    ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan Ujian Akhir Semester Ganjil pada Mata Pelajaran Kimia Kelas X di SMA Negeri 8 Palembang Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 ditinjau dari aspek  Materi, Konstruksi, Bahasa, Validitas, Reliabilitas, Tingkat Kesukaran, Daya Pembeda dan Efektivitas Pengecoh. Metode penelitian menggunakan mix methods dengan teknik pengambilan data dilakukan secara dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik panel serta menggunakan bantuan program software SPSS Versi 26 dan Software Anates Versi 4.0.9. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 8 Palembang yang berjumlah 257 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) Pada Analisis kualitatif memenuhi 91% aspek materi, 96% aspek konstruksi dan 95% aspek bahasa. (2) Pada aspek validitas butir soal, 25 kategori cukup, 65% kategori rendah, 5%  kategori sangat rendah, dan 5% tidak valid, (3) Reliabilitas soal sebesar 0,494 sehingga termasuk kategori rendah atau tidak reliabel, (4) Tingkat Kesukaran menunjukkan 10% kategori sangat sukar, 35% kategori sedang, 15% kategori mudah, dan 40% kategori sangat mudah, (5) Daya Pembeda menunjukkan 5% kategori sangat jelek, 40% kategori cukup, 20% kategori baik dan 5% kategori sangat baik, (6) Efektivitas pengecoh menunjukkan 5% kategori sangat baik, 15% kategori baik, 40% kategori cukup, 20% kategori kurang baik, 20% kategori tidak baik. Kata-Kata Kunci : Analisis Butir Soal, Aspek Materi, Aspek Konstruksi, Aspek Bahasa, Validitas, Reliabilitas, Tingkat Kesukaran, Daya Pembeda, Efektivitas Pengeco

    One of the funding programs issued by the government is School Operational Assistance (BOS). This research aims to evaluate the school operational assistance funding program at State Elementary School 8 Banyuasin 1. The research method used is qualitative research with the CIPP evaluation model developed by Stuffle beam. The aspects evaluated are the context, input, process, and product aspects of the BOS program at SD Negeri 8 Banyuasin 1. This research was carried out to provide a descriptive explanation regarding the management of school operational assistance funds at SD Negeri 8 Banyuasin 1, In this research, the researcher will evaluate and describe the process of implementing the management of the BOS fund program at the school. Data was obtained through primary data and secondary data. The instruments used by researchers to obtain data information are through interviews, observation, and reviewing documents using the CIPP evaluation model. Based on the field results, it can be concluded that overall, the evaluation results of the BOS program at SD Negeri 8 Banyuasin 1 are quite good, with the shortcomings being that the content standards are not yet optimal and also the low achievement achieved by teachers. The research implies that school principals and those responsible for the BOS program must be mature in preparing the RKAS. This is done to manage school needs in a fair, balanced, and transparent manner

    This research aims first; explain the effect of affective commitment on the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Banyuasin 1, Second District; explain the effect of continuous commitment on the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Banyuasin 1, Third District; explain the effect of normative commitment on the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Banyuasin 1 and Fourth Districts; explain the influence of affective, continuous, normative commitment together on teacher performance in Public Elementary Schools of Banyuasin 1 District. The population of this study were teachers of Public Elementary Schools of Banyuasin I District, Banyuasin Regency with a sample of 75 teachers using the simple random sampling method. The analysis technique in this study is quantitative with multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) Affective Commitment has a significant effect on the Performance of Public Elementary School Teachers in Banyuasin District 1 (2) Continuity Commitment has no significant effect on the Performance of Public Elementary School Teachers in Banyuasin District 1 (3) Normative Commitment has a significant effect on Elementary School teacher performance State in Banyuain 1 District (4) Commitment, affective, continuous, and normative together have a significant effect on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Banyuasin District 1. The implication of the research is that institutions must provide a value of welfare to teachers so that teachers have a high commitment. &nbsp

    Kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik di Indonesia melalui hasil penelitian PISA tahun 2015 menunjukkan Indonesia hanya mampu mengerjakan soal dimensi kognitif C1-C3 yang merupakan soal kemampuan berpikir tingkat rendah, sementara soal kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi berada pada dimensi kognitif C4-C6. Akibatnya, yang terjadi adalah banyak peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal ujian baik yang bersifat nasional maupun regional karena memuat beberapa soal HOTS di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang dimiliki peserta didik untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kesiapan dan kemampuan peserta didik dalam hal berpikir tingkat tinggi. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel penelitian peserta didik di SMA Negeri 2 Unggul Sekayu. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tes secara daring selama 45 menit dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa soal tes pilihan ganda dengan jumlah 20 soal yang terbagi atas 10 soal dimensi kognitif menganalisis (C4) dan 10 soal dimensi kognitif mengevaluasi (C5). Hasil yang diperoleh untuk nilai keseluruhan dari masing-masing peserta didik dinyatakan bahwa kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik sebagian besar pada kategori baik (nilai 61-80) dengan persentase 38.33%. Sementara itu, untuk per-dimensi kognitif dinyatakan bahwa peserta didik lebih menguasai dimensi kognitif menganalisis (C4) dibandingkan mengevaluasi (C5) dengan persentase secara berurutan 61.17% dan 49.83%. Kata Kunci: Analisis, kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi, soal, menganalisis (C4), mengevaluasi (C5)

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the Implementation of Procurement of Facilities and Infrastructure for Elementary Schools in Remote Areas in Muara Sugihan District in terms of context, input, process and result elements and internal factors and external factors procurement of standard facilities and infrastructure for Elementary Schools. This research includes a qualitative approach. The type of study used to evaluate the program is the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) model developed by Stufflebeam. Sources of information in this study were the Head of SDN 26 Muara Sugihan, teachers in grades one, four and six and BOS Operators. The result of the research is that the Implementation of Procurement of Facilities and Infrastructure for Elementary Schools in Remote Areas in Muara Sugihan District in terms of the elements of context, input, process and results can be said to be successful because it can increase the teacher's enthusiasm for teaching and children's motivation to learn. Procurement of facilities and infrastructure is school autonomy with a separate budget originating from school budgets from the government, BOS funds or donors. One of the factors that influence the provision of Standards for Facilities and Infrastructure at SDN 26 Muara Sugihan is one of the facilities and infrastructure, this is due to the existence of a system that has not worked as it should where there has been inequality in education or in other words the inequality of existing facilities implemented at SDN 26 Muara Sugihan has not been fulfilled
