Studiu comparativ privind eficacitatea utilizării materialului colagen-apatit ”LitAr” şi a preparatului pe bază de hidroxid de calciu ”Life” în tratamentul cariei profunde şi pulpitei acute de focar

Summary. A Comparative Study on the Efficiency of Collagen-Apatite Material, ”LitAr” and Calcium Hydroxide-Based Material ”Life” for the Treatment of Deep Dental Caries and Acute Focal Pulpitis. The purpose of the curent research is to highlight the properties of the nanocomposite material, ”LitAr” and of the calcium hydroxide-based material ”Life” in the treatment of deep caries and acute focal pulpitis. The paper presents a clinical study comprising 136 teeth with deep caries lesions which have been subjected to a complex treatment with the above-mentioned materials. Additional clinical investigations have been performed within a period of 14 days, 1 month, 3, 6, and 12 months, in order to check the efficiency of the mentioned-above therapeutic remedies regarding their biocompatibility and tissue regenerating capacity. The analysis of the positive results in the treatment of the examined pathologies determined the following: maintenance of tooth colour, lack of complains caused by the thermical, physical and chemical stimulants, absence of spontaneous pain, painless percussion, electroexcitability restoration at physiological norms, the radiologically determined healthy apical tissue was within normal limits.Резюме. Сравнительное исследование эффективного использования коллаген-апатитового материала ”LitAr” и препарата на основе гидроксида кальция ”Life” в лечении глубокого кариеса и острого очагового пульпита. Цель данного исследования состоит в том, чтобы выделить свойства нанокомпозитного материала ”LitAr” и препарата на основе гидроксида кальция ”Life” в лечении глубокого зубного кариеса и острого очагового пульпита. Клинические случаи, включающие 136 зубов с глубокими кариесными поражениями, были подвержены комплексному лечению с применением вышеуказанных препаратов. Клинические и дополнительные обследования были выполнены в следующих интервалах времени - 14 дней, 1 месяц, 3, 6, 12 месяцев для того, чтобы проверить эффективность этих лечебных средств на биосовместимость и способность стимуляции восстановления зубных тканей. Обследование положительных результатов лечения исследуваемых патологий определило: сохранение цвета зубa, отсутствие жалоб, вызванных термическими, физическими и химическими возбудителями, отсутствие спонтанных болей, перкуция безболезненная, восстановление электровозбудимости в физиологических пределах, периапикальные ткани радиологическим путем определяются в пределах норм
