Menentukan PH Optimum di DO Stage untuk Mengurangi Konsumsi CIO2 pada Proses Pulp Bleaching di PT. RAPP
The process of bleaching is a chemical process that is used on chemically treated pulp and mechanical pulp aimed at increasing degrees of brightness according to the expected target. The purpose of the bleaching process are: increasing the brightness, maintaining brightness stability, removing dirt and unwanted components and maintain the physical strength of the pulp. Pulp bleaching process has several stages of the first delignification (D0), Extraction Peroxide (EP), and Last Delignification (D stage). There are few process variables having an effect on the bleaching process, one of which is pH. At first delignification process (D0) with the kappa factor 0.25, the process temperature about 75 oC for 1 hour, the expected optimum end pH is 3.5 to 4.0. In these conditions will produce pulp with 65.42% ISO brightness, and after going through the process of extraction Peroxide (EP) for 90 minutes will produce a pulp with a kappa number a low of 2.63. So after going through the process in Last Delignification (Dstage) will have the lowest consumption of chlorine dioxide. Overall pulp with a final pH Do stage 3.5 to 4.0 Chlorine dioxide is consumed as much as 133.6 ml
The Influence of Succession Planning on Organizational Sustainability
This study aims to analyze how much influence Succession Planning has on Organizational Sustainability through the role of Transformational Leadership, Learning Agility, and Resilience using the SEM-PLS method. This research uses quantitative methods to analyze the influence of Succession Planning on Organizational Sustainability through the roles of Transformational Leadership, Learning Agility, and Resilience. The research used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. Primary research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 119 respondents from a total population of 170 employees. The questionnaire contains structured questions that include the variables studied and filled in by respondents online or offline. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive methods using an SEM PLS. The data obtained from the questionnaires were processed and explained statistically by testing the data using SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of descriptive analysis and testing through SmartPLS 4.0, it was found that organizational sustainability can be influenced by learning agility and resilience through the mediation of transformational leadership and succession planning. A significant relationship exists between learning agility and resilience variables mediated by transformational leadership and succession planning on organizational sustainability. However, the research results also show that transformational leadership has no statistically significant relationship with organizational sustainability. However, transformational leadership and succession planning have a very significant relationship. The research results are used to establish recommendations for PT XYZ's management in maintaining the organization's sustainability and further research
ANALISA TEBAL PERKERASAN LENTUR PADA RENCANA PENINGKATAN JALAN RUAS LEGUNDI – PERTIGAAN BUNDER
The final project is Analysis of Flexible Pavement Thickness in the Plan for Improvement of Legundi Road Section - Bunder KM.5 + 700 to 13 + 700 STA. 0 + 000 to 4 + 000which comprised the road geometrics, flexible pavement depth completed with the budgeting. A topographic map was employed to make a geometric design. Traffic data of 2018, rainfall data of 2018, and California Bearing Ratio (CBR) data were needed to design the flexible pavement depth. The basic itemized cost of wages, materials, tools, and work itemized cost from General Work BinaMarga of East Java Province Division IV (Surabaya, Gresik, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Jombang) were needed to find out the budget. Chosen alternative flexible pavement depth of 10 cm asphalt-concrete MS 744 surface, 20 cm Cement Tread Base (CTB) base, and 50 cm sand-aggregate class A (CBR 70) sub-base.The calculations result in PI 01 Full-Circle bend and PI 02 Full-Circle; at IDR 14.745.341.000.Laporan Akhir ini adalah Analisa Tebal Perkerasan Lentur Pada Rencana Peningkatan Jalan Ruas Legundi – Pertigaan Bunder KM.5+700 s/d 13+700 STA. 0+000 s/d 4+000 yang bertujuan untuk menghitung tebal perkerasan lentur jalan, menghitung geometric jalan dan rencana anggaran biaya proyek. Genetic Evaluation of Body Weight and Body Measurements in Madura Cattle at Weaning Age
Body weight and body measurements at weaning age are important traits representing growth in beef cattle. This research was conducted at the Technical Unit of Madura Cattle and Forage for Animal Feed, Pamekasan, Madura, Indonesia. Eighty-six data points of performance of Madura cattle at weaning age, born in 2014-2019 were used to evaluate the performance and estimate the heritability for weaning weight (WW) and body measurement (chest girth (CG), body length (BL) and wither height (WH)) at weaning age. Weaning age was corrected to 205 days. Estimation of variance components was performed using restricted maximum likelihood applying genetic models of Genstat version 18. The mean of WW, CG, BL and WH for female were 83.82 +17.91 kg; 100.87 +7.80 cm; 87.66 +8.96 cm; and 93.04 +5.49 cm, respectively. The mean of WW, CG, BL and WH for male were 81.02 +20.52 kg; 100.12 +9.82 cm; 85.94 +9.54 cm; and 92.69 +7.46 cm, respectively. There were significant difference for WW, CG, BL and WH between year of calf birth. The number of sires used each year varied between 1 to 7 sires. The heritability values for WW, CG, BL and WH were 0.60, 0.43, 0.48 and 0.44, respectively.

Kajian Evaluasi Manfaat Dan Kontribusi Dana APBN Dalam Pembangunan Peternakan Di Jawa Timur
The study aimed at analyzing the benefit of the national income and purchasing budget (APBN) in achieving livestock development program in East Java province and analyzing the contribution of APBN in the livestock development program in East Java. The results showed that the contribution of livestock sub-sector to the Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) of the agricultural sector in East Java province was relatively low (9.20-9.26%) as compared to other sub-sectors. In addition, the contribution of agricultural sector to the total of PDRB in East Java province was 17.44-17.22%. Although its contribution was relatively low, the APBN budget remained important to develop livestock sector in East Java province
