    This study examines the effect of managerial coaching, person-job fit, and motivation toward employee performance with the mediating role of employee satisfaction and engagement based on a study on a manufacturing enterprise in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research uses a quantitative approach with 116 respondents from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in Indonesia. The results of this study are (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between managerial coaching and performance, (2) there is no relationship between person-job fit and performance, (3) there is no influence on motivation to performance, (4) there is no effect of managerial coaching on satisfaction, (5) there is a positive and significant relationship between person-job fit and satisfaction, (6) there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation and satisfaction, (7) there is a positive and significant relationship between managerial coaching and engagement, (8) there is no relationship between person-job fit and engagement, (9) there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation and engagement, (10) there is no relationship between satisfaction and performance, and (11) there is a positive and significant relationship between engagement and performance

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mediasi organizational citizenship behavior pada hubungan antara followership dan job satisfaction terhadap employee performance karyawan PT Indec Diagnostics. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari karyawan sebanyak 254 dari total 302 karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural dengan bantuan program Smartpls. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa followership dan job satisfaction secara langsung mampu meningkatkan employee performance dan organizational citizenship behavior. Selanjutnya, organizational citizenship behavior berhasil memediasi pengaruh followership dan job satisfaction terhadap employee performance. Secara praktis penelitian ini menyarankan agar perusahaan dapat mendorong peningkatan employee performance karena employee performance merupakan hak individu yang secara alami dimiliki oleh karyawan

    A traditional house or building that has its own identity in a certain area that is made into a place of residence by the smallest institution in a tribe or community group, namely the family. Different regions have different forms of the traditional house itself, it all depends on the culture and environmental conditions of the area of ​​the house, all of which have their own characteristics. But now many traditional houses have been abandoned by the community and more have shifted to modern buildings. The transition from traditional houses to modern homes is not without reason, but because modern homes are more comfortable to live in than modern homes. The comfort of living in a traditional house will be very lacking for people who have physical deficiencies or disabilities. Disability is not only mentioned for people who have physical deficiencies but people who have intellectual, mental, and sensory deficiencies are also called people with disabilities. For people who have physical limitations or disabilities, they often have difficulty in carrying out activities due to the lack of disability-friendly facilities in their scope, especially at home.Rumah adat atau bangunan yang memiliki identitas tersendiri pada suatu daerah tertentu yang di jadikan tempat hunian oleh lembaga terkecil pada suatu suku atau kelompok masyarakat yaitu keluarga. Beda daerah berbeda pula bentuk dari rumah adat itu sendiri, semua itu bergantung dari kebudayaan serta keadaan lingkungan dari daerah rumah tersebut, semua memiliki ciri khasnya masing-masing. Namun kini rumah adat sudah banyak di tinggalkan oleh masyarakat dan lebih banyak untuk beralih ke bangunan modern. Peralihan rumah adat ke rumah modern bukan tanpa sebab melainkan karena rumah modern lebih nyaman untuk di tinggali kebanding dengan rumah modern. Kenyamanan tinggal pada rumah adat akan sangat di rasa kurang bagi orang yang memiliki kekurangan fisik atau disabilitas. Disabilitas tidak hanya  disebutkan untuk orang yang mengalami kekurangan pada fisik tetapi orang yang mengalami kekurangan pada intelektual, mental,dan sensorik juga disebut penderita disabilitas.     Global Prevalence and Potential Influencing Factors of COVID-19 Vaccination Hesitancy : A Meta-Analysis

    Countries worldwide have deployed mass COVID-19 vaccination drives, but there are people who are hesitant to receive the vaccine. Studies assessing the factors associated with COVID-19 vaccination hesitancy are inconclusive. This study aimed to assess the global prevalence of COVID-19 vaccination hesitancy and determine the potential factors associated with such hesitancy. We performed an organized search for relevant articles in PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science. Extraction of the required information was performed for each study. A single-arm meta-analysis was performed to determine the global prevalence of COVID-19 vaccination hesitancy; the potential factors related to vaccine hesitancy were analyzed using a Z-test. A total of 56 articles were included in our analysis. We found that the global prevalence of COVID-19 vaccination hesitancy was 25%. Being a woman, being a 50-year-old or younger, being single, being unemployed, living in a household with five or more individuals, having an educational attainment lower than an undergraduate degree, having a non-healthcare-related job and considering COVID-19 vaccines to be unsafe were associated with a higher risk of vaccination hesitancy. In contrast, living with children at home, maintaining physical distancing norms, having ever tested for COVID-19, and having a history of influenza vaccination in the past few years were associated with a lower risk of hesitancy to COVID-19 vaccination. Our study provides valuable information on COVID-19 vaccination hesitancy, and we recommend special interventions in the sub-populations with increased risk to reduce COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy
