On the Energy Issue for a Class of Modified Higher Order Gravity Black Hole Solutions
In the case of a large class of static spherically symmetric black hole
solutions in higher order modified gravity models, an expression for the
associated energy is proposed and identified as a quantity proportional to the
constant of integration, which appears in the explicit solution. The
identification is achieved making use of derivation of the First Law of black
hole physics from the equations of motion, evaluating independently the Entropy
via Wald method and the Hawking temperature via the tunneling method. Several
non trivial examples are discussed, including a new topological higher

The Peculiarities of Senior PreschoolChildren’s Representations of Family in Russian and Khakass Ethnic Groups
This article presents the results of a study on Khakass and Russian preschool children’s representations of family and family relations in the Republic of Khakassia. The data obtained reflect modern children's specific perception of a family as their micro-environment. The article demonstrates the differences in preschoolers' representations based on their ethno-cultural family affiliation. The research proved the high importance of traditional family arrangement and the value of family. The results identified that the Khakass children have the idea of the indispensable link between the young and old generations involving large relations within the extended family, while Russian children expressed the idea of a predominantly scaled down and closed nature of relations within family
Viscous Fluids and Gauss-Bonnet Modified Gravity
We study effects of cosmic fluids on finite-time future singularities in
modified -gravity, where and are the Ricci scalar and the
Gauss-Bonnet invariant, respectively. We consider the fluid equation of state
in the general form, , and we suppose the existence of a
bulk viscosity. We investigate quintessence region () and phantom
region () and the possibility to change or avoid the singularities
in -gravity. Finally, we study the inclusion of quantum effects in

Casimir Effects Near the Big Rip Singularity in Viscous Cosmology
Analytical properties of the scalar expansion in the cosmic fluid are
investigated, especially near the future singularity, when the fluid possesses
a constant bulk viscosity \zeta. In addition, we assume that there is a
Casimir-induced term in the fluid's energy-momentum tensor, in such a way that
the Casimir contributions to the energy density and pressure are both
proportional to 1/a^4, 'a' being the scale factor. A series expansion is worked
out for the scalar expansion under the condition that the Casimir influence is
small. Close to the Big Rip singularity the Casimir term has however to fade
away and we obtain the same singular behavior for the scalar expansion, the

On Isotropic Turbulence in the Dark Fluid Universe
As first part of this work, experimental information about the decay of
isotropic turbulence in ordinary hydrodynamics, u^2(t) proportional to
t^{-6/5}, is used as input in FRW equations in order to investigate how an
initial fraction f of turbulent kinetic energy in the cosmic fluid influences
the cosmological development in the late, quintessence/phantom, universe. First
order perturbative theory to the first order in f is employed. It turns out
that both in the Hubble factor, and in the energy density, the influence from
the turbulence fades away at late times. The divergences in these quantities
near the Big Rip behave essentially as in a non-turbulent fluid. However, for
the scale factor, the turbulence modification turns out to diverge
logarithmically. As second part of our work, we consider the full FRW equation
in which the turbulent part of the dark energy is accounted for by a separate
term. It is demonstrated that turbulence occurrence may change the future
universe evolution due to dissipation of dark energy. For instance,
phantom-dominated universe becomes asymptotically a de Sitter one in the

Value foundations of marginal political practices of youth
Today's youth, being a keyactor in the use of digital technologies, prefers digital participation in the political sphere of society. The main practices used by young people in their online participation are marginal. The marginality of the political practices of youth is revealed in their hybridity, which manifests itself in the binary of normativity - abnormality, norm - deviation, etc. Using the trend-watching method in the course of the research made it possible to identify the nonlinear and virulent nature of the marginal practices of youth, which makes it difficult to predict their impact, that, according to the authors, actualizes the need to identify the value foundations of their application. Content analysis of young people (18-30 years old) accounts in social networks, Instagram and Youtube channels of public opinion leaders revealed such value foundations of marginal political practices of young people as: patriotism, solidarity, non-violence, participation and independence.The nature of the identified axiological foundations made it possible to draw a conclusion about the transition from the traditional values of political participation of young people to the values of self-expression, the acquisition and implementation of civic subjectivity
The foresight forecasting of social development in rural areas of the region
The article reveals the necessity to use a foresight when designing strategic plans and programs for the socio-economic development of rural municipalities in the present conditions of spatial and harmonious development of rural territories. A phased algorithm for forecasting the social development in rural areas. The article presents the results of foreseeing the social development of rural territories of the Non-chernozem zone of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The proposed unified foresight research methodology that makes it possible to provide a realistic target setting and precise «targeting» of strategic planning for the social development in rural areas. Summing up that the foresight technologies should be used as a system tool for developing a strategy for sustainable development of rural territorial systems
