    Strength of the external environment are rapidly changing and uncertain (turbulence) that affect the capability of SMEs in maintaining its market position. The implication, it is not easy for SMEs to achieve superior performance (superior performance). Disadvantaged SMEs maintain an existence in a more environment caused by the gap between internal strengths with external threats. This paper aims to describe the phenomenon of empowerment of SMEs in improving the welfare of the public face of global competition and competitive strategy perspective approach marketing strategy, we can rearrange the marketing srategi SMEs, with conceptual methods descriptive study approach SWOT analysis. Some of the strategies that should be of concern to create a competitive advantage, namely: situation analysis of environmental and opportunities of marketing, grow a healthy business climate conducive to the development of SMEs, improving access to productive resources by providing incentives and support systems to improve service quality of financial institutions, development of entrepreneurship and SMEs excellence competitive, strengthening support for the development of SMEs in the districts /cities through consolidation, as well as human resource development and information systems

    Entrepreneurship Education Increases Entrepreneurial Intention Among Undergraduate Students

    Entrepreneurs play an important role in improving a country’s economy, shown by the increase in young people involved in startup businesses, including students. The young generation needs motivation through a good education to support their intention. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the role of entrepreneurship education in increasing entrepreneurial intention among business students. The data were obtained from 240 business students in Indonesia using a questionnaire. The study was conducted using descriptive methods and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hypothesis testing showed that perceived desirability is the strongest variable on the entrepreneurial intention of business students. Furthermore, the R-Square test results showed that entrepreneurial intentions are positively and significantly influenced by perceived desirability and feasibility, the propensity to act, and entrepreneurship education by 61.12%. The remaining 38.88% is influenced by other variables outside this study. The key impact of this research is revealed perceived desirability and feasibility, the propensity to act and entrepreneurship education give positive entrepreneurial intention among undergraduate students. Higher education has responsibility to nurture young generation to learn more about entrepreneurship. The increasing number of entrepreneurs can support government to improve the nation’s economy and society

    DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY POLICY FOR SMEs: A BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS

    This study aims to analyze digital technology policies, especially for SMEs publication trends regarding time, author, journal, affiliation, and institution; research areas that are prominent and influential on digital technology policies, especially for SMEs, as well as opportunities and limitations for future researchers to explore. This study uses Scientometrics analysis through bibliometric analysis. Data analysis was carried out in two parts through inductive analysis where the first was bibliometric analysis and in the second part, network mapping. Data were extracted from the Scopus database, in November 2021 during the period 2003-2021. The results of the study show that the highest publications were in 2020 as many as 19 documents; the most relevant source is Telecommunications Policy, the most cited authors are Depaoli, Paolo and the most relevant affiliate is Loughborough University. The results of the study have implications that in the future Digital Technology Policy for SMEs research will focus on studies on Digital Technologies barriers, innovation-diffusion, SME innovation and E-Business

    Abstract- The main objective in this research is attempting to demonstrate alignement mechanism of supply and bussiness strategy. Companies are beginning to view supply chain management and procurement as a rising priority.  Procurement has traditionally been a cost-driven model, finding suppliers that can provide the best product at the lowest cost. In stressing the sociotechnical qualities of the supply chain, it is argued the bussiness is the only common element to the entire demand chain. Brand strategy management should be both a demand and supply chain priority, in contrast to its general demand chain focus. It is restrictive lawful rights that secure works of initiation, structure or work of art. A business strategy of any work save the distribution,  creation or clearance of the rights to education, melodic, imaginative work, sensational, computer program, or to utilization of a business print or mark. Results showed that having a strong brand not only supports your interactions with stakeholders but with your employees and suppliers too. This is especially important if you are driving transformation within the organization

    Mobile banking is an internet-based application of banks to serve their customers. With this application, the customers can check their balance on their banking account and transact online with the other parties. Therefore, growing trust in mobile banking becomes essential. Moreover, to reach it, banks need to focus on the determinants. According to previous studies, at least three factors are available: perceived ease of utilization, usefulness, and security. By answering this challenging topic, this study aims to test these determinants of trust statistically. After employing the 106 respondents in Bandung using the mobile banking application as the sample taken by the snowball sampling technique and examining three hypotheses by structural equation model based on partial least square, this research concludes a positive sign exists in these causal associations

    Pekerja senior dengan usia 50 tahun merupakan pekerja yang sedang mempersiapkan masa tuanya. Survei menunjukkan bahwa pekerja di Indonesia khawatir pada kesejahteraannya. 54% dari responden survei tersebut memilih untuk menjadi entrepreneur apabila sudah memasuki masa pensiun. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan kenaikan minat berwirausaha pada kategori usia ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data survei kepada seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 118 responden. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). dengan melakukan uji inner dan outer model. Penelitian ini meneliti apakah close environmental factors (yang terdiri dari Closer Valuation of Entrepreneurship dan Closer Stigma of Entrepreneurship Failure) dan Self-Efficacy terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention. Selain itu penelitian ini juga menguji peran mediasi Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation pada hubungan close environmental factors dan Entrepreneurial Intention. Ditemukan bahwa Closer Stigma of Entrepreneurship Failure tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention dan hipotesis tentang peran mediasi Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation ditolak
