Zmrhaná, vyšikovaná (při)vandrovala, Žena a sexuální delikvence v raném novověku. Práce pojednává o sexuálních deliktech v Čechách v raném novověku z hlediska normativů i soudní praxe. Důležitou součástí práce je analýza dobových slovních obratů užívaných k popsání sexuálních deliktů. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována problematice smilstva a prostituce ve vztahu k ženám a s tím souvisejícímu tématu sexuální cti. Jedna z hlavních otázek práce zní: Kde vedla pomyslná hranice mezi smilstvem a prostitucí?Woman and Sexual Delinquency in Early Modern Age. The thesis deals with sexual delicts in the Czech environment in Early Modern Age from the normative and judicial practice point of view. An important part of the thesis is an analysis of the period phrases used to describe sexual delicts. Special interest is paid to the problems of fornication and prostitution in relation to women and the topic of sexual honour. The father at birth

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je přítomnost otce u porodu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části, teoretickou a praktickou. První část se věnuje vymezení základních témat týkajících se těhotenství a porodu a psychologických specifik těchto období u mužů i žen a životní roli rodiče. Dále pak přítomnosti otce u porodu, jeho historickému pozadí, příčinám i možným dopadům na další život rodiny. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum, provedený na základě rozhovorů se šesti rodičovskými páry o jejich osobních zkušenostech s porodem za přítomnosti otce. Analýza těchto rozhovorů byla provedena prostřednictvím otevřeného, axiálního a selektivního kódování. Z uvedeného výzkumu vyplynulo několik zajímavých výstupů, kterým se věnuji ve shrnutí výsledků výzkumu.Katedra psychologieObhájenoParticipation of the father at birth is the major subject of this bachelor´s thesis. The thesis is divided into two main parts the theoretical one and the practical one. The first part is devoted especially to the definition of the basic topics concerning pregnancy, birth and psychological specifics of men and women in this period as well as to their role as parents. Furthermore, hisorical background of father´s participation at birth, its causes and impacts on the following life of a family are described in detail. The practical part includes particularly the qualitative research. The research was done on the basis of interviews with six parental couples who explained their own experience with father´s participation at birth. Analysis of these interviews was conducted using open, axial and selective coding. The outcomes which have emerged from the research are summarized in the final part of the thesis
