Construction scintillation detector with one aperture for environmental scanning electron microscope

Práce se věnuje návrhu scintilačního detektoru s jednou clonkou pro enviromentální rastrovací elektronový mikroskop. Na začátku práce je úvod do mikroskopie. Dále je práce zaměřena na popis EREM (ESEM) mikroskopu a scintilačního detektoru. Následná kapitola se věnuje dynamice proudění. Jsou uvedeny druhy proudění a matematický popis proudění. Další kapitola je o použitém softwaru a jeho způsobu výpočtu proudění. Dále je uveden návrh clonky a způsob odsávání prostoru detektoru. Je popsáno a porovnáno několik typů řešení scintilačního detektoru s jednou clonkou. Poslední kapitolou je závěr, ve kterém je práce shrnuta.The thesis is focused on the design of a scintillation detector with one screen for environmental scanning electron microscope. At the beginning of the work is an introduction to microscopy. Further work is focused on the description of ESEM microscope and a scintillation detector. The following chapter is devoted to the dynamics of flow. They list the types of flow and mathematical description of equations. The next chapter is about using the software and the way of solution of flow. In the following chapter describes a proposal of the diaphragm and extraction method of the detector area. They are described some of type aperture. The last chapter is the conclusion, where the work is summarized.

Biomass as renewable energy resources

Tato práce se zabývá využíváním biomasy jako nositele energie a způsobu jejího získání. Jsou popsány v současnosti nejpoužívanější metody přeměny biomasy na různé formy energie, od spalování po anaerobní digesci. Dále tato práce poukazuje na využití biomasy nejen v energetickém odvětví, ale i v dopravním průmyslu, jako pohon motorů vozidel. Rozebírá nejen výrobu bioethanolu z organického materiálu, ale i způsoby přípravy vodíku, jako paliva budoucnosti, a jeho využití v palivových článcích.Bachelor’s thesis deals with an exploitation of a biomass as an energy carrier and the manners of obtaining this energy. Currently the most widely used methods of conversion of the biomass to various forms of energy, from burning to anaerobic digestion are described here. This work adverts to use the biomass not only in energetics, but also in the transport industry, as alternative fuel of vehicle engines. It describes not only the production of bioethanol from organic material, but also the techniques of hydrogen production as the fuel of future, and its use in fuel cells.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena do oblasti logistiky a monitorování zásob, které jsou neoddělitelnou součástí každé podnikatelské činnosti. Zabývá se zefektivněním evidence skladových jednotek ve výrobní firmě, která má velký počet skladů, za použití elektronického monitorování. Monitorování využívá moderních technologií, které se rychle rozvíjí a uplatňují ve všech odvětvích trhu.The Master’s thesis deals with logistics and resources monitoring area, which is inseparable part of every production oriented economic activity. It uses electronic monitoring systems for more effective dealing with stock records in a production company that has many stores. The monitoring utilizes modern technologies, that are burgeoning and finding its use in all branches of market.

Communication driver and simulater for Mettler Toledo weight in STEP7

V úvodu je přehled programovacích jazyků pro PLC. Práce se zabývá vytvořením driveru pro komunikaci s váhovým terminálem firmy Mettler Toledo, konkrétně jde o typ IND560. Dále se práce zabývá vytvořením simulátoru tohoto váhového terminálu, který není k práci k dispozici. Vše je tvořeno pomocí jazyka SCL a softwaru firmy Siemens. Také byla vytvořena vizualizace projektu.In the beginning of the thesis I mention a list of PLC programming languages. The thesis itself deals with a problem of implementing a driver for Mettler Toledo weight terminal,concretely the type IND560. Moreover, the simulator of this terminal is created (the terminal itself was not available). For the implementation, the language scl was used, together with the Siemens company software. At the end of the thesis, I created a visualization of the project.

Impact of Exchange Rate on Firm Competitivness

Cílem diplomové práce je objasnit vliv měnového kurzu na konkurenceschopnost firmy. První kapitola se zabývá teoretickými východisky konkurenceschopnosti firem ve vztahu k měnovému kurzu. Druhá kapitola se pak zabývá hodnocením a měřením konkurenceschopnosti tří vybraných odvětví národního hospodářství. Za tímto účelem je zkoumán vliv měnového kurzu na konkurenceschopnost těchto tří odvětví. Součástí této kapitoly je také představení vybraného podniku, na kterém je zároveň demonstrován vliv nominálního a reálného efektivního měnového kurzu na jeho konkurenceschopnost. Závěrečná část popisuje zhodnocení příležitostí a rizik spojených s měnovým kurzem.The aim of thesis is clarify of the exchange rate affects on firm competitiveness. The first chapter deals with the theoretical bases of the competitiveness of companies in relation to foreign exchange rate. The second chapter deals with evaluating and measuring the competitiveness of the three selected sectors of the economy. For this purpose, the influence of the exchange rate on the competitiveness of these three sectors. This chapter is also selected company performance, which is also demonstrated by the effect of the nominal and real effective exchange rate to its competitiveness. The final part of thesis describes the assessments of opportunities and risks associated with exchange rate.
