A função social dos idosos avós na contemporaneidade:uma análise preliminar da estrutura familiar

This article aims at discussing the role of elderly grandparents who take care of their grandchildren in contemporary times. With this segment of the population being commonly referred to as people in the ‘third age’, we give special attention to the elderly grandparents and we analyze their social role in the family context. This study is a result of bibliographical research as methodology and intends to contribute to the theoretical thinking on the theme, based on the works of the following authors: Bauman, Beauvoir, Camarano, Christopher Lasch Giddens, Iamamoto, Lopes, Osterne, Petrini, Sarti, Szymanski and Vitale. These authors discuss the role of elderly grandparents in modern society in which multiple actors rearrange the family structure. The results of this study indicate that family as an institution is subject to constant change, being organized and reorganized in its roles and functions to meet the challenges posed by the modern world, amid the uncertainties and dynamism. Thus, with the turmoil of the globalized world, we highlight the relevance of the role the elderly grandparents play in their grandchildren’s lives.O presente artigo tem como objeto de reflexão os idosos avós, que cuidam de seus netos, na contemporaneidade. A esse segmento da população reconhecida por terceira idade, com um recorte aos idosos avós, refletimos sobre a função social que ocupam, no âmbito familiar. O método utilizado foi a pesquisa bibliográfica que trouxe contribuições para embasamento teórico os seguintes autores: BAUMAN, BEAUVOIR, CAMARANO, CHRISTOPHER LASCH GIDDENS, IAMAMOTO, LOPES, OSTERNE, PETRINI, SARTI, SZYMANSKI e VITALE. Nesses autores foi possível situar o lugar dos idosos avós na sociedade moderna em que atores múltiplos reordenam a estrutura familiar. Através do presente estudo, constatou-se que a instituição família passa por constantes transformações, sofrendo organizações e reorganizações em seus papéis e funções, ao enfrentar os desafios impostos pelo mundo moderno, em meio as suas incertezas e dinamismo. A sala de recepção do ambiente socioeducativo de regime fechado na perspectiva da psicologia ambiental

Introduction: The reception process aims to provide technical, psychosocial and medical care during the arrival of the adolescent in a juvenile detention after sentencing. This service is guided by the National System of Socio-Educational Care and follow a policy integrated with joint actions of accountability, education, health and social assistance, in the context of human development of socio-educational measures. Objective: To describe the environmental traces left by adolescents after have completed  the reception process  in  Socio-Educational detention Centers in the State of Ceará. Methods: This is a cross sectional study, with descriptive and qualitative approach.  The research was held in the areas where previously the adolescents had completed the reception process. Data were collected by systematic observation using field diary reports and discussions guided by content analysis. Results: The environmental traces were associated with the adolescents' previous and current experiences, through the appropriation practices of the spaces of the Socio-educational Center, configured as a place of permanence, movement or passage in constant articulation with social, cultural, economic, political, historical and psychological factors. Conclusion: In the State of Ceara, the areas of Detention Centers reserved for  socio-educational purposes as a long-term space for psychosocial and medical care, violates the basic rights of comprehensive care for adolescents. This reality points to the vulnerability of adolescents when exposed to unhealthy physical structures, and demonstrates the need for studies that deepen the discussions from the perspective of the person-environment inter-relationship.Introdução: A sala de recepção visa atendimento técnico, psicossocial e médico, durante a chegada do adolescente no ambiente Socioeducativo de regime fechado, após sentença. Esse ambiente, guiado pelo Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo, deve assumir uma política integrada com ações conjuntas de responsabilização, educação, saúde e assistência social, no contexto do desenvolvimento humano das medidas socioeducativas. Objetivo: Descrever os vestígios ambientais deixados pelos adolescentes, durante pós-ocupação na sala de recepção, dos Centros Socioeducacionais de internação, no Estado do Ceará. Método: A investigação deteve-se à sala de recepção durante pós-ocupação, através da abordagem descritivo-qualitativa, com corte transversal. Os dados foram coletados pela observação sistemática com utilização do diário de campo e discussão direcionada pela análise de conteúdo. Resultados: Os vestígios ambientais se associaram às experiências anteriores e atuais dos adolescentes, através das práticas de apropriação do espaço, na sala de recepção do Centro Socioeducacional, configurada enquanto um lugar de permanência, movimento ou passagem em constante articulação com os fatores sociais, culturais, econômicos, políticos, históricos e psicológicos. Conclusão: A sala de recepção das medidas socioeducativas, no Estado do Ceará, enquanto um espaço de longa permanência para o atendimento psicossocial e médico, viola os direitos básicos da atenção integral aos adolescentes. Essa realidade, aponta indicativo de vulnerabilidade dos adolescentes ao serem expostos às estruturas físicas insalubres, e tenciona para a necessidade de estudos que aprofundem as discussões  na perspectiva da inter-relação pessoa-ambiente

Políticas públicas e capital social: o Projeto Consultório de Rua

Discute-se nesse ensaio questões pertinentes a sociedade moderna, na perspectiva de Bauman e Giddens, com um recorte para a temática das drogas. Reflete-se o Projeto Consultório de Rua enquanto um equipamento das políticas de saúde, com prática social inclusiva à população em situação de rua, no Brasil. Analisam-se as categorias, capital social e habitus, enquanto temáticas transversais na prática dos profissionais do Projeto Consultório de Rua, através do aporte teórico em Pierre Bourdieu. Por conseguinte, pretende-se, a partir dessa discussão, contribuir com as diferentes práticas dos profissionais na área da saúde, no tocante ao uso e abuso de substâncias psicoativas

Concepções em redução de danos no projeto Consultório de Rua: práticas na saúde mental

We discuss the concepts of harm reduction in the context of the use and abuse of psychoactive substances through street approach’s therapeutic practices in the urban territory, called the “Consultório de Rua” project. It is an empirical study with qualitative and exploratory nature, in the city of Fortaleza-CE. Knowledge’s systematization deployed in a critical-analytical perspective of social phenomenon analysis and its relationship with the field of mental health, by the social praxis, through structured interviews and literature review. Through content analysis the following categories were considered: Care, Accessibility, Territoriality, Strategy  and Politics. Harm reduction policy was presented as a transversal strategy in therapeutic practices to street approach and public health.Discutem-se as concepções da Redução de Danos no âmbito do uso e abuso das substâncias psicoativas através das práticas terapêuticas da abordagem de rua em território urbano, no Projeto Consultório de Rua. Trata-se de um estudo empírico, com natureza qualitativa e exploratória, no município de Fortaleza-CE. A sistematização do conhecimento desdobrou-se na perspectiva crítico-analítica de análise do fenômeno social e de suas relações com o campo da saúde mental, pela práxis social, através de pesquisa de campo, por meio do diário de campo e entrevista semiestruturada, e revisão de literatura especializada. Por meio da análise de conteúdo consideraram-se as categorias Cuidado, Acessibilidade, Territorialidade, Estratégia, Política e Escuta.
