštingumo stoka; prekės negalima pačiupinėti. Tezė, nepaisant amžiaus, įsivyrauja nuostata, kad e-komercija yra svarbus socializacijos veiksnys, skatinantis poreikį naudotis jos paslaugomis, pasitvirtino, nes, trijų kartų respondentų nuomone, e-komercijos teikiamos galimybės skatina naudotis e-paslaugomis, ugdo visų kartų gebėjimus naudotis kompiuteriu bei kompiuterinio raštingumo žinias, taip pat suteikia galimybę pilnavertiškai socializuotis į interneto teikiamų paslaugų įvairovė.Aim of the paper – to establish the peculiarities of the usage of e-commerce and its influence to the socialization of three generations (youth, people of middle age and seniors). Aim of the paper – to establish the peculiarities of the usage of e-commerce and its influence to the socialization of three generations into e-commerce. For the achievement of the paper’s aim the following tasks had been set: to provide the concept and development of e-commerce; to analyse the legal basis of the European Union and Lithuania regulating e-commerce services; to discuss the reasons stimulating and limiting the spread of e-commerce in Lithuania; basing on the performed research to ascertain how three generations (youth, people of middle age and seniors) engage in electronic commerce (process of socialization). The following methods were used for the fulfilment of the tasks: analysis of documents and questionnaire survey. This paper is based on the theory of socialization. The human being is a social being; therefore socialization is a very important process in human’s existence. Basing on the performed research the following was established: computer literacy knowledge is necessary for the successful socialization to e-commerce. While performing the questionnaire survey of three generations (youth, people of middle age and seniors) the factors stimulating and limiting the receptivity of three generations to e-commerce were analysed. The most relevant stimulating and limiting factors of three generations: Stimulating factors: economy of time, no need of standing in queues; saving of assets. Limiting factors: lack of computer literacy; impossibility to touch the commodity. During the research the defended thesis Despite the age, an attitude is being established that e-commerce is an important factor of socialization stimulating the need to use its services was verified and confirmed as, in the opinion of the respondents of three generations, the possibilities provided by e-commerce stimulate the abilities to use e-services, develop the abilities of all three generations to use computers, improve the knowledge of computer literacy and also provide the possibility to socialize fully into the plenty of the services provided by the Internet.Švietimo akademijaVytauto Didžiojo universiteta
