Peningkatan Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar IPS melalui Pembelajaran Kooperatif Round Table dan Rally Coach

This research aims to analyze the increase in the activity of students using cooperative learning Round Table and Rally Coach models, (2) analyze the improvement of student learning outcomes using cooperative learning Round Table and Rally Coach models. The method used is a action research consisting of two cycles. Applied learning Round Table and Rally Coach models grade students VIIIC SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya Bengkayang Kalimantan Barat. The data used were obtained from observations, the results of tests, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. From the analysis of the results of the action increased activity of students through cooperative learning Round Table and Rally Coach models with both criteria in the first cycle and excellent in cycle II, and an increase in student learning outcomes. In addition, students gave a good response to the cooperative model of learning by Round Table and Rally Coach models.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peningkatan aktivitas siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Round Table dan Rally Coach, (2) menganalisis peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Round Table dan Rally Coach. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Model pembelajaran yang diterapkan Round Table dan Rally Coach pada siswa kelas VIII-C SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya Bengkayang Kalimantan Barat. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari observasi, hasil tes, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Dari analisis hasil tindakan terjadi peningkatan aktivitas siswa melalui pembelajaran kooperatif Round Table dan Rally Coach dengan kriteria baik pada siklus I dan sangat baik pada siklus II, serta terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu siswa memberikan respon yang baik terhadap pembelajaran dengan mengguanakan model kooperatif Round Table dan Rally Coach

Pengaruh Stres dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Eria Bunda Pekanbaru

The research was conducted on Ibu dan Anak Hospital in Pekanbaru that aims to determine the influences of Sress and Work Satisfaction either simultaneously or partially on Performance of Nurses in Ibu dan Anak Hospital in Pekanbaru. The methodology in this study is: Stress and job satisfaction significant influence on Nurses performance in Ibu dan Anak Hospital in Pekanbaru and the dominant factor affecting the performance of Nurses is Job Statisfaction. While the population in this study is the Nurses on Ibu dan Anak Hospital which amounted to 69 people, with a total sample of 96 respondents. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method by using SPSS version 17. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Sress and Job Satisfaction) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (Nurse performance). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Stress and Job Satisfaction) has a significant effect on Ibu dan Anak Hospital the dependent variable (Nurse performance). Dominant variables affecting nurse performance in ibu dan anak Hospital in Pekanbaru is Sress where the value of t-counted highest compared with other independent variables.Keywords: Stress, Job Satisfaction and Nurse Performanc

Dampak Kinerja Keuangan Daerah terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali

Otonomi daerah mendorong kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali memaksimalkan potensi daerahnya untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan daerah terhadap kinerja pembangunan daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Bali dan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi dan Kependudukan Provinsi Bali, selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis faktor, analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Berdasarkan analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan daerah berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja pembangunan daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali tahun 2001-2011. Berdasarkan analisis jalur dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan daerah berpengaruh nyata terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kinerja pembangunan daerah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali tahun 2001-2011

Study Components of Shallow Water Tide (Over and Compound Tides) 1 Dimensional Channel Model by Using Variational Data Assimilation Method

Shallow water tides are very important to improve accuracy of tidal predictions. It is used by port interest, sea transportation, fishing industry, coastal engineering, etc. Simulation of shallow water tides was obtained from harmonic analysis of 1 dimensional channel model (12 grid) by using variational data assimilation (grid 3 and 8). Two partial tides with angular frequencies σ1 = 1,4x10-4 and σ2 = 1,6x10-4 rad/sec and amplitude A1 = 1x10-8 and A2 = 0,5x10-8 meters are used for defining external forcing in the model domain. When inspecting the amplitudes of both partial tides σ1 and σ2 and some of their dominant over- and compound tides (σ3 = 2σ1-σ2 and σ4 = 3σ1), in general the “to be corrected” solution can be improved significantly. Root mean square (rms) error of tidal constituent σ1 between the “reference” and the “to be corrected” without data assimilation is 0,1075 m/sec, and for σ2 is 0,0440 m/sec, respectively. On the other hand, the harmonic analysis of the phase of tidal constituent σ1 showed a good result (root mean square = 0.0000 m/s) and for σ2 (root mean square = 0.0002 m/s)

Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Gita Riau Makmr Pekanbaru

This study aimed to determine the effect of communication and work environment simultaneously on employee morale at PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru and determine the effect of communication and work environment partially at PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru. This study uses census method technique , 80 samples were selected as respondents. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, analysis of partial and simultaneous (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17:00). From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test. Partial regression test (t test) showed that the working environment variables have a dominant influence on employee morale. The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by these two variables together against the dependent variable of 57.9 % while the remaining 42.15 % is influenced by other variables that are not diteliliti in this study.
