    PROFIL WORKER READINESS LULUSAN SMK DALAM KONTEKS INDUSTRI 4.0

    Worker Readiness graduates are a serious problem for vocational schools in the Industry 4.0. The researcher aims to identify Worker Readiness profiles of SMK graduates, find uniformity of Worker Readiness aspects, and identify the most priority Worker Readiness aspects needed by SMK graduates in the context of Industry 4.0. Beginning with a Systematic Literature Review of 90 journals, then a virtual Focus Group Discussion of 5 vocational teachers and 4 industry practitioners, followed by the distribution of google-form to 30 respondents who graduated from vocational schools. The findings of ten aspects of Worker Readiness are readiness for technology adoption, communication, collaboration, adaptation, problem solving analysis, critical thinking, innovation, independence, creativity, and curiosity. The results of the discussion processed with NVIVO found that graduates must have found that graduates must have the ability to adopt technology, adapt, curiosity, problem analysis ability, critical thinking ability and have an innovative creative spirit. Meanwhile, the results of the survey, which was processed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process, found that creative and innovative attitudes were the most priority aspects of Worker Readiness needed by SMK graduates in the context 4.0. The results of this study are expected to be information material for the government as policy makers, schools in improving the quality of graduates and teaching, industry in improving the quality of workers, as well as for students and graduates in preparing themselves to become workers who have work readiness in the Industry 4.0 era

    Abstract: The aim of this reserach is to improve understanding concept of learning social on identification kind of jobs subject matter. This research belongs to a classroom action research. The research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The sources data came from the three grade students, the three grade teacher, and the document. To collect the data it used interview, observation, documentation and test. To validity the data it used content validity. To analyze the data it used descriptive comparative. Inconclusion make a match model can improve understanding concept of learning social on identification kind of jobs subject matter. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep IPS pada materi mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis pekerjaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Sumber data berasal dari siswa kelas III, guru kelas III dan dokumen. Pengumpulan data digunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Validitas data menggunakan validitas isi. Analisis data digunakan deskriptif komparatif. Simpulan bahwa model make a match dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep IPS pada materi mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis pekerjaan.     PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN REALISTIC MATHEMATICS EDUCATION UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIS SISWA KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR

    Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi rendahnya kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Khususnya dalam menyatakan ulang sebuah konsep, menggunakan, memanfaatkan dan memilih prosedur atau operasi tertentu, dan mengaplikasikan konsep atau algoritma pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan : (1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran Realistic Mathematics Education untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar, dan (2) peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas IV dengan menerapkan pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV pada salah satu sekolah dasar yang berada di Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Bandung yang berjumalah 27 siswa pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan model Kemmis dan Taggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan materi pembelajaran keliling dan luas bangun datar. Penelitian ini menggunakan prinsip pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education diantaranya: 1) Didactical Phenomenologi;2) Guided Reinvention; dan (Self Develoved Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas 81 dengan presentase 81.48%. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata 90 dengan persentase 96.30%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan pendekatan RME di Sekolah Dasar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Specifically in restating a concept, using, utilizing and choosing a particular procedure or operation, and applying a problem-solving concept or algorithm. This study aims to describe: (1) The teaching-learning process by applying the Realistic Mathematics Education learning approach to improve the ability to understand mathematical concepts of four grade students of elementary school, and (2) The improvement of fourgrade students’ ability in understanding the mathematical concepts by applying the Realistic Mathematics Education approach. Participants in this study were 27 4th grade students at an elementary school in Sukajadi Sub-District of Bandung City in 2018/2019 school year. This research uses the Classroom Action Research method (CAR ) with the Kemmis and Taggart models which are carried out in two cycles with circumference and area of planes learning materials. This research uses the principles of the Realistic Mathematics Education approach including 1) Didactical Phenomenology, 2) Guided Reinvention; and 3) Self Developed Model. The results showed an increase in students' understanding of concepts in the first cycle the average value of class 81 with a percentage of 81.48%. In the second cycle, the average value is 90 with a percentage of 96.30%. Thus it can be concluded that applying the Realistic Mathematics Education approach in elementary schools can improve students' understanding of mathematical concept skills.     MOLECULAR CHARACTERIZATION OF Aspergillus flavus TOXIGENICITY IN AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES IN INDONESIA

    Toxigenic Aspergillus flavus is a primary producer of aflatoxin in Indonesia, and its presence can lead to the contamination of agricultural commodities. This contamination poses a risk to export-targeted commodities, potentially resulting in their rejection. Therefore, this study aims to characterize the molecular profile of nativeA. flavus isolated from several Indonesian agricultural products, with a major focus on its toxigenicity and toxin production. A total of 18 A. flavus collections were isolated from nutmeg, ground peanut, cacao, coffee bean, corn, white pepper, and soil peanut plantation. Species identification was carried out using molecular and morphological approaches. The toxigenicity of isolates was characterized based on the amplification of aflatoxin gene clusters, while toxin production was assessed through growth simulation on a 10% coconut broth media followed by HPLC quantification. The result showed that all isolates were confirmed as A. flavus based on the morphological and sequence analysis of the ITS region. A total of 11 isolates (61%) were confirmed as toxigenic and produced 1-2 types of aflatoxin, in varying concentrations of high, moderate, or low levels of AFB1. High levels of AFB1 produced by seven isolates namely BIO3313, BIO33212, BIO3361, BIO33404, BIO3338, BIO3352, and BIO3344, had concentration levels ranging from 76.78 to 2241.06 µg/kg, while three isolates (BIO3314, BIO3312, and BIO3381) produced AFB1 below 1 µg/kg. Twenty-nine pairs of aflatoxin gene-specific sequences were successfully amplified as a single band, while some produced non-specific patterns in several low toxigenic and non-toxigenic isolates. Based on the results, it was concluded that completed gene clusters and variations of gene deletion were observed in both toxigenic and non-toxigenic isolates. However, no specific target gene could effectively distinguish the two groups. Two non-toxigenic isolates namely BIO3393 and BIO33403 exhibited a large deletion and could be potential candidates for biocontrol agents

    Variability of N-SPT-Correlated Undrained Shear Strength of Alluvial Deposit in Doplang Region, Central Java, Indonesia

    The need to better quantify the variability of soil shear strength and its relations with the factor of safety is increasing in Indonesia. However, this aspect has not yet been studied thoroughly. This paper presents an attempt to quantify the variability of undrained shear strength in relation with the factor of safety of an alluvial deposit in the Doplang region, Central Java, Indonesia. A relationship between the undrained shear strength, su, and N-SPT for the deposit was found as su = 3.4 N-SPT. The variability of the undrained shear strength was quantified utilizing the coefficient of variance, s/m (the sample standard deviation, s over the mean, m) of the N-SPT correlated undrained shear strength. The variability of the undrained shear strength was investigated for the soil near ground surface. The deposit had a value of s/m ranging from 0.15 to 0.25 near ground surface. The variation of s/m tended to follow normal and lognormal distributions. Relationships among the coefficient of variance, the probability of failure, and the factor of safety in terms of soil strength for normal and lognormal distributions were developed. For the value of s/m near ground surface, the relationship between the probability of failure and factor of safety was obtained

    Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan keterampilan berwirausaha kepada masyarakat usia produktif yaitu usia 19 tahun – 30 tahun dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan secara praktis ilmu manajemen dalam pengembangan usaha rumahan dan ilmu pemasaran dengan memanfaaatkan media daring yang akan berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Kampung Cicentang (Jln.PDAM), RT.004. RW.001, Rawa Buntu.Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan dua tahap, yaitu tahap pertama pemberian materi secara langsung serta simulasi dan diskusi mengenai manajemen, pemasaran produk berupa digital marketing dan tahap kedua mengadakan workshop pembuatan produk oleh rekan kami di kelompok lain yaitu pelatihan membuat Crepes.     Analisis Kinerja Keuangan dengan Metode Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Financial Value Added (FVA) (Studi Pada Industri Batu Bara Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Tahun 2016-2020)

    Analisa economic value added (EVA) atau nilai tambah ekonomi adalah satu metode untuk menganalisis perbandingan laba usaha setelah pajak (NOPAT) dan jumlah modal pada periode tersebut (yaitu, pendapatan bersih yang dapat dikonversi menjadi modal perusahaan dan modal yang diinvestasikan pada awal periode). Sedangkan analisa financial value added (FVA) adalah metode untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba bersih pada sisi kontribusi aktiva tetap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel perusahaan batu bara yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada industri batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2020 dengan pendekatan Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Financial Value Added (FVA). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perusahaan pada industri batu bara dengan nilai EVA dan FVA adalah negatif sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki kinerja yang tidak baik. Economic value added (EVA) analysis is a method for analyzing the comparison of operating profit after tax (NOPAT) and the amount of capital in the period (that is, net income that can be converted into company capital and capital invested at the beginning of the period). Meanwhile, financial value added (FVA) analysis is a method to measure a company's performance in generating net profit in terms of the contribution of fixed assets. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of coal companies listed on the IDX. This study aims to determine the financial performance of the coal industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period with an Economic Value Added (EVA) and Financial Value Added (FVA) approach. The results of this study found that companies in the coal industry with EVA and FVA values were negative so it can be concluded that the company has a poor performance.Keywords: Economic Value Added (EVA), Financial Value Added (FVA), Kinerja Keuanga
