Comparison of guidelines for the management of patients with high‐risk and advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma – a systematic review
The management of high‐risk cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) can be a challenge as evidence from high quality clinical trials is rare. Guideline developers are challenged to provide practical and useful guidance for clinicians even in the absence of good evidence. In order to compare treatment recommendations for high‐risk and advanced cSCC among national and international guidelines and to extract the most precise guidance provided, a systematic search was carried out in guideline databases Medline and Embase with a cutoff of 4 March 2019. Treatment recommendations for predefined clinical scenarios were extracted from selected guidelines and compared qualitatively. Five guidelines published from 2015 to 2018 were included. Excision of high‐risk tumours with margin assessment was recommended in all guidelines. A safety margin of at least 6 mm was suggested in four guidelines. There was no clear recommendation to perform a sentinel lymph node biopsy in any guideline. Lymph node dissection was uniformly recommended in the presence of nodal disease. Treatment for metastatic cSCC was poorly characterized and restricted to the use of chemotherapy and epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors. Recommendations for the management of high‐risk and advanced cSCC were limited. We propose that guidelines should be updated to reflect recent advances in checkpoint blockade for metastatic cSCC

In large firms, debt-related agency problems are often resolved through the bond pricing process in the formal debt markets. When these same debt-related agency problems arise in small, private firms, the structure of the secured lending agreement must resolve these problems. This study identifies debt-related agency problems as they exist in private firms and examines howf the lending agreement resolves these problems

Design and Fabrication Concepts of a Compact Undulator with Laser-Structured 2G-HTS Tapes
To produce small-scale high-field undulators for table-top free electron lasers (FELs), compact designs have been proposed using high temperature superconducting (HTS) tapes, which show both large critical current densities and high critical magnetic fields with a total tape thickness of about 50 μm and a width of up to 12 mm. Instead of winding coils, a meander structure can be laser-scribed directly into the superconductor layer, guiding the current path on a quasi-sinusoidal trajectory. Stacking pairs of such scribed tapes allows the generation of the desired sinusoidal magnetic fields above the tape plane, along the tape axis. Two practically feasible designs are presented, which are currently under construction at KIT: A coil concept wound from a single structured tape with a length of 15 m, which is a progression of a design that has been presented already in the past, as well as a novel stacked and soldered design, made from 25 cm long structured tapes, soldered in a zig-zag-pattern. In this contribution the designs are briefly recapped and the experimental progress is presented
