    Forests function as a regulator of the water system, namely by holding rainwater to reduce surface erosion and absorb into the soil, so it can be used by the surrounding community. Forest functions in providing water must be taken into account with a specific calculation. That function is an hydrological functions of forests as providers of clean water needs. The calculation of the value of forest land are based on the calculation of the volume of produced water from the spring that is multiplied by the specified price is the market price of existing water applied by PDAM. Based on the results of research on most of the site area of Forest Protected Mount Gawalise on Ulujadi Sub District, Palu, Central Sulawesi Province, showed that the forests produce clean water for 2,989,440.00 liters / day, equivalent to 2989.44 m3 / day utilized by the area of Sub District Ulujadi and surroundings in order to fulfill water needs. By calculating water price of Rp. 3207 obtained from the average price of water taps set in 2014, 2015 and 2016, and with the water yield of 2989.44 m 3 / day of the obtained value of the produced water Protected Forest Mount Gawalise is Rp. 9,587,134.08 / day or Rp. 3,499,303,939.20 / year. Thus based on the above calculation result, the value of the function Hydrological Forest Protected Areas Mount Gawalise amounted to 3,499,303,939.20 / year, for an area of 4,024 hectares of forest area, or Rp. 869,608.33 / hectare / year

    Tugas akhir disusun berdasarkan serangkaian kegiatan Praktek Kerja Lapangan yang telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 4 September sampai 16 Oktober 2017 di CV. Berkah Putra Chicken Farm Kelurahan Bojong Gede, Kecamatan Kemang, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Tujuan dari Praktek Kerja Lapangan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana bauran pemasaran ayam broiler di CV. Berkah Putra Chicken. Metode yang digunakan dalam Praktek Kerja Lapangan ini adalah metode partisipatif, yaitu melakukan pengamatan secara langsung dan ikut berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan yang terkait dengan bauran pemasaran ayam broiler. Kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu mengamati dan melakukan pencatatan data panen dan membuat laporan kandang yang telah di panen, mengikuti kegiatan panen di kandang serta mengikuti kegiatan vaksinasi Day old chick (DOC). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan pegawai dan staf kantor CV. Berkah Putra Chicken serta wawancara dengan kepala kandang. Produk yang dihasilkan Berkah Putra Chicken adalah ayam broiler hidup yang siap di kirim ke penangkap dan rumah potong ayam (RPA). Penentuan harga ayam broiler dilihat dari banyak atau sedikitnya stok ayam di kandang, cuaca dan kegiatan hajatan serta baik atau tidaknya tampilan produksi ayam broiler. Distribusi saluran pemasaran ayam broiler memiliki 3 saluran pemasaran. Promosi yang digunakan adalah word of mouth dan biasanya pedagang datang sendiri ke kantor CV. Berkah Putra Chicken. Margin pemasaran ayam broiler yaitu Rp. 6.500,00. Simpulan dari ringkasan diatas adalah produk yang dijual di CV. Berkah Putra Chicken adalah ayam broiler hidup yang dijual kepada agen atau pedagang besar dan memiliki 3 pola saluran pemasaran dengan margin pemasaran rata-rata adalah Rp. 500,00 sampai Rp. 6.000,00.     Uji Formalin, Kandungan Garam Dan Angka Lempeng Total Bakteri Pada Berbagai Jenis Ikan Asin Yang Beredar Di Pasar Tradisional YOGYAKARTA

    Produk pangan yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan mutu, keamanan dan cemaran bakteri dapat mengakibatkan terganggunya kesehatan. Ikan asin kering merupakan salah satu sumber protein hewani yang banyak di konsumsi masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kandungan formalin, kadar garam dan angka lempeng total bakteri pada ikan asin yang di jual di Pasar Tradisional Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pengambilan 5 sampel dari 5 pedagang berbeda yang berada di Pasar TradisionalYogyakarta menggunakan metode probability sampel. Pengujian sampel dilakukan di laboratorium kimia dan laboratorium mikrobiologi Politeknik Kesehatan Bhakti Setya Indonesia Yogyakarta dengan metode uji kualitatif pada formalin dilakukan dengan menggunakan Kit Tes, penetapan kadar garam dilakukan dengan metode Argentometri, dan uji Angka Lempeng Total (ALT). Berdasarkan hasil uji formalin dari 5 sampel yang diteliti, yang positif mengandung formalin yaitu cumi dan rebon. Hasil uji kadar garam sangat bervariasi diantara (5.46%-23.52%). Lima sampel yang diteliti dua diantaranya memiliki kadar garam melebihi Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI 2721-1:2009) yaitu diatas 20%, yaitu cumi dan ikan peda, sedangkan rebon, teri gundul dan ikan balur memiliki kadar garam yang rendah. Hasil penelitian Angka Lempeng Total bakteri ditemukan antara 26 x 105 -280 x 105 koloni/gram. Angka Lempeng Total Bakteri pada ikan rebon 280 x 105 ml/gr dan Angka Lempeng Total Bakteri pada sampel ikan cumi 26.7 x 105ml/gr Hal ini menunjukan ikan sudah mengalami kontaminasi dan tidak memenuhi syarat oleh Standar Nasional Indonesia yaitu 1,0 x 105 koloni/gram

    From the results of preliminary observations made on mathematics learning activities in class IV Elementary School 11 Pereges dated August 19, 2013 , found student learning outcomes in Mathematics in grade IV is low . This is because the teaching methods employed by teachers in the subjects of Mathematics in grade IV is still a lecture . In connection with this fact , should be carried out repairs or improvement of student learning outcomes . One way is with a training method . This study used a qualitative approach to the design of classroom action research . The data of this study in the form of data and process the data obtained from the results of action observations , student questionnaires , interviews . Sources of data in this study were the teacher and the student in the learning process of mathematics by using training methods . The results of the implementation of the act of learning Mathematics using training methods at each cycle always increase . In the first cycle success rate has not reached 50 % of the total number of fourth grade students improved learning outcomes . In the second cycle success rate significantly , ie on average 80 % of students have improved learning outcomes . This suggests that the learning of Mathematics using training methods to increase student interest in math in grade IV Elementary School 11 Pereges . Therefore , this method is very good practice to be applied in the study of mathematics

    PT Telkom memiliki misi untuk memberikan layanan One Stop Infocom dengan kualitas prima dan harga kompetitif. Kenyataannya, PT. Telkom Kandatel Semarang mengalami penurunan pendapatan. Semakin berkembangnya layanan jasa fixed wireless yang lebih mudah dan murah, menyebabkan penurunan pemakaian jasa fixed wireline. Dengan konsumen melakukan pembelian pertama pada suatu produk tertentu dengan harga terjangkau, kualitas terjamin, maka konsumen akan kembali membeli produk tersebut, dan dampaknya dari fenomena ini adalah kepuasan pelanggan (customer satisfaction) terhadap produk tertentu karena telah memberikan kepuasan dan terjaminnya kualitas, walaupun banyak pesaing lain. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini membahas dan melakukan analisis kepuasan pelanggan fixed wireline PT. Telkom Kandatel Semarang, menggunakan variabel kepuasan pelanggan untuk dikelompokkan menjadi tiga tingkatan yaitu pelanggan yang sangat puas, puas, dan tidak puas dengan menggunakan analisis klaster, kemudian dilakukan analisis variabel 4P Customer Relationship Management (CRM) menggunakan analisis diskriminan, sehingga diketahui atribut yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan agar PT. Telkom Kandatel Semarang dapat terus mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dengan berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan dengan maksud kepuasan pelanggan tidak menurun agar dapat meningkatkan intensitas pemakaian fixed wireline.     The price difference of each company's core contract is expected to affect revenues and profitability of broiler breeders plasma. This study aims to identify and analyze 1) Production costs, revenues, and operating revenues broiler farm partnership; 2) Profitability, feed conversion ratio (FCR), and feed cost per gain (FC/G); and 3) Comparison of revenues, profitability, feed conversion ratio, and feed cost per gain. This research method was the case study method. Determination of the sample was performed using census method. The data collection consists of primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed with the test F (simultaneous) and One Way ANOVA using SPSS 16 for windows. The results showed that 1). Income expressed differently because of differences in the price of seed, feed, vitamins, drugs, and chemicals (VOK), performance bonuses, and bonus market price; 2) The profitability expressed profitable except PT. Mustika (4.50%) because percentage of profitability over the percentage of BRI deposit rate of 6.25 %; 3) Plasma farmers of the core companies of PT. Mustika has the highest FCR, PT. Malindo has FC/G high, and PT. Ganesha has the FCR and FC/G the lowest; and 4). The results of testing the hypothesis stating no difference between revenue, profitability, FCR, and FC/G at a significance level α = 0.05 and plasma farmers of PT. CIS has the most revenue as well as PT. Ganesha has profitability, FCR, and FC/G is best

    Prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MS) in Indonesia (13,13%) is high and tends to increase. One of the consequences of MS is endothelial dysfunction leading to cardiovascular disease which is inducted by oxidative stressand inflammation. The aim of the present research is to explore lipid profile, lipid peroxidation, and inflammatory marker level on metabolic syndrome women in Purwokerto. Thirty women with blood glucose level greater than normal, body mass index (BMI) > 25 kg/m2, 40-65 years of age were recruited as respondent through selection by a survey in Internal Medicine Polyclinic of Margono Soekarjo Hospital in Purwokerto. In respondents with blood glucose level > 200 mg/dL, total blood cholesterol level, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, malondialdehid, and plasma C-reactive protein were determined. It was found that the MS women were 50,4 years of age; BMI 31,89 kg/m2; blood glucose 219,4 mg/dL; total cholesterol 216,73 mg/dL; triglyceride 218,13 mg/dL; HDL 46,59 mg/dL; LDL 146,27mg/dL; MDA 2943,4 pmol/mL; C-RP 7,62 mg/L; and blood pressure 153/103 mmHg. It indicates that SM women experience dyslipidemia with low antioxidant and inflammation
