Grin  Kharkiv National Medical University, Kharkov, [email protected] AbstractWe evaluated Thiotriazoline ointment effects modification by incorporating silver nanoparticles in experimental thermal burns. Studies were carried out on 78 rat population WAG (4 groups, each group of 6 rats): 1 – intact; 2 – burn (without treatment), 3 – burn + "Thiotriazoline ointment 2%", the reference drug; 4 – burn + Thiotriazoline ointment with silver nanoparticles (0.00081%). We studied the skin morphological changes upon thermal damage. We have found that the incorporation of silver nanoparticles in Thiotriazoline ointment modifies its healing action; reparative process takes place more intensively than with Thiotriazoline ointments, which is confirmed by destructive process restriction within epidermis and derma, epithelialization acceleration and complete closure of the defect at 21th day of thermal burn healing versus 28th day with reference drug use.Keywords: Thiotriazoline ointment with silver nanoparticles, thermal burns

Financing – The basis of organization and realization of the investment policy of Russian enterprises

The relevance of the research: the relevance of research problem caused the necessity in organization investment policy of Russian enterprises for intensification their strategic investment development and insufficient development of theoretical and methodological aspects in attracting financial resources for the realization of investment decisions. Purpose of the research: the purpose of this article concludes in developing of measures to overcome the negative impact of the factors limiting the financial support of the investment activity of Russian companies in the context of a systematic approach. Methods of research: the main method of research of this problem is dialectical method of cognition of reality, allowing to investigate this issue thoroughly and interpret scientific results. Results of the research: Identify issues that restrict financing and proposed measures to overcome the negative impact of the factors limiting the financial support of the investment activity of Russian companies, including the modernization of the tax policy and the depreciation policy of the enterprise, the solution lowered the carrying amount and the residual value of fixed assets. Developed measures to promote the revitalization of financing strategic investment decisions on the basis of a common mechanism of tax regulation and amortization. Practical significance: realization of these measures could attract significant financial resources for intensification of the investment activity of Russian companies in the long term. © 2016 Charaeva et al

КОМБІНОВАНА ТЕРАПІЯ ПРИ ЛІКУВАННІ ПАЦІЄНТІВ З ОЖИРІННЯМ ІІ СТУПЕНЯ

Summary. Obesity is a rapidly spreading modern pandemic that requires continuous improvement of treatment regimens while maintaining an individual approach to each patient. The aim of the study – to analyze the effectiveness of drug correction in patients with grade 2 obesity by comparing two groups of sugar-lowering drugs biguanides and glucagon-like peptide-1 analogues. Materials and Methods. Comparison of effectiveness of two groups of hypoglycemic drugs in patients with grade 2 obesity in order to discover their impact on body weight dynamics. Results. The paper presents the results of a comparative analysis of the use of biguanids and analogues of GLP-1 in patients with grade II obesity. Conclusions. The authors note a more pronounced effect of the use of analogues of GLP-1 in patients with grade II obesity compared with drugs of the metformin group. However, both groups of drugs showed a statistically significant decrease in body weight in the study groups.Резюме. Ожиріння є прогресуючою пандемією сьогодення, яка потребує постійного удосконалення схем лікування зі збереженням індивідуального підходу до кожного пацієнта. Мета дослідження – проаналізувати ефективність медикаментозної корекції у пацієнтів з ожирінням ІІ ступеня шляхом порівняння двох груп цукрознижувальних препаратів бігуанідів та аналогів глюкагоноподібного пептиду-1(ГПП-1). Матеріали і методи. Порівняти ефективність двох груп цукрознижувальних препаратів у пацієнтів із ожирінням II ступеня з метою оцінки їх впливу на динаміку маси тіла. Результати. У дослідженні представлено результати порівняльного аналізу використання препаратів групи бігуанідів та аналогів ГПП-1 у пацієнтів з ожирінням ІІ ступеня. Висновки. Автори відмічають більш виражений ефект від використання та аналогів ГПП-1 у пацієнтів з ожирінням ІІ ступеня порівняно з препаратами групи метформінів. Проте обидві групи препаратів показали статистично достовірне зниження маси тіла у досліджуваних групах

The relationship of time perspective and subjective perceptions of students as the empirical base for individualization of the educational path

The significance of the investigated problem is stipulated by the need in practicing individualization of vocational educational process in the continuing education and lack of scientific and methodological support of its accompaniment. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the subjective perceptions and temporal perspective as the empirical bases of individualization of vocational and educational process. The leading method of research of this problem is a questionnaire that allows to identify the level of demonstration time perspectives (adapted technique ZTPI) and differentiate subjective judgments about the system of vocational education, professional self-determination process (questionnaire). The results of empirical study of time perspective, the subjective perception of vocational education and retrospective-prospective (forward-looking) aspects of professional self-determination, as well as their relationship with students are presented and discussed in the article. The results can be taken into account in the scientific and methodological support of individualization of vocational and educational process and in applied methods of formation of individual educational paths in vocational education. © 2016 Zavodchikov et al

High-voltage pulse discharge as factor of the methanogenesis initiation

Results of scientific research on influence of the high-voltage pulse discharge on process of bioorganic waste methane sludge fermentation in agricultural production are given in the article. Powerful infra- and ultrasonic fluctuations leading to emergence of shock waves exert strong impact on processes: disinfecting, cleanings and deflocculation of bioorganic mix, as well as on activity of various physical and chemical changes of synthesis products. Selecting the modes of high-voltage pulse processing, it is possible to provide highly productive anaerobic bacteria. At the same time "artificial selection" as a result of which weak microorganisms perish is observed, and the strong group remains. Viable species of microorganisms, having received at the order nutrient medium, as a result of destruction and death of weak microorganisms, begin to breed quickly, increasing growth of a biofilm responsible for a biogas exit. For the analysis of experimental data on development of technological process for anaerobic sludge fermentation the method of trans-resonant functional topography which provided informational content of the active environment concerning ions and free radicals arising in the course of modifying the organic substratum was used.Keywords: biogas unit, anaerobic sludge fermentation, electro technology, methanogenesis,pulse discharge, bioorganic waste, water substratum, organic fertilizers, processing, ecology

Минерагеническая позиция и геологический потенциал техногенно-минеральных образований золото-серебряного месторождения Валунистое (Чукотский АО)

In the coming years, the mine of LLC "Rudnik Valunisty" developing the gold and silver Valunistoe and Gornoye deposits will exhaust economically justified reserves. One of the ways to extend the life of the mine and increase the profitability of production should be the extraction of man-made secondary mineral resources. The purpose of the study is to identify the main types of solid and hydromineral form of technogenic-mineral formations at the Valunistoe Deposit, as well as to estimate the possibility of their industrial development. The useful components content was determined and calculated. The results of theoretical modeling of physical and chemical parameters of hypergenic mineral formation of the solid part of technogenic-mineral formations are shown. Objects of formation of technological waters are given. The conditions of concentration of gold and other metals are considered.В ближайшие годы рудник ООО «Рудник Валунистый», который ведет разработку золото-серебряных месторождений Валунистое и Горное, исчерпает экономически оправданные запасы. Одним из путей продления срока службы рудника и повышения рентабельности производства должна стать добыча техногенно-минеральных ресурсов. Целью исследования является выделение основных типов ТМО месторождения Валунистое в твердой и гидроминеральной форме, а также оценка возможности их промышленного освоения. Определены и подсчитаны полезные компоненты, содержащиеся в них. Показаны результаты теоретического моделирования физико-химических параметров гипергенного минералообразования твердой части ТМО. Приведены объекты образования технологических вод. Оценены условия концентрации в них золота и других металлов

Plasmids specifying ε{lunate}-caprolactam degradation in Pseudomonas strains

The large plasmid DNAs were found in several strains of Pseudomonas sp. capable of growing on ε{lunate}-caprolactam as a sole source of carbon and nitrogen. The ability to grow on ε{lunate}-caprolactam and ε{lunate}-aminocaproic acid as sole sources of carbon or nitrogen and adipic acid as a sole source of carbon could be transferred in interspecies crosses. All transconjugants harboured corresponding large plasmid DNAs. It was suggested that the discovered plasmids possessed the genetic material controlling several consecutive reactions of ε{lunate}-caprolactam catabolism yielding acetate and succinate. © 1984
