Impact of Bank Cards Transactions on Banking Fee Income Growth in Russia

The article covers the advent of new sources of income which banks should concentrate on in the light of digitalization and development of new technologies. In spite of dynamic bank cards market development, there are many unresolved issues and challenges in this sphere, which generally relate to the necessity to enhance legal framework regulation; development of effective anti-fraud methods; utilization of innovative technologies and others. The Russian economy and society are in need of highly efficient, safe and economically viable and independent payment system, including such method of payments as bank cards. The conducted analysis revealed that there is a correlation between individual indicators of the bank card market development and the level of a bank's income. The latter depends not only on the revenue flows generated by the growth of interest rates on loans or other conventional types of banking transactions, but on the level of bank cards transactions. It is important to identify correlation between the growth of banks' fee income from card transaction and the amount of funds raised by commercial banks, the numbers of ATM, the average income per card, the number of operating cards, and per capita income of the population

Calcium Spikes in Epithelium: study on Drosophila early embryos

International audienceCalcium ion acts in nearly every aspect of cellular life. The versatility and specificity required for such a ubiquitous role is ensured by the spatio-temporal dynamics of calcium concentration variations. While calcium signal dynamics has been extensively studied in cell cultures and adult tissues, little is known about calcium activity during early tissue morphogenesis. We monitored intracellular calcium concentration in Drosophila gastrula and revealed single cell calcium spikes that were short-lived, rare and showed strong variability among embryos. We quantitatively described the spatio-temporal dynamics of these spikes and analyzed their potential origins and nature by introducing physical and chemical perturbations. Our data highlight the inter-and intra-tissue variability of calcium activity during tissue morphogenesis

Ensuring of the enterprisе operation effacacy: management aspect

The article investigates the approaches to the definition of the category essence "management effacacy". The object of research is the theoretical and methodological enterprisе efficacy composition aspects. The subject is ensuring of enterprisе effective management. The study purpose is to find ways to guarantee the enterprisе efficacy functioning by improving the management, financial and economic security fixed capital system. The following tasks are implemented for this: analysis of publications on the enterprisе efficacy management; definition of principles for the enterprisе efficacy management implementation; improvement of the management system based on the fixed capital efficient use; enterprisе economic security main components determination and implementation levels of environmentally safe technologies for enterprisе efficacy management. To solve the research problems, the principles of dialectical logic, the unity of logical and theoretical, system analysis, problem-oriented and system-structural approach, classification methods, expert assessments were used. The article presents a model of internal audit of the core capital of enterprisеs, which reflects organizational, legal, operational and accounting control. The enterprisе economic security main components and the levels of environmentally safe technologies implementation at enterprisеs are highlighted. Also the main priority interests of the environmentally friendly technologies introduction, which are the main capital for enterprisеs have been determined, and draws up a logical scheme of the levels and stages of management decision-making to ensure the innovative technologies development has been drawn up

Lengths of quasi-commutative pairs of matrices

In this paper we discuss some partial solutions of the length conjecture which describes the length of a generating system for matrix algebras. We consider mainly the algebras generated by two matrices which are quasi-commuting. It is shown that in this case the length function is linearly bounded. We also analyze which particular natural numbers can be realized as the lengths of certain special generating sets and prove that for commuting or product-nilpotent pairs all possible numbers are realizable, however there are non-realizable values between lower and upper bounds for the other quasi-commuting pairs. In conclusion we also present several related open problems

El artículo trata los aspectos económicos y legales de la actividad innovadora de las empresas en el contexto de la economía digital. Los autores han establecido que la actividad innovadora de las empresas incluye también el desarrollo de la inteligencia artificial y la robótica y que en las condiciones actuales a la hora de crear y utilizar tecnologías de inteligencia artificial, el tema de garantizar la seguridad nacional en el entorno digital se vuelve de suma importancia. En este caso, el objetivo estratégico de garantizar la seguridad de la información es proteger los intereses vitales del individuo y la sociedad contra las amenazas internas y externas asociadas con la aplicación de tecnologías de la información para diversos fines contrarios al derecho civil.
