    Peningkatan Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar IPS melalui Pembelajaran Kooperatif Round Table dan Rally Coach

    This research aims to analyze the increase in the activity of students using cooperative learning Round Table and Rally Coach models, (2) analyze the improvement of student learning outcomes using cooperative learning Round Table and Rally Coach models. The method used is a action research consisting of two cycles. Applied learning Round Table and Rally Coach models grade students VIIIC SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya Bengkayang Kalimantan Barat. The data used were obtained from observations, the results of tests, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. From the analysis of the results of the action increased activity of students through cooperative learning Round Table and Rally Coach models with both criteria in the first cycle and excellent in cycle II, and an increase in student learning outcomes. In addition, students gave a good response to the cooperative model of learning by Round Table and Rally Coach models.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peningkatan aktivitas siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Round Table dan Rally Coach, (2) menganalisis peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Round Table dan Rally Coach. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Model pembelajaran yang diterapkan Round Table dan Rally Coach pada siswa kelas VIII-C SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya Bengkayang Kalimantan Barat. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari observasi, hasil tes, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Dari analisis hasil tindakan terjadi peningkatan aktivitas siswa melalui pembelajaran kooperatif Round Table dan Rally Coach dengan kriteria baik pada siklus I dan sangat baik pada siklus II, serta terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu siswa memberikan respon yang baik terhadap pembelajaran dengan mengguanakan model kooperatif Round Table dan Rally Coach

    Studi Komparatif Kinerja Guru Bersertifikat Pendidik dan yang Belum dalam Pengelolaan Pembelajaran di Smpn3 Singaraja

    Penelitian yang mengambil lokasi di SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kinerja guru yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik, (2) kinerja guru yang belum bersertifikat pendidik, dan (3) perbedaan antara kinerja guru yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik dengan guru yang belum bersertifikat pendidik. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu metode dokumentasi dan wawancara mengenai hasil kinerja dari 58 orang guru. Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis perbandingan rata-rata (Independent-Samples t Test). Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru baik yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik maupun yang belum bersertifikat pendidik sudah tergolong kategori baik dengan nilai rata-rata 89,84 dan 88,44. Berdasarkan hasil analisis komparatif dengan menggunakan SPSS 16.00 for windows, diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 1,028 dan tTabel 0,05;56= 2,000. Hal ini berarti tidak ada perbedaan kinerja antara guru yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik dengan guru yang belum bersertifikat pendidik di SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013.Kata Kunci: pembelajaran, kinerja guru, sertifikasi

    This study aims to determine a positive influence between work discipline, motivation, and organizational culture partially on employee job satisfaction PT. Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta. To know the most dominant factors affect the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta. The variables of this study is the work discipline, work motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction. The population in this study are employees of PT Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta totaling 50 people, so the population is less than 100, the authors take the object of research at PT Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta, where the entire population is used as a research subject and no sample, this study used census method. The method of collecting data using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The results obtained by the equation Y = 0,248X1 + 0,287X2 + 0,445X3. There is a positive and significant influence between the discipline of work on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta, with a significance level of 5%. There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on employee job satisfaction PT. Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta, with a significance level of 5%. There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction of employee PT. Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta, with a significance level of 5%. The most dominant factor influencing job satisfaction is the organization's culture. There is a simultaneous influence of labor discipline, motivation and organizational culture on job satisfaction, with a significance level of 5%. Job satisfaction is affected variable work discipline, motivation and organizational culture amounted to 70.1%, while the remaining 29.9% influenced by other factors.   Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfactio

    Fostering industrial relation in Indonesia is expected to create workplace peace, work environment conducive and harmonious working relationship. Worker union as workers representatives and management as company representative had important role in fostering industrial relation. This study aimed to describe industrial relations, the role of the unions, the role of management and implementation industrial relation suitable of value pancasila in PG. Kebon Agung Malang. This study type was descriptive research with qualitative approach. Informants in this study are two worker union official, two representatives of human resources management and four members of worker union. Results of this study showed the industrial relations had been well maintained visible through the relationship management and unions in the stage accommodating, workers welfare guaranteed and the avoidance of a strike. Roles of workers union on making of collective labour agreement, settle of dispute in bipartite institution through deliberation and accommodate the aspirations of employees so their desire can be coordinated so make harmonious industrial relations. Roles of management is seen in overcoming interference work and negotiations related to managing of employment in the company. Workers union and management had been working together to establish industrial relations with reference to the principles of nations is pancasila is expected to grow in Indonesia in running industrial activity

    Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Materi Pecahan dan Urutannya dengan Media Pita Teransparansi pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika Bagi Siswa Sekolah Dasar

    Dari hasil observasi peneliti terhadap siswa kelas IV SDN Pertapan Maduretno, Taman Sidoarjo, peneliti mengetahui bahwa dalam pembelajaran matematika materi pecahan, guru menyuruh siswa membuka buku lalu guru menjelaskan dan menuliskan angka, tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran. Sehingga siswa tidak bisa membayangkan nilai pecahan dan tidak bisa mengurutkan nilai pecahan. Dan secara teoritik, siswa kelas IV SD masih berada pada tahap berpikir operasional konkret. Sementara itu, selama proses pembelajaran, guru tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran untuk memudahkan siswa dalam memahami nilai pecahan dan urutannya. Oleh karena itu peneliti mengusulkan penggunaan media pita transparansi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika materi nilai pecahan dan urutannya. Dalam kegiatan pada penelitian ini, siswa menggunakan media yang bersifat konkret untuk menentukan nialai dan mengurutkan pecahan.Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian siklus I sampai padasiklus II diperoleh adanya peningkatan persentase aktifitas guru, aktifitas siswa dan hasil belajar. Aktifitas guru pada penelitian ini mengalami peningkatan sebesar dari65% pada siklus I menjadi 87,5 % pada siklus II.Terdapat peningkatanp rosentase aktifitas siswa dari 67,83% pada siklus I menjadi 88,83% pada siklus II. Peningkatan ketuntasan belajar yang dicapai sebesar 20 % yaitu dari 65 % pada siklus I menjadi 85 % pada siklus II

      Layanan Nama Domain (DNS) adalah salah satu layanan di bidang telekomunikasi yang perlu dipertahankan untuk memastikan keberlangsungan komunikasi pada jaringan internet modern. Sebagian besar Penyedia Layanan Internet (ISP) menerapkan sistem rekursif DNS mereka sendiri untuk mempertahankan konten dan layanan ke sisi klien. Tujuan kerja ini adalah skema baru untuk DNS rekursif untuk mempertahankan skalabilitasnya menggunakan pendekatan load balancing berdasarkan pertumbuhan klien tanpa mengorbankan kesinambungan layanan. Pendekatan load balancing yang digunakan dalam pekerjaan ini adalah dengan membandingkan tiga metode load balancing; Least Packet, Round Robin dan Least Connection. Hasil metode terbaik dari perbandingan tiga metode penyeimbangan beban digunakan untuk menguji skalabilitas seluruh sistem DNS, dengan menguji interkoneksi antar node perangkat keras.     Domain Name Service (DNS) is one of services in telecommunication that needed to be maintained to ensure the passage of communication for modern internet. Most Internet Service Provider (ISP) implement their own DNS recursive system to maintain the content and service to client side. This work purpose is a novel scheme for DNS recursive to maintain its scalability using load balancing approach based on the growth of the client without sacrificing the continuity of the service. Load balancing approach used in this work is by comparing three method of load balancing; Least Packet, Round Robin and Least Connection. The best method result from the comparison of three load balancing method is used to test the scalability of whole DNS system, by testing interconnection between hardware nodes. &nbsp

Proved by the license issuance is not completed on time.Though ownership License is required to be owned businesses to a business carried on havinga strong legal basis in accordance with the provisions of the Indonesian state in order for theeffort that has been initiated can be maintained in existence and continuance arecharacterized by the presence of the tangible elements of the legality of the ownership of thebusiness license.
