Traditionally, the problem of muscle spasticity was considered by experts as a kind of local problem associated with the inhibition or traumatisation of the central motor neuron in a certain part of its path. According to this approach, only the first stage of the causal relationship of the two systems was reflected: the nervous and the muscular systems. In the following, intrasystem relations of the muscle and muscle complex appeared according to the type of harmonization or destructivization of the activity of this system. To resolve this problematic situation, the article examines the original theory of Thomas V. Myers about “anatomical trains” or “myofascial meridians” as an integral musculoskeletal system of the human body, which forms the basis of its anatomy and motor activity. Key ideas of tensegrity as a structure of balanced compression-tension of the musculoskeletal system are identified, and it is necessary to rush to the targets, carrying out the correction of motor disorders of the tender age children with paresis of central type by means of physical education. For deeper understanding of the activities of these mechanisms of children myofascial status harmonization, the main myofascial lines were briefly characterized: surface back line, surface frontal line, lateral line, spiral line, arm lines. On this basis, working hypothesis was formulated as for using the holistic myofascial system capabilities of the child's body to correct both the tonic state of individual spastic muscles and to improve the general children motor status. To check the formulated hypothesis, the directions of the implementation of correctively directed physical education of tender age children with central paresis of different localization levels were indicated. An attempt was made to use the basic knowledge of the myofascial meridians functioning to increase the efficiency of diagnosing the state of musculoskeletal formations of children with spastic paresis, developing strategies and tactics for correcting their tonic state, methods and techniques for adjusting the balance of compression and tension of these structures to improve children motor activity and to improve the efficiency of their basic motor regimes mastering. There was made a fundamental conclusion that the correctional work by means of physical education should be preceded by preparatory work aimed at normalization of the whole myofascial system of a child with a spastic type of movement disorders, which can be carried out using purely medical techniques and the techniques based on the means of children physical education. Prospects of the scientific and practical development of the problem indicated in this article are highlighted separately

The article briefly analyzes the main studies in the field of overcoming spasticity within the confines of medical and partly pedagogical approaches. It was singled out the range of the main aspects that can be used as a basis for the correction of motor disorders spasmodic forms in children of early and preschool age by means of adaptive physical education from the position of pedagogy, medicine, physiology and neurology in their constituent components. The paper studies the methods of overcoming spasticity suggested by specialists of various profiles containing promising key ideas for further research. Efforts have been made to combine possibilities of medical methods of spastic motor disorders forms rehabilitation with pedagogical capabilities of adaptive physical education. Such an approach can guarantee the complexity of various forms of spastic motor disorders, which can positively affect the construction of an individualized correctional strategy and tactics in further rehabilitation work. Analyzing the literature sources, we did not find a single universal method for the complete or at least prevailing overcoming of spasticity in children and adults

Two types of Rubio de Francia operators on Triebel--Lizorkin and Besov spaces

We discuss generalizations of Rubio de Francia's inequality for Triebel--Lizorkin and Besov spaces, continuing the research from [5]. Two versions of Rubio de Francia's operator are discussed: it is shown that a rotation factor is needed for the boundedness of the operator in some smooth spaces while it is not essential in other spaces. We study the operators on some "end" spaces of the Triebel--Lizorkin scale and then use usual interpolation methods.Comment: 12 pages, 3 figure

Comparative Analysis of the Effectiveness of Chronotherapy and Traditional Method of Alopecia Areata Treatment

Alopecia areata – is the one of widespread baldness forms, difficultly subjected to treatment. The method of chronotherapy that gains an essential circulation in Ukraine and throughout the world may play the important role in its solution.Aim: to study the clinical effectiveness of chronotherapy for alopecia areata treatment.Materials and methods. For attaining the set aim 108 persons with the diagnosis alopecia areata were examined and treated. Patients were divided in two groups. The main group included 45 persons – treated using the method of chronotherapy. The control group consisted of 67 persons, who received the traditional treatment of alopecia areata. The series of clinical, biochemical and immunological studies, directed on the assessment of the treatment effectiveness, were realized.Results. The treatment of patients with alopecia areata by the method of chronotherapy is statistically reliably more effective than the traditional treatment of this pathology and provides the renewal of hair growth in 53,3 % of patients that is accompanied by normalization of alexin, sulfhydryl groups content, acid phosphatase activity, serine, asparagine acid, valine, threonine, alanine, cystine, leucine, isoleucine concentrations. The offered chronotherapy method has the expressed anabolic effect on patients' organism. The menstrual cycle is normalized, pre-menstrual syndrome symptoms and aldodysmenorrhea disappear, patients' working ability and state of health improve.Conclusions. The obtained data deepen knowledge about the pathogenesis of alopecia areata at the biochemical and immunological levels and favor the rise of the effectiveness of diagnostics and treatment of this pathology. At the study the high chronotherapy effectiveness at treating alopecia areata was revealed and the possibility of its use for the effective treatment of a series of other pathologies was proved

VAGO method for the solution of elliptic second-order boundary value problems

Mathematical physics problems are often formulated using differential oprators of vector analysis - invariant operators of first order, namely, divergence, gradient and rotor operators. In approximate solution of such problems it is natural to employ similar operator formulations for grid problems, too. The VAGO (Vector Analysis Grid Operators) method is based on such a methodology. In this paper the vector analysis difference operators are constructed using the Delaunay triangulation and the Voronoi diagrams. Further the VAGO method is used to solve approximately boundary value problems for the general elliptic equation of second order. In the convection-diffusion-reaction equation the diffusion coefficient is a symmetric tensor of second order
