In 1996 Chui and Wang proved that the uncertainty constants of scaling and wavelet functions tend to infinity as smoothness of the wavelets grows for a broad class of wavelets such as Daubechies wavelets and spline wavelets. We construct a class of new families of wavelets (quasispline wavelets) whose uncertainty constants tend to those of the Meyer wavelet function used in construction.Comment: 27 page

Amplification of Magnetooptical Response in the «Nanocomposite-Bismuth Telluride» Multilayer System

The presented work is devoted to the study of magneto-optical properties of «nanocompositesemiconductor » ((Co40Fe40B20)33.9(SiO2)66.1/Te3Bi2)) multilayer structures. It has been found, that the adding of Te3Bi2 spacer regardless of composite’s compound increases a magneto-optical response and the amplification of it is the biggest among the other spacers such as Si, SiC and Cu. There has also been established a good correlation between thickness dependencies of magnetooptical (MO) and magnetotransport properties. This correlation is related to the peculiarities of interface forming at the «FM-granule - semiconductor » edge and to percolation process in multilayer structures. Stochastic Perturbations in Vortex Tube Dynamics

A dual lattice vortex formulation of homogeneous turbulence is developed, within the Martin-Siggia-Rose field theoretical approach. It consists of a generalization of the usual dipole version of the Navier-Stokes equations, known to hold in the limit of vanishing external forcing. We investigate, as a straightforward application of our formalism, the dynamics of closed vortex tubes, randomly stirred at large length scales by gaussian stochastic forces. We find that besides the usual self-induced propagation, the vortex tube evolution may be effectively modeled through the introduction of an additional white-noise correlated velocity field background. The resulting phenomenological picture is closely related to observations previously reported from a wavelet decomposition analysis of turbulent flow configurations.Comment: 16 pages + 2 eps figures, REVTeX

This article describes a sporadic case of Brock’s bullous congenital ichthyosiform erythroderma. This is a rare hereditary disease from the group of genodermatoses with an autosomal dominant type of inheri - tance. The questions of the prevalence of dermatosis, the variability of the clinical picture, the timeliness of the clinical diagnosis are considered. Particular attention is paid to skin manifestations and their differential diagnosis.В данной статье представлено описание спорадического случая врожденной буллезной ихтиози- формной эритродермии Брока. Это редкое наследственное заболевание из группы генодермато- зов с аутосомно-доминантным типом наследования. Рассмотрены вопросы распространенности дерматоза, вариабельности клинической картины, своевременности постановки клинического диагноза. Особое внимание уделяется кожным проявлениям и их дифференциальной диагностике
