Leibniz und I. Kant eingegangen.
Jean Piagetâs genetic epistemology is a theory of knowledge which shows that the psychogenesis of the subject happens in several stages, namely by assimilation and accomodation. Besides, autoregulation and equilibration processes are responsible for this. Thus, the functions of cognition are not predetermined, but develop in the course of childhood.
In the first part of the paper the central terms and theses of genetic epistemology are summarised in detail. First the basis of genetic epistemology is described, which consists of the central terms âassimilationâ, âaccomodationâ and âschemaâ. Subsequently, the most important steps of development and stages of cognition of Piaget are made explicit. After that a theoretical analysis about this topic will be provided. The focus is laid on the figurative and the operative aspect of knowledge, as well as on reflective and empirical abstraction.
Furthermore, genetic epistemology will be compared with biological (Lamarckism and Neodarwinism), theory of knowledge (empirism and inneism) and psychological (ethology and behaviorism) positions. At the end of the first part a description of the autoregulations and the theory of equilibration of Piaget is given.
In the second part of the thesis genetic epistemology is compared with other philosophical epistemological positions, in which historical aspects are stressed. The main focus is laid on comparing them with rationalism. This is the reason why R. Descartes, G.W. Leibniz and I. Kant are mentioned, apart from Plato and Aristotle. In describing Decartes, Leibniz, Plato and Aristotle Piagetâs view and interpretation of their philosophies is taken into consideration, while in analysing Kant a theoretical interpretation is added. The main points of genetic epistemology are analysed and compared with transcendental philosophy. What results from this comparison is that the theories do not contradict themselves, but possibly even complement one another. Therefore, apart from several parallels, convergences among them are stressed.
Finally, a summary of the most important rationalistic features of genetic epistemology is provided
Physicians' view of primary care-based case management for patients with heart failure: a qualitative study
Community case management and unplanned hospital admissions in patients with heart failure:A systematic review and qualitative evidence synthesis
Development of a primary care-based complex care management intervention for chronically ill patients at high risk for hospitalization: a study protocol
Background: Complex care management is seen as an approach to face the challenges of an ageing society with increasing numbers of patients with complex care needs. The Medical Research Council in the United Kingdom has proposed a framework for the development and evaluation of complex interventions that will be used to develop and evaluate a primary care-based complex care management program for chronically ill patients at high risk for future hospitalization in Germany. Methods and design: We present a multi-method procedure to develop a complex care management program to implement interventions aimed at reducing potentially avoidable hospitalizations for primary care patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or chronic heart failure and a high likelihood of hospitalization. The procedure will start with reflection about underlying precipitating factors of hospitalizations and how they may be targeted by the planned intervention (pre-clinical phase). An intervention model will then be developed (phase I) based on theory, literature, and exploratory studies (phase II). Exploratory studies are planned that entail the recruitment of 200 patients from 10 general practices. Eligible patients will be identified using two ways of 'case finding': software based predictive modelling and physicians' proposal of patients based on clinical experience. The resulting subpopulations will be compared regarding healthcare utilization, care needs and resources using insurance claims data, a patient survey, and chart review. Qualitative studies with healthcare professionals and patients will be undertaken to identify potential barriers and enablers for optimal performance of the complex care management program. Discussion: This multi-method procedure will support the development of a primary care-based care management program enabling the implementation of interventions that will potentially reduce avoidable hospitalizations
In this thesis it is demonstrated how Belarusian and Slovenian language planning has been and is carried out and what effect it has on the status of these languages. With the help of Belarusian and Slovenian languages it is pointed out, who it is that performs language policy, which forms it can take and what influence it has on the perception of languages. Apart from that it should get obvious, how language planning can be used as a political instrument
AR based Assistance for the Tool Change of Cyber-Physical Systems
The Department of Computer Integrated Design at the TU Darmstadt deals with new innovative interaction possibilities between workers and Cyber-Physical Systems on the shop floor. In this paper, technologies of Augmented Reality play an important role. Thus, a digital workflow between product development, planning and production can be established. For this purpose, a concept for an AR based Assistance for the tool change of a CNC machine was developed. Based on the processed instructions for a workpiece, information for a complete tool change are progressively provided to the operator. The concept was implemented and validated using a Microsoft HoloLens and a 3-axis CNC milling machine
