    KECERDASAN VISUAL SPASIAL SISWA DITINJAU DARI TIPE KEPRIBADIAN HIPPOCRATES-GALENUS

    Abstract: This research will describe studentsā€™ visual-spatial intelligence in terms of personality. There are four personality types, they are sanguine, choleric, melancholy, and phlegmatic. The subjects of this research are students of class X BIC 1 and X BIC 2 in MAN 1 Jember. The methods used in this research are test and interview. There are 5 subjects in this study, they are 1 sanguine, 1 choleric, 2 melancholy and 1 phlegmatic. This research uses descriptive design with qualitative approach. The result of this research shows that studentsā€™ visual-spatial intelligence consists of imagination, conceptualization, problem solving and pattern-seeking which range from level 1 to level 5. Melancholy students tend to be creative in solving two-dimensional figures problems.   Keywords:Visual-spatial intelligence, personality type, melancholy

    Student worksheet based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) is a learning media that presents questions in the form of contextual problems so as to stimulate students'  thinking  skills.  This type of research is development research using the Thiagarajan model or the Four-D Model which aims to describe the process and results of developing PBL-based student worksheets for class VIII students on Prism material that is valid, practical, and effective in training students' creative thinking skills.  The method used in this research is the questionnaire method to determine the validity and practicality of the student worksheets and the test method to determine the effectiveness.  The results of this study are the achievement of increasing students' creative thinking skills with very good interpretations.  The student worksheets based on PBL model on prism material produced were declared valid, practical, and effective. This student worksheet could be used to improve students' creative thinking skills. &nbsp

    The purpose of this study was to describe ethnomatematics in the Tri Dharma Hoo Tong Bio Place of Worship building and produce student teaching materials in the form of student worksheets. This type of research is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. Data collection methods used are observation and interviews. The subjects of this study were one religious leader and one handyman. Ethnomatematics that appear in the Tri Dharma Hoo Tong Bio Places of Worship building are found in several building forms and building sizes. This study focused on several objects. The object in question is the Pagoda, Jin-Lu, Genta, Tambun. The mathematical concepts that emerged in the building of the Place of Worship Tri Dharma Hoo Tong Bio are geometric forms, congruent, similarity and transformation of geometry.     This research aims to know the: (1) the influence of learning strategy type and strategy learning, Numbered Head Together type of Jigsaw against the results of the learning of mathematics. (2) the influence of learning motivation of students toward outcome studied mathematics. (3) test the interactions between strategys of learning, Numbered Head Together type and strategys of learning, Jigsaw against the results of the study of mathematics learning motivation of students. Types of quantitative research with the design of experiments. Research samples taken by Cluster Random Sampling from a population of grade VIII SMP N 3 Sawit year 2016/2017 lessons. Data collection techniques with techniques now, tests, and documentation. Prior to analysis, first performed a test of balance, a test of normality, and the test of its homogeneity. Data analysis techniques using variansi analysis of two way cell does not equal to 5% significance level.     This service activity aims to improve the literacy and numeracy skills of elementary school (SD) children in Karang Sidemen Village, North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency through the "All Smart Children" Program which trains teachers regarding the urgency of learning basic literacy and numeracy for children. , and how to teach basic literacy and numeracy using the TaRL (Teaching at the Right Level) method. The activity is carried out in stages, namely 1) Coordination meeting, 2) Simulation of material presentation, 3) Preparation of activity logistics, 4) Implementation of workshop activities consisting of 2 waves, and 5) Evaluation of success indicators seen from the increase in scores on pretest-posttest which are grouped into 4 levels. There are differences in the characteristics of low-grade teachers and high-grade teachers during the training activities. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, it is known that there are 24 out of 31 participants who experienced an increase in level. Workshop activities can be considered quite successful with the percentage of success of training activities in general is 77.41%

    Efek Perbaikan Las Berulang (Multilayer Repair Welding) pada Baja Carbon SS400 terhadap Struktur Mikro dan Kekerasan

    Salah satu cara untuk menghilangkan cacat las adalah dengan memperbaiki las. Penelitian ini akan menyajikan karakteristik material baja karbon tipe SS400 sebelum dan sebelum menjalani proses perbaikan pengelasan. Pengelasan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) dengan elektroda tipe LB-52U E7016 yang memiliki diameter 2,6 mm. Sebelum dilakukan pengelasan, menjalani pengelasan multilayer tiga kali yaitu rootpass, layer dan caping.Setelah dilakukan perbaikan lasan, spesimen dianalisa perubahan struktur mikronya dengan pengujian morfologi berupa foto mikro dan sifat mekanik menggunakan uji kekerasan Vickers pada setiap bagian zona pengelasan yaitu logam dasar Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) dan area pengelasan pada spesimen sebelum dan sebelum pengelasan perbaikan multilayer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada struktur mikro benda uji sebelum dan sebelum dilakukan perbaikan las terdapat 2 fasa yang tampak yaitu fasa ferit dan fasa perlit. Pada logam dasar fasa ferit mendominasi dengan batas butir yang cenderung besar pada benda uji sebelum dan sebelum dilakukan las. Sementara itu, di wilayah HAZ terlihat butirannya kasar.Hasil foto mikro pada lasan setelah dilakukan perbaikan las didominasi oleh fasa perlit dengan ukuran butir yang cenderung lebih besar. Hasil uji kekerasan Vickers menunjukkan bahwa kekerasan tertinggi terdapat pada las yaitu 177,53 HVN pada saat benda uji belum diperbaiki, sedangkan setelah mengalami perbaikan nilai kekerasan pada lasan sebesar 5,8% menjadi 167,06 HVN. yaitu fase ferit dan fase perlit.     Assistance in the process of grouping students based on basic literacy and numeracy skills in Karang Sidemen Village

    This community service aims to provide assistance to the process of grouping students based on basic literacy and numeracy skills for teachers in accordance with the ā€œSemua Anak Cerdasā€ approach in Karang Sidemen Village, North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. Mentoring activities were carried out 1 to 2 times with the target schools for mentoring, among others, SDN Karang Sidemen, SDN Persil, SDN Rangkep, SDN Repuk Sintung Barat, SDN Senurus, and MI NW Nurul Hidayah. Mentoring activities are centred on two focus activities, namely: (1) Grouping students based on basic literacy and numeracy skills; (2) Identifying the number of students who have learning difficulties. Each school is assisted by their respective regional facilitators (FASDA). From this community service, we obtained that students who have good literacy skills are more than those who have numeracy skills, the number of students who experience functional learning difficulties is relatively not different, mentoring activities are running well and in accordance with the expectations of the implementing team, the obstacles encountered are related to mastery of literacy and numeracy concepts, facilities and infrastructure and conditions of students at the time of grouping. The results of the mentoring activity showed that the students' ability in literacy and numeracy was increasing. In addition, because they are in groups with students who have the same ability, students become more confident in class
