ANÁLISE DAS PESQUISAS SOBRE A POLÍTICA DE FORMAÇÃO INICIAL DE PROFESSORES NO PERÍODO DE 2002-2016

Este trabalho compõe resultados parciais de dissertação de Mestrado em andamento intitulada “A implementação da Política Nacional de Formação de Professores na UFGD: análise sobre os cursos de Geografia e História”, desenvolvida junto ao Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal da Grande Dourados (UFGD). Refere-se à um levantamento da produção acadêmico-científica sobre Políticas de Formação Inicial de Professores no Brasil no período de 2002 a 2016. Quanto a metodologia, foi realizado o levantamento e análise de títulos, resumos e eventualmente, de introduções de teses e dissertações disponíveis na Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD) e no Banco de Teses e Dissertações da Coordenadoria de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES). Ademais, foram utilizados os descritores: “Políticas de Formação de Professores”, “políticas de formação docente” e “políticas de formação inicial”. A partir dos 628 resultados encontrados, foram selecionadas 40 produções correspondentes ao recorte deste mapeamento, sendo 12 Teses e 28 Dissertações. Posteriormente, esses trabalhos foram divididos em 4 agrupamentos para a realização da análise. Os dados das pesquisas evidenciam que as políticas de formação inicial, embora tragam contribuições para o processo formativo, ainda estão pautadas em ações pontuais de cunho emergencial, criadas para sanar determinados problemas sem a devida articulação entre as propostas elaboradas e os profissionais encarregados de sua implementação

Formação Docente no Plano Municipal de Educação de Dourados-MS

This article stems from a broader investigation that aimed to analyze the theme of Teacher Valuation in the process of formulating the Municipal Education Plan (PME/2015) in the municipality of Dourados, Mato Grosso do Sul, as well as the clashes found by the category during the process of formulating the PME goals and strategies and the subsequent approval by the executive branch. The focus proposed here has its emphasis on initial and continuing education, considered as one of the constituent elements of teacher appreciation. Bibliographic and documentary research was used, based on a qualitative study, the documentary corpus was composed of several sources, such as the official journal, online news, reports from the local union and the municipal government, in addition to the dialogue with the production of the area that deals with the thematic. It was found that, at the time of the process of formulating the goals and strategies of the PME de Dourados, an approximation with the National Education Plan (PNE/2014) was sought, which determined to the Brazilian municipalities and states the elaboration of their respective plans. decades of education. Although the process of formulating the PME was carried out in a democratic and collective way, with the participation of organized civil society, its approval took place in an authoritarian way with hundreds of changes made by the executive, and thus the document was approved by the legislature without dialogue with the representatives involved in the PME formulation process. Such changes determined by the executive and endorsed by the legislature, without space for debate, caused discontent not only for teachers, but for the quality of municipal public education.Este artigo decorre de uma investigação mais abrangente que teve como objetivo analisar o tema da Valorização Docente no processo de formulação do Plano Municipal de Educação (PME/2015) do município de Dourados, Mato Grosso do Sul, bem como os embates encontrados pela categoria durante o processo de formulação das metas e estratégias do PME e a posterior aprovação pelo poder executivo. O recorte aqui proposto tem sua ênfase na formação inicial e continuada, considerada como um dos elementos constituintes da valorização docente. Utilizou-se de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, pautada em estudo qualitativo, o corpus documental foi composto de diversas fontes, como diário oficial, notícias online, informes do sindicato local e da prefeitura municipal, além do diálogo com a produção da área que trata da temática. Constatou-se que, no momento do processo de formulação das metas e estratégias do PME de Dourados, buscou-se uma aproximação com o Plano Nacional de Educação (PNE/2014) que determinava aos municípios e aos estados brasileiros a elaboração de seus respectivos planos decenais de educação. Embora o processo de formulação do PME tenha tramitado de forma democrática e coletiva, com a participação da sociedade civil organizada, sua aprovação se deu de forma autoritária com centenas de alterações efetuadas pelo executivo, e assim o documento foi aprovado pelo legislativo sem diálogo com os representantes envolvidos no processo de formulação do PME. Tais alterações determinadas pelo executivo e referendadas pelo legislativo, sem espaço para o debate, causaram um descontentamento não só para os docentes, mas para a qualidade da educação pública municipal

Biological control of Fasciola hepatica eggs with the Pochonia chlamydosporia fungus after passing through the cattle gastrointestinal tract

Fasciolosis is a disease caused by Fasciola hepatica responsible for causing significant losses in livestock. This study aimed to evaluate the Pochonia chlamydosporia fungus (isolate VC1) on F. hepatica eggs after passing through the cattle gastrointestinal tract. For this evaluation, 1 g pellet was given in sodium alginate matrix per kilogram live weight containing 25% of fungal mycelium from isolate VC1 per animal. Twelve animals were used, six treated and six untreated (control). Some stool samples were collected from the groups of treated and control animals, at the times of 12, 18, 24, 48, 72, and 96 h after the pellets' administration. Then, from each stool sample of treated and control groups, 2 g was placed in a Petri dish of 9 cm in diameter, containing 2% water–agar and 1,000 eggs of F. hepatica. It was observed that the fungus was effective in preying upon the eggs in the samples recovered at all of the schedules starting at 12 h. Furthermore, differences were observed (p < 0.01) in the destruction of eggs in the Petri dishes in the treated group compared with the control group. The ovicidal effect was observed after 7 days of interaction. The ovicidal P. chlamydosporia fungus was effective in destroying F. hepatica eggs; therefore, it is suggested that this fungus could be employed as agent for the control of helminth eggs

"Os cantores do Senhor": três trajetórias em um processo de industrialização da música evangélica no Brasil

Em especial nas duas últimas décadas, visando atingir o segmento evangélico que está se expandindo rapidamente no Brasil, várias empresas, de diferentes setores, se especializaram na fabricação de "produtos evangélicos". No conjunto dessas empresas, a indústria fonográfica tem se destacado e contribuído, juntamente com as rádios do segmento, para a adoção de um estilo mais industrial na produção e na divulgação dos álbuns evangélicos. Neste artigo, a partir da trajetória de três cantores evangélicos, procuro compreender a maneira como eles se posicionam em relação às novas condições profissionais mencionadas. Além disso, pretendo indicar alguns problemas e "fissuras" que passaram a ocorrer no meio musical evangélico a partir da incorporação de uma lógica mercantil e industrial.<br>Over the two past decades, in special, several companies from different production areas, aiming to reach the evangelical segment, which is expanding rapidly in Brazil, have specialized in manufacturing evangelical products. Among these companies, the music industry has given an outstanding contribution, as well as the radios in this segment, in order to adopt a more industrial style in the production and broadcasting of the evangelical albums. Through the analysis of the career of three Gospel singers, the objective of this article is to understand the way these artists are behaving regarding the new professional conditions previously mentioned. Besides, our intention is also to point out some problems and "ruptures" occurring in the musical universe of the evangelists, since a mercantile and industrial logic was incorporated to this universe
