TOPLU KONUT ÜRETİMİNDE TÜNEL KALIP SİSTEMİ UYGULAMALARI VE KARŞILAŞILAN SORUNLAR

This study is about the problems faced in the application and the utilization of tunnel formwork system that is commonly used to meet the residence need increasing every passing day. Having some problems that could not be solved because of the details not applied by the manufacturers thought of production costs, constitutes disadvantages beside its benefits to our country and manufacture in terms of system. In the formation of the study, various books, thesis, articles, web sites about the industrialized construction techniques and tunnel formwork production system and the catalogues of construction firms are scanned and these materials contributed to obtain the findings by the use of scan-describe method. During the stage of determining the problems, the housing estate applications built with tunnel formwork system in Konya are chosen as the work area and the visual data – obtained by research-observation – belonging to these applications are utilized. As a result it can be said that if solution ways directed at the encountered problems depending on the wrong applications of production firms because of their economical worries are not searched, this system will no longer be advantageous.Bu çalışma, her geçen gün daha da çok artan konut ihtiyacının karşılanmasında yaygın olarak kullanılan tünel kalıp sisteminin uygulama ve kullanımında karşılaşılan sorunlarla ilgilidir. Ülkemiz ve üretim adına kazandırdıklarının yanında üretici firmaların maliyeti düşünerek uygulayamadıkları detaylar sonucunda halen çözülemeyen sorunlarının bulunması sistem açısından dezavantaj oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın oluşmasında, endüstrileşmiş yapım teknikleri ve tünel kalıp üretim sistemiyle ilgili olan çeşitli kitaplar, tezler, makaleler, web siteleri, inşaat firmalarının katalogları taranmış ve bu materyaller tarama-betimleme yöntemi kullanılarak bulguların elde edilmesine katkı sağlamıştır. Sorunların tespitinin yapılması aşamasında çalışma alanı olarak Konya’da tünel kalıp sistemiyle üretilen toplu konut uygulamaları seçilerek, bu uygulamalara ait araştırma-gözlemleme sonucu elde edilen görsel verilerden yararlanılmıştır. Üretici firmaların ekonomik kaygıları sebebiyle yanlış uygulamalarından dolayı karşılaşılan sorunlara yönelik bir an önce çözüm yolları aranmaz ise sistemin avantajlı durumunun zaman içerisinde tersine döneceği sonucuna varılmıştır

TÜRK İNŞAAT SEKTÖRÜNDEKİ TÜNEL KALIP TEKNOLOJİSİ UYGULAMALARINDA PREKAST YAPI BİLEŞENLERİ PROJELENDİRME VE UYGULAMA SORUNLARININ NEDEN VE ÇÖZÜMLERİ

The subject of the research discussed in this study’s scope is about the integration of the precast building components used in the houses built with tunnel formwork system to the structural system and determination of the joint problems. In the direction of this aim, prefabricated building components affecting the production speed of tunnel formwork system in a positive way are introduced, the problems faced especially in precast facade panels and stairs because of the design and application errors are examined with the determinations in site. In the conclusion part various proposals are brought and the necessity of making use of especially the light building components is indicated. Bu çalışmanın kapsamı içinde ele alınan araştırmanın konusu, tünel kalıp sistemle üretilen konutlarda  kullanılan  prekast  yapı  bileşenlerinin  taşıyıcı  sisteme  entegrasyonu  ve  birleşim  yeri sorunlarının belirlenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, tünel kalıp sistemin üretim hızını olumlu yönde etkileyen prefabrike yapı bileşenleri tanıtılarak, özellikle prekast cephe panelleri ve merdivenlerde projelendirme  ve  uygulama  hatalarından  dolayı  karşılaşılan  problemler  yerinde  yapılan  tespitler neticesinde irdelenmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise bu sorunların giderilmesi amacıyla çeşitli öneriler getirilerek, özellikle hafif yapı elemanlarından faydalanılması gerekliliği belirtilmiştir

KONUTLARDA KULLANICI GEREKSİNMELERİNE BAĞLI OLARAK YAPILAN CEPHE MÜDAHALELERİNİN FİZİKSEL ÇEVRE KALİTESİNE ETKİSİ

In this study, the effect of the illegal planning changes depending on different occupant requirements, to the residences’ facades and environmental quality is explained. With this aim occupant requirements are defined; environment, building and residences’ quality standards are determined. In the course of the time deteriorated building‐environment quality because of the noninspection effects the city’s silhouette negatively. This effect is manifested by the examples from the residences’ facades in Konya city centre. In conclusion, to prevent facade interventions effecting the quality, some suggestions are given. Especially in the planning phase by taking the occupant requirements into consideration, the obligation of flexible building production is emphasized. Bu  çalışmada,  kullanıcı  gereksinmelerindeki  farklılaşmaya  bağlı  olarak  planlama  açısından yapılan izinsiz değişikliklerin konut cephelerine ve çevresel kaliteye etkileri konu edinilmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, kullanıcı gereksinmeleri tanımlanmış, çevre, yapı ve konut kalite ölçütleri belirlenmiştir. Zaman içinde denetimsizlik sonucu bozulan yapı‐çevre kalitesinin kent görüntüsüne olumsuz etkileri Konya kent merkezi konutlarının cephelerinden örnekler verilerek ortaya konulmuştur. Sonuç olarak, kaliteyi etkileyen cephe müdahalelerinin önüne geçilebilmesi amacıyla, öneriler getirilmiş ve özellikle planlama  aşamasında  kullanıcı  gereksinmeleri  dikkate  alınarak,  esnek  yapı  üretiminin  gerekliliği vurgulanmıştır
