    Pengaruh Konseling Kelompok dan Empati Terhadap Peningkatan Perilaku Prososial Siswa di SMA Negeri 11 Medan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan perilaku prososial siswa di SMA Negeri 11 Medan yang diberikan layanan konseling kelompok teknik diskusi dan modeling, perbedaan perilaku prososial siswa di SMA Negeri 11 Medan yang memiliki empati tinggi dengan empati rendah, dan interaksi antara konseling kelompok dan empati terhadap peningkatan perilaku prososial siswa di SMA Negeri 11 Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 54 orang yang terdiri dari 25 orang pada kelas konseling teknik diskusi dan 29 orang pada kelas modeling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner prososial dan empati. Data dianalisis menggunakan wilcoxon dan ANOVA 2 Jalur dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertama, menunjukan bahwa hasil analisis wilcoxon nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis menolak H0 atau menerima Ha dalam taraf alpha 5 % yang artinya ada perbedaan perilaku prososial siswa di SMA Negeri 11 Medan yang diberikan layanan konseling kelompok teknik diskusi dan teknik modeling. Kedua menunjukan nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis menolak H0 atau menerima Ha dalam taraf alpha 5 % yang artinya ada perbedaan perilaku prososial siswa di SMA Negeri 11 Medan yang memiliki empati tinggi dengan empati rendah. Ketiga berdasarkan analisis anova 2 jalur ,ada interaksi konseling kelompok dan empati terhadap peningkatan perilaku prososial yang ditunjukan nilai signifikansi 0,036 < 0,05, artinya ada interaksi antara konseling kelompok dan empati terhadap peningkatan perilaku prososial siswa di SMA Negeri 11 Medan.This study aims to determine differences in prosocial behavior of students in SMA Negeri 11 Medan given counseling services in the group discussion and modeling techniques, differences in prosocial behavior of students in SMA Negeri 11 Medan who have high empathy with low empathy, and the interaction between group counseling and empathy for improvement prosocial behavior of students in SMA Negeri 11 Medan. This research is a quasi-experimental study with 2 x 2 factorial design. The research subjects were 54 people consisting of 25 people in the discussion technique counseling class and 29 people in the modeling class. The instruments used in this study are prosocial and empathy questionnaires. Data were analyzed using wilxocon and anova 2 Pathways with a significant level of 0.05. The results show that first, based in analyzed wilcoxon that the significance value is 0,000 <0,05. Then it can be said that the results of testing the hypothesis rejects H0 or accepts Ha in an alpha level of 5%, which means there are differences in prosocial behavior of students in SMA Negeri 11 Medan who are given counseling services in group discussion techniques and modeling techniques. The second shows a significance value of 0.006 <0.05. Then it can be said that the results of testing the hypothesis rejects H0 or accepts Ha in an alpha level of 5%, which means there are differences in prosocial behavior of students in SMA Negeri 11 Medan who have high empathy with low empathy. Third, based in anova 2 pathway there is the interaction of group counseling and empathy for the improvement of prosocial behavior which is shown by the significance value of 0.036 <0.05, meaning that there is an interaction between group counseling and empathy for improving the prosocial behavior of students in SMA Negeri 11 Medan

    Dinamika Bullying di Sekolah: Faktor dan Dampak

    The problem of bullying has become a serious concern which has a psychological and emotional impact on teenagers. These include mental health problems, low self-esteem, social isolation, and even the potential risk of dangerous behavior. Based on this, this article aims to understand the dynamics of bullying in adolescents regarding the factors involved, the extent of its impact, and how society and the authorities or counselors can overcome this problem. This article uses a library research method that focuses on empirical research indexed by Google Scholar regarding the dynamics of bullying among teenagers in the last 5 years (2019-2023). In this literature review, 20 articles related to the dynamics of bullying in adolescents were identified, including factor aspects (11 articles) and impact aspects (9 articles). Research conducted in a variety of social contexts, such as school, online, or community settings, will be included in this analysis. The research results briefly show that there are factors that influence bullying behavior, including individuals, families, peers, the school environment, and the mass media. These factors play an important role in bullying behavior which has an impact on teenagers such as emotional problems including stress, depression, isolation and thoughts of suicide. Bullying can occur in various forms, including conventional (offline) and cyberbullying (online). Treatment and prevention efforts involve adolescents, families, schools and communities in building values, effective communication, prevention programs and social interventions. All parties need to play an active role in overcoming the problem of bullying

The problem discussed in this study is how the Cognitive Counseling Approach with Bibliotherapy Techniques can overcome low adolescent self-esteem at LKSA Yakenas Madani. Based on the analysis that has been put forward, it can be concluded that the counseling process through the Cognitive Counseling Approach with Bibliotherapy Techniques is implemented and running well. The Cognitive Counseling Approach with Bibliotherapy Techniques can turn negative thoughts into positive ones and increase low self-esteem in adolescents at LKSA Yakenas Madani

    Efek Toxic Parenting terhadap Perilaku Sibling Rivalry Siswa

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan pengaruh toxic parenting  terhadap sibling rivalry. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 123 siswa yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik sampling insidental. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kuesioner dalam pengumpulan data penelitian, yaitu toxic parenting Scale dan sibling rivalry Questionnaire, yang dianalisis secara deskriptif dan regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan toxic parenting berpengaruh terhadap sibling rivalry. Disamping itu, toxic parenting berkontribusi terhadap sibling rivalry sebesar 27.7% dengan koefisien regresi bernilai positif, dapat dinyatakan bahwa pengaruh toxic parenting terhadap sibling rivalry adalah positif, yang memiliki makna kenaikan toxic parenting akan menyebabkan peningkatan sibling rivalry. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan untuk mengurangi pertengkaran sesama anggota keluarga bisa melalui pola asuh yang demokratis tanpa adanya pengasuhan toxic pada anak. Temuan lain menunjukkan laki-laki sedikit lebih merasakan pengasuhan toxic dibandingkan dengan perempuan dan berbanding terbalik dengan data sibling rivalry menunjukkan perempuan sedikit lebih sering melakukan perilaku sibling rivalry dibandingkan laki-laki, hal ini ditandai sebaran data perempuan lebih tinggi daripada perempuan. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini, layanan konseling keluarga dan seminar tentang parenting untuk meningkatkan pola asuh demokratis pada keluarga millenial saat ini lebih sering diadakan pada saat rapat komite

    Narcissism and Social Media Addiction: Gender, Social Demographics, and Social Media Use

    This study aims to describe differences in narcissism and social media addiction based on gender, social demographics, and use of social media. This research is a comparative student, the sample for this study amounted to 123 students in Vocational High School (SMK) in DKI Jakarta. There are two instruments used in this study, namely, the narcissistic instrument (22 items) and the social media addiction instrument (17 items). Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Multivariate One-Way Analysis of Variance Model (MANOVA). The findings for this study indicate that there are significant differences in narcissistic and social media addiction variables based on gender, number of social media accounts, and gender-daily internet access. In addition, there is a significant difference in social media addiction based on domicile. Gender and the order of children in the family are also significantly different on the variables of social media addiction. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that further researchers will link other variables (for example: self-esteem, loneliness, subjective well-being, stress, etc.) to prevent narcissistic behavior and social media addiction in education

    Tujuan dalam artikel ini adalah untuk meminimalisir risiko stunting dengan mengoptimalisasi kader DASHAT, karena nantinya kader yang akan memberikan penyuluhan kepada Keluarga Risiko Stunting (KRS) terkait dengan pemberian gizi simbang pada balita/baduta, ibu hamil dan menyusui. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah edukasi, stimulasi dan praktik pengolahan menu makanan untuk ibu hamil dan menyusui, bayi 6-8 bulan, bayi 9-11 bulan, bayi 12-23 bulan. Hasil&nbsp; dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kader tentang pemenuhan gizi untuk pencegahan stunting. Program DASHAT berdampak positif bagi pengetahuan kader terkait pencegahan stunting dan dapat dijadikan upaya dalam menekan angka stunting di Kabupaten Pandeglang
