SCHOOL LIBRARY AS AN IQRO’ CENTER FOR PRIMARY STATE OF STUDENTS

Library is an important element in supporting the success of learning activities. Therefore library management should be maximized. The function of the library in general is as a source of learning because in there available various library materials, but the problem is a lot of libraries especially library school of primary school (SD) which management is less than the maximum. Source of data in this research were principal, librarian, teacher, and student. Data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis was used the method of reduction and tested with the test credibility.  This study aims to determine the various obstacles and efforts that make the school library as Iqro’ Center for students primary state of Bangetayu Wetan 02. Iqro' Center is the concept of Islamic library which aims to make the library as a center of student activities in reading and discussion according to QS. Al-'Alaq verses 1-5. The results showed that the biggest obstacle of this library is the absence of librarians so that circulation services are not running. These constraints can be overcome by fulfillment of librarians. In accordance with the results of interviews, to make the school library as Iqro’ Center for business students that need to do is to adjust the library materials to the needs of students, as well as the need for motivation from teachers to build reading interest in students. AN IMPLICATIONS OF THE DEBTOR'S DEFAULT ON THE EXECUTION OF TWO-WHEEL MOTORCYCLES WITHOUT A FIDUCIARY GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE

This research aims to explain to the public regarding fiduciary issues as well as the consequences that the finance company will receive if it assigns a debt collector forcibly withdrawing two-wheeled motorized vehicles without a fiduciary guarantee deed. This paper uses normative legal research with a statutory regulatory approach (Statuta Opproach). The results of this research show that the execution of the fiduciary guarantee object cannot be carried out whether they have a fiduciary guarantee deed or not, except based on the debtor's voluntariness or based on a court decision which says that the debtor is in default, This is based on the decision of the Constitutional Court which said the sound of article 15 paragraph (2) of Law No. 42 of 1999 is unconstitutional

Understanding and Implementing the Islamic Academic Culture of Unissula and the Tagline of Unissula in Sendangguwo, Semarang

This study aims to socialize Budai (Islamic Academic Culture) and the tag-line of Unissula (Sultan Agung Islamic University) – namely BMGKU (Bismillah Building Generation of Khaira Ummah) to the community and to explore how community members understand and practice these things. From this socialization and deepening, the community is expected to be more familiar with Unissula's vision, mission, and goals, so that they are interested in loving Unissula and appreciating Unissula. The problem that arises in this service program is that people do not understand and practice the Unissula (BMGKU) and Budai taglines. The methods used in this program are lectures, questionnaires, and observation. The data collected is qualitative data which includes data on understanding and practice of "Bismillah" (asmaul husna) and aspects of Khaira Ummah (faith, amar ma'ruf, nahi munkar). In addition, data on understanding and practice of Budai (thaharah movement, congregational prayers, Islamic clothing, social etiquette, and receiving guests) were also collected using these methods. This community service program will be very useful for the promotion of Unissula and the socialization of Budai and the tagline of Unissula (BMGKU) to the community. In addition, this service is a community development program to better understand and practice Islamic teachings, which include aqidah, worship, and morality. The people who are fostered so that they become Khaira Ummah are the embodiment of Faith and Taqwa. People who believe and fear Allah will get great blessings from Allah Swt (Surah al-A'raaf 7:96). The results of mentoring in community service show that the majority of respondents (more than 60%) understand and practice the concept of Budai and the Tag-line BMGKU. Finally, this service program produced a material module for the socialization of Budai and the tagline of Unissula (BMGKU), as well as for community development

Upaya Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Melalui Model Pendidikan Akhlak Guna Membangun Masyarakat Anti Korupsi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap model manajemen pembinaan mahasiswa berbasis pembinaan karakter anti korupsi. Dalam rangka memberantas tindak pidana korupsi melalui pendidikan akhlak guna membangun masyarakat akademik anti korupsi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis sosiologis, spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analisis dan sumber data yang digunakan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Lokasi penelitian di Pesantren Mahasiswa Unissula (Pesanmasa) Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (Unissula) Semarang. Sebagai miniatur masyarakat Indonesia yang memiliki latar belakang yang heterogen. Berasal dari status sosial dan ekonomi yang berbeda, suku, dan latar belakang budaya yang berbeda dari penjuru nusantara. Penelitian dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, penyebaran angket (kuisioner) ini menghasilkan bahwa perilaku korup diawali oleh mental korup yang berawal dari minimnya pemahaman akan nilai-nilai dari diri pelaku. Kemudian didukung oleh birokrasi, lemahnya pengawasan, kultur masyarakat dan regulasi yang kurang mendukung terhadap upaya pemberantasan korupsi.Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa model pendidikan akhlak berbasis penguatan karakter anti korup diharapkan mampu mengembangkan budaya hukum yang kondusif bagi upaya pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi di Indonesia. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya edukasi, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat akan arti penting pemahaman terhadap pengertian korupsi, faktor penyebab korupsi, dampak masif korupsi, nilai dan prinsip anti korupsi, upaya pemberantasan korupsi, dan pemahaman hukum akan tindak pidana korupsi dan peraturan perundang-undangan terkait beserta ancaman pidananya. Baik ancaman menurut hukum pidana positif Indonesia maupun ancaman menurut Hukum Pidana Islam. Sehingga terbangun budaya hukum masyarakat anti korup yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai akhlak secara holistik.Kata Kunci: Tindak Pidana Korupsi, Pendidikan Akhlak, Masyarakat Anti Korups

MANAJEMEN PEMBINAAN MAHASISWA FAKULTAS HUKUM UNISSULA BERBASIS NILAI-NILAI DASAR PENDIDIKAN AKHLAK

Unissula merupakan perguruan tinggi Islam yang memiliki visi sebagai Universitas terkemuka dalam membangun generasi khaira ummah, mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi atas dasar nilai-nilai Islam, dan membangun peradaban Islam menuju masyarakat sejahtera yang dirahmati Allah SWT dalam kerangka rahmatan lil a’lamin. Visi tersebut sebagai rujukan seluruh program termasuk dalam program pembinaan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model manajemen pembinaan mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Unissula berbasis nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak. Penelitian ini didesain melalui Research and Development (R and D). Metode pengumpulan data terbagi dalam 4 tahap. Tahap pertama adalah tahap pendekatan kualitatif yang meliputi wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Tahap yang kedua yaitu tahap literature review dengan mengkaji grand theory. Tahap ketiga, tahap pengembangan model hipotetik (konseptual), dan tahap yang terakhir adalah tahap evaluasi model. Sedangkan untuk analisis data dipergunakan analisis data kualitatif, analisis data kuantitatif dan teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data. Unissula is Islamic University. Unissula vision’s to be perfect university in building the generation of khaira ummah, developing science and technology on the basis of Islamic values, and building Islamic civilization towards a prosperous society blessed by Allah SWT within the framework of rahmatan lil a'lamin. This vision serves as a reference for all programs, including the student coaching program. This study specifically aims to develop a management model for student development at the Unissula Faculty of Law based on moral education values. This study was designed using a research and development (R and D) approach. The data collection method is divided into 4 stages. The first stage is the stage of a qualitative approach which includes interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires. The second stage is the literature review stage by reviewing the grand theory. The third stage is the stage of developing a hypothetical (conceptual) model, and the last stage is the model evaluation stage. Meanwhile, for data analysis, qualitative data analysis, quantitative data analysis and data validity checking techniques were used
