    Studies on quality management at the moment is still very relevant to be discussed and followed up with research along with the development activities of the manufacturing industry, especially in Indonesia as one of the countries in South East Asia which is the purpose of industrial activity in the future, since this area is referred to as a cheaper production house of which 70% from industrial activities will be focused in the Southeast Asia region. One of the biggest obstacles experienced by the organization in implementing total quality culture is an obstacle. Every organization in doing the job as achieving total quality commitment will involve employees in  all aspects of planning and implementation, to ensure the provision of skills training of employees, and the achievement of organizational goals. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies in the city of Semarang which generally have a competitive advantage through a commitment to quality management peningatan. The approach used is descriptive analytical to determine the influence of environmental management on environmental performance and the performance of the company. To examine the influence of the independent variables, the dependent variable, and the culture of quality used regression test interaction. The analysis showed that the quality management influence either directly or moderated by a culture of quality in SMEs in Semarang with numbers sig <0.05. While partially can be analyzed most dimensions of quality management and quality culture failed to affect operational performance.  Keywords: operational performance, quality management, quality culture, SMEs, sustainabilit

    KESEDIAAN, PERILAKU DAN KONSISTENSI ADOPSI E-COMMERCE KONSUMEN SAYURAN DI KOTA SEMARANG

    The purpose of this study was to determine the main factors that influence the willingness, behavior and consistency of consumers in adopting vegetable consumer e-commerce in Semarang City. A total of 138 valid questionnaires were collected online from 16 sub-districts in Semarang City, resulting in a response rate of 92%. Data analysis used binary logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that 64% of vegetable e-commerce consumers have the same willingness and behavior, and 46% of consumers have willingness and behavior deviations. The main factors affecting willingness, behavior and consistency of e-commerce adoption of different vegetable consumers. The variables used consisted of perceived usefulness, perceived quality of logistics services, and distance to the nearest vegetable market which had a significant and positive effect on consistency of willingness to adopt, behavior and consistency of vegetable e-commerce behavior. The limitation of this research is only on vegetable consumers in the city of Semarang as the research object. Other cities in the vicinity can be used as a comparative study in further research. The main factors affecting differences in willingness and e-commerce behavior of vegetable consumers can be investigated. The implications of the results of this study can optimize the adoption of e-commerce in vegetable trade and contribute to an understanding of how to increase consumer awareness and participation in vegetable e-commerce. This research suggestion can be used to increase the e-commerce of vegetables in other cities that have the same problem.Keywords: e-commerce, willingness, behavior, consistency

    This study proposed to examine the influence of location and product diversity on spent decisionto consumer’s loyality. The study was taken place at Carrefour, one of hypermarket in Semarang.This is an explanatory research. The number of sample of the research is 105 consumersthe method reseacrh with accidental sampling method. Questionnaire was used to obtain thedata.     Pengaruh Knowledge Sharing And Knowledge Collecting Dan Inovasi Terhadap Peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia

    Penelitian ini diajukan guna mengidentifikasi mengenai bagaimana pengaruh pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap inovasi dan kinerja sumber daya manusia, pengaruh knowledge collecting terhadap inovasi dan kinerja sumber daya manusia, pengaruh inovasi terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia. Jenis penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah penelitian eksplanatori atau explanatory research dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan keterkaitan antara variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen. Variabel pada penelitian ini mencakup Knowledge sharing, Knowledge Collecting, Inovasi, Kinerja SDM. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan berjumlah 213 karyawan yang berada di CV Duta Java Tea Industri Dua Tang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner. Pemilihan sampel akan menggunakan metode non probability sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak semua populasi dapat menjadi sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV Duta Java Tea Industri Dua Tang sebanyak 48 responden. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada variable Knowledge Sharing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Inovasi. Pada Knowledge Collecting berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Inovasi. Pada variable Knowledge Sharing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia. Pada variable Knowledge Collecting berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia. Inovasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia.     Role of Knowledge Sharing and Employee Engagement Towards Innovative Performance with Learning Orientation as Moderating Variable

    In this study, the authors will analyze the performance of innovation through knowledge sharing, and employee work involvement moderated by learning orientation variables. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which innovation performance can be obtained through knowledge sharing, work involvement, and moderation of learning orientation that develops in the process of holding state-owned companies in the banking sector. One of them is the existence of an interesting holding process between PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. (Bank BRI), PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM), and PT Pegadaian, where PT Pegadaian can be considered a non-banking sector service. Thus, knowledge sharing and employee involvement, in this case, will be analyzed using learning orientation as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a cross-sectional design and data collection using primary data in the form of data collection questionnaires distributed to employees of Bank BRI. The sample of this research is 213 respondents and will be analyzed using SEM-PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that knowledge sharing has a significant effect on innovation performance, employee involvement has a significant effect on innovation performance, and the results of learning orientation are able to significantly moderate knowledge sharing on innovation performance. However, learning orientation cannot moderate and is not significant between employee engagement and innovation performance

    Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan keterkaitan pelatihan,kompetensi, dan motivasi aktualisasi diri terhadap kinerja SDM serta meyusun model peningkatan kinerja SDM yang optimal. Variabel independen dalam penelitian yaitu pelatihan, kompetensi, dan motivasi aktualisasi diri.Variabel dependennya adalah kinerja SDM.Serta variabel interveningnya adalah kompetensi. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu karyawan tetap yang terdapat di PDAM Tirta Kencana Kota Samarinda.Sampel dihitung memakai rumus slovin dan hasilnya 177 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi, beberapa jurnal terdahulu, wawancara, dan kuesioner yang disebarkan langsung. Metode analisis yaitu deskriptif dan statistik. Hasil menunjukkan variabel pelatihan, kompetensi, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja SDM dan pelatihan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja SDM melalui variabel intervening kompetensi

    Model of Green Human Resources Behavior Based on Green Behavior Training, Green Competence, and Affective Commitment on Green Value

    This study used fundamental research to explore the concept of green management in behavioral theory. This study used 100 employees of PT Sidomuncul as respondents and used a purposive sampling method and multiple regression analysis for data analysis. The results of this study indicate that green behavior training has a positive and significant effect on green competencies. Green behavior training has a positive and significant effect on the affective commitment to green values. Green behavior training, green competencies, and affective commitment to green values have a positive and significant effect on human resources' green behavior. Green competencies and affective commitment to green values are the intervening variables between green behavior training and human resources green behavior. This study examines the antecedents and consequences of the green human resource management (HRM) model with the behavioral theory that explores green competencies and affective commitment. This research will contribute to increasing employee awareness to change their behavior towards green HRM. For social implications, this study provides a social impact of becoming a greener society environment

    Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan bagai masyarakat di Rowosari Kabupaten Kendal melalui perbaikan tampilan produk. Penampilan produk sangatlah penting, karena konsumen akan semakin tertarik dan berminat untuk membeli. Selain itu kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal, khususnya buah pisang dan nangka sebagai bahan membuat ceriping. Fokus utama pada pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kegiatan produktif. Kegiatan ini diawali melalui pertemuan masyarakat sasaran untuk menentukan jenis kegiatan, peserta, dan waktu pelaksanaan. Pada inti acara, tim pengabdian masyarakat FE-Unissula memberikan berbagai penyuluhan, khususnya  bidang  entrepreneurship, produksi, pembukuan, dan pemasaran produk. Selanjutnya, peserta diberikan ketrampilan praktek membuat ceriping pisang dan ceriping nangk, yang kemudian difokuskan pada kegiatan pembungkusan (packaging). Packaging merupakan tahapan penting dalam sistem pemasaran produk. Tim FE juga memberikan bantuan berupa alat pembungkusan dan plastik untuk packaging. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan daya tarik pada produk yang dipasarkan melalui penempilan produk yang lebih baik dan menarik. The purpose of this community service is to improve the entrepreneurial spirit of the people in Rowosari, Kendal Regency through improving product appearance. Product appearance is very important, because consumers will be increasingly interested and interested in buying. In addition, this activity is carried out by utilizing local resources, especially bananas and jackfruit as ingredients for making ceriping. The main focus is on community empowerment through productive activities. This activity begins with a target community meeting to determine the type of activity, participants, and timing of implementation. At the core of the event, the FE-Unissula community service team provided various counseling, especially in the fields of entrepreneurship, production, bookkeeping, and product marketing. Furthermore, participants were given practical skills to make banana chips and jackfruit chips, which were then focused on packaging activities. Packaging is an important stage in the product marketing system. The FE team also provided assistance in the form of wrapping tools and plastic for packaging. This activity is expected to provide attractiveness to the products marketed through better and more attractive product display

In addition to referring to the time the watch can also give a distinctive impression to the wearer. The sampling method is carried out using non probability sampling techniques by means of purposive sampling. By wearing a watch we can look more elegant. With a fairly large number of competitors, triggering the clock shop to focus on product quality and price competition, but the competition is not enough because there are still many aspects that can be used by the clock store to win the competition and become a market leader. Innovative strategies are needed to survive and win the competition, including strategies to improve service quality and rearrange Servicescape in this regard with regard to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
