V diplomové práci jsou uvedeny nejpoužívanější konstrukce zpětných armatur. Dále je popsán princip fungování, možnost využití, jejich vlastnosti a problémy spojené s chodem. Na základě dynamické simulace v CFD softwaru je popsán pohyb kuželky zpětného ventilu v kapalině.In this Master thesis are mentioned the most used constructions of non-return valves. Further consist of operation principles, fields of application, properties and diffi-culties connected to non-return valves. Motion plug of check valve in liquid is described based on CFD Software simulation.

The frost susceptibility of the recycled materials to subgrade of the pavement

Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá porovnáním různých metod zkoušení namrzavosti v České republice a dalších zemích Evropské unie. Praktická část se věnuje laboratornímu zkoušení namrzavosti betonových a směsných recyklátů přímou metodou mrazových zdvihů, dále stanovení kalifornského poměru únosnosti CBR a určení návrhového modulu pružnosti pomocí cyklické triaxiální zkoušky. Dle výsledků těchto zkoušek je usuzováno na vhodnost použití těchto materiálů v konstrukci vozovky pozemních komunikací.In the theoretical part of the thesis, different methods of testing frost susceptibility in the Czech Republic and other countries of the European Union are compared. The practical part of the thesis deals with laboratory testing of frost susceptibility of concrete and mixed recycled materials using the direct method of frost heave tests as well as determining the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) and design module of elasticity using the cyclic triaxial test. Suitability of materials for construction of road infrastructure is then assessed on the basis of the results of these tests.

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování rešeršní studie zabývající se využitím energie moře. Jedná se o potenciální a kinetickou energii z obnovitelného zdroje. V práci se seznámíme se třemi způsoby, jak se dá tato energie přetransformovat na energii elektrickou, využitelnou pro odběratele.The main objective of the bachelor thesis is processing research study dealing with the use of ocean energy. This is a potential and kinetic energy from a renewable source. There are three options introduced in this thesis, how is possible to transform the energy of the ocean to electric energy, which is usable for customers.

Comparison of the status of women in Turkey and women in the Czech Republic and eventual partnership

Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním (porovnáním) postavení žen v Turecku s postavením žen v Evropě (ČR) a případným partnerstvím. Práce čtenáře seznámí s problematikou kultury, náboženstvím nebo rolí ženy ve společnosti od minulosti až po současnost, s problematikou rodiny, feminismem, s rolí ženy ve společnosti pohledem studentů a s partnerstvím smíšených párů. History of the Parish of Veleliby in 1850-1920 acccording to Parish Memorial Book

Práce pojednává o vývoji farnosti Veleliby, která se nachází poblíž města Nymburka. Nejprve se zabývá stručnou historií Nymburska, Velelib, Dvorů a velkostatku Zdonín. Po té se dočteme o výstavbě fary, přilehlých stavení a nakonec i stavbu nového kostela sv. Václava. Po této kapitole navazuje život obyčejných farníků, jejich církevní život. Kam chodili na poutě, jaké slavili svátky a jak je slavili. Poslední kapitola se zabývá léty, kterým nejsou hlavním předmětem práce.The work deals with the development of parish Veleliby, which is located near the town of Nymburk. First of all deals with a brief history of Nymburk, Veleliby, Dvory and Zdonín estate. Then we read about the construction of the rectory, adjacent buildings and new church St.Wenceslas. After this section follows the lives of ordinary parishioners, their church life. Where did they go for a pilgrimage, which holidays did they celebrated and how. Antioxidant activity of some cultivars of Sambucus nigra L. fruits.

8. Abstract The fruit of the European elder, Sambucus nigra L., is used in therapy as a drug Sambuci fructus for its diaphoretic, diuretic and laxative effects. Cultivars of European elder are being studied for the use in the food industry and pharmacy. The fruit contains especially large amount of anthocyanins and flavonoids that are known for their antioxidant activity. The aim of this work is to measure the antioxidant activity of the drug Sambuci fructus and of the fruit of the European elder cultivars Samdal, Mammut, Sambo, Sambu, Sampo, Bohatka, Haschberg, Weihenstephan, Allesö, and Samyl. An extract containing anthocyanins was obtained from fruit by a process based on extraction of frozen material with acidified water at high temperature, followed by separation with polymer non-ionogenic polystyrene-divinylbenzene sorbent. The content of anthocyanins in the extracts was determined spectrophotometrically using a modified pH-differential method. The absorbance was measured along the range of 350 - 600 nm. The content of the anthocyanins was quantified in units of mg of cyanidin 3-glucoside in 1 ml of extract. The content ranged from 0.33 - 2.76 mg cyanidin 3-glucoside/ml of extract. The highest content was in the extract from the fruit of the cultivar Samdal and the lowest was of the cultivar Mammut...
