    The role of changes in indicators of immune response in the formation of structural and clinical manifestations of hypertrophy of lingutical aligment

    The authors based on the results of a comprehensive examination of 32 patients diagnosed with "Hypertrophy of the lingual tonsil", established that the clinical manifestations of this suffering are combined with dystrophic changes in the parameters of the state of the immune response. The latter indicate the development of autoimmune reactions in the body of patients, the activation of humoral mechanisms of regulation of inflammation and the preservation of the activity of the cellular component of the immune response. In this case, the most significant deviations of the studied parameters occurred in patients with the most vivid clinical picture. The authors believe that the disturbance of the immune regulation system is an important pathogenetic factor of the lingual tonsil hypertrophy, which affects the severity of the clinical manifestations of this patholog

Платонова  ГУ «Украинский НИИ медицинской реабилитации и курортологииМЗ Украины»             Авторы, при проведении экспериментальных исследований на 80 белых крысах-самцах, выявили, что развитие  экспериментального дексаметазонового артрита сопровождается воспалительными и дистрофически-дегенеративными изменениями в хряще и окружающих тканях поврежденного сустава. Проведение цикла аппликаций МВ СКВ. № 1656 г. Старобельск на поврежденный сустав снижает интенсивность воспалительных и дегенеративных изменений в хряще, а через 15 дней опыта (6 аппликаций) обеспечивает восстановление структурно-функциональной организации хряща. Platonova The Ukrainian scientific and research institute of medical rehabilitation and balneology of the Ministry of health of Ukraine Authors, during the experimental studies on 80 white male rats, revealed that the development of experimental arthritis dexamethasone suppression accompanied by inflammatory and dystrophic-degenerative changes in the cartilage and surrounding tissues of the affected joint. Carrying loop applications MW SLE. Number 1656 Starobelsk on the damaged joint reduces the intensity of the inflammatory and degenerative changes in the cartilage, and after 15 days of the experiment (6 applications) ensures the recovery of structural and functional organization of the cartilage.     Structural and functional transformation of the small intestine wall in the conditions of the functioning of the artificial urinary reservoir in the experiment

    Morphological changes of the wall of the artificial urinary bladder are various and its investigation continues from the moment of the creation of the first conduit on the ileum's section. The aim of the work is to explore the structural-functional transformation of the mucous and the neobladder wall in 12 months after ileocystoplasty in the experimental conditions on mini-pigs. The results of the neobladder's experimental model, created by the execution of cystectomy and ileocystoplasty in 9 experimental mini-pigs are the material of this work. 12 months after the operation of modeling the urinary bladder, animals were removed from the experiment of nembutal overdosing, following the provisions of "The European convention for the Protection of vertebrate animals being in use for experiments or for other scientific purposes". Our morphological changes of the artificial urinary bladder, formed from the segment ileum 12 months after the orthotopic ileoplasty proved significant ultra-structural changes in the neobladder's epithelial layer. Ileum's villi within the conditions of the artificial urinary bladder are decreased and smoothed, epithelial cells are similar to the interjacent epithelium. The connective-tissue plate is thickened and becomes callous, the muscular layer is also thickened. The samples of the ileum, that remained in the normal environment without the compatibility with urine, did not undergo the significant morphological transformations and did not differ from the samples of the intact ileum. The transplantation of the ileum segment for performing new, not-programmed functions causes it to adapt to new conditions, although the urinary bladder and the ileum have different origins and structures from the very beginning. New aggressive conditions and constant contact with urine lead to the transformation of the mucous of the ileum and acquire new features necessary for performing new functions

    The article reviews the pathogenesis and the course of autism. Authors define autism as a psychosomatic disorder. A distinctive feature of mineral waters, as natural therapeutic factors of weak intensity, is their pronounced biological activity, the absence of side effects and the possibility of long-term use in combination with medication therapy. The paper presents data substantiating the possibility of using mineral water with an increased content of organic substances for the correction of the somatic component of autism (problems of the gastrointestinal tract, carbohydrate metabolism disorders, neurosis)

Насибуллин 1Украинский НИИ стоматологии НАМН Украины, Одесса2ГУ "Украинский НИИ медицинской реабилитации и курортологии", Одесса Резюме            Авторы, по результатам исследований 65 белых крыс линии Вистар аутбредного разведения, у которых моделировали гиперчувствительность иммунной системы замедленного типа и травму слизистой щеки, выявили системное нарушение дизрегуляционного характера в виде ослабления дифференциации эпителиоцитов, снижении активности NO˗S  и накоплении липидов в кишечнике и аорте. Эти изменения формировались на фоне дистрофических изменений лимфоидных фолликул стенки кишечника. Курс солкосерила восстанавливал структуру фолликул и нормализовал остальные исследуемые показатели. Авторы полагают, что изменение лимфоидных фолликул способствует развитию дизрегуляционных и аутоиммунных процес сов в организме, что делает возможным формирование МЭЭ. Nаsibullin 1Ukrainian Research Institute of Dental Academy of Medical Sciences Ukraine2The Ukrainian scientific and research institute of medical rehabilitation and balneology of the Ministry of health of Ukraine, Odessa, Ukraine  AbstractThe authors, based on the results of research of 65 white outbred Wistar rats breeding in which simulated hypersensitivity of the immune system and delayed-type injury buccal mucosa revealed a systemic disorder dizregulyatsionnogo nature in the form of weakening the differentiation of epithelial cells, reducing NO˗S activity and the accumulation of lipids in the intestine and aorta. These changes are formed on the background of degenerative changes in the lymphoid follicles of the intestinal wall. Course solcoseryl restoring the follicle structure and normalized the remaining studied parameters. The authors suggest that a change in the lymphoid follicles contributes to the development of autoimmune processes dizregulyatsionnyh and owls in the body, which makes possible the formation of the magnetoelectric effect. Solkoseril, by virtue of its properties (repair stimulant), had a positive impact not only on the epithelium, but also on the structural and functional organization of the lymph nodes, which contributed to the reduction of autoimmune reactions.Keywords: hypersensitivity of the immune system; solkoseril; follicles NO˗sintaza; erythema

    Comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of natural silicon mineral waters and their artificial analogics on the current experimental patiology of sleeve-surface tract

    The article presents data on the effect of silicon-containing mineral waters (MW) and their artificial analogues with the corresponding content of metasilicic acid on the state of the stomach wall in the modeling of gastritis in white rats. It was established that the use of MW with different content of metasilicic acid has a unidirectional, positive effect on the course of gastritis. MW with greater mineralization, molarity and high content of methacrylic acid completely eliminate inflammation and moderately stimulate reparative processes. In the application of MW with less mineralization, molarity and lower content of metasilicic acid, there were definitive inflammation manifestations, but the manifestations of reparative processes were more pronounced. The same trend was observed with the use of artificial analogues - model solutions on distilled water with the corresponding content of metasilicic acid. It is determined the same restorative in the direction, but much weaker corrective effect than the corresponding MW. The important component of the corrective action of these silicon MW when used in animals with gastritis is determined by the peculiarities of the macro component composition and the proportion of the main macro components - Na +, K +, Mg2 +, Ca2 +, НСО3, Cl-, SO42- and, to a lesser extent, silicon content

    Correction of magnesium deficiency in the body with balneological means: experimental studies

    In the modern world, a lack of magnesium in the body is one of the most common deficient conditions in humans. Low levels of magnesium have been associated with a number of chronic diseases. This work is devoted to the study of the effect of the use of the balneological means "Magnesium oil" for the correction of the manifestations of experimentally induced magnesium deficiency. The experiment was conducted on 50 white female rats of the Wistar auto-breeding line which were divided into 3 equal groups: (1) control, (2) model of magnesium deficiency, (3) received "Magnesium oil". As a result of modeling the state of magnesium deficiency, significant changes are observed in the central nervous system, vegetative nervous system, and kidneys of animals. The use of balneological means "Magnesium oil" can significantly reduce the negative manifestations of magnesium deficiency

    Justification of the renoprotective action of the mixture of sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate solutions in phenylhydrazine intoxication

    The authors conducted a study on 35 white Wistar outbred rats to investigate the possibility of correcting acute kidney damage induced by the administration of phenylhydrazine at a dose of 100 mg/kg by introducing a mixture of sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate solutions into the body. The research results identified changes in the kidneys upon phenylhydrazine administration, including the loss of some capillary glomeruli, eosinophilic deposits in Bowman's spaces and tubular lumens, and lymphoid infiltration in the interstitium. Rats receiving a mixture of sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate solutions in their drinking water showed positive changes in their kidneys: no loss of capillary glomeruli was observed, and eosinophilic deposits were absent in most tubules. Lymphocyte aggregation was only observed around some renal vessels. The authors suggest that the intake of additional sodium and bicarbonate into the body, along with alkalinization of the primary urine, promotes the excretion of hemolysis products caused by phenylhydrazine, which contributes to renoprotection and preservation of renal parenchyma

Methods. The detoxifying function of the liver was studied by the duration of sleep of animals due to the action of anesthesia - intraperitoneal administration of sodium thiopental (estimate the rate of metabolism of thiopental, carried out by the cytochrome-P-450-dependent monooxygenase system of hepatocytes). The structural and functional state of the liver parenchyma was assessed according to the study of histological preparations. The results of the studies showed that under the influence of the external application of "Lamidin" in the test rats, the liver1s detoxification function is enhanced (significantly significant decrease in the duration of sleep of animals). At the same time, structural signs of increased functional activity of hepatocytes are determined in the parenchyma. Conclusions. The authors believe that "Lamidan", due to the peculiarities of its chemical composition, enhances the metabolic and functional activity of hepatocytes but does not damage the correlative relationships between the structure and function of hepatocytes.     Evaluation of the influence of Chloride Sodium rape on the external application on the structural and functional condition of red kidney on development

    Much attention has been paid to the study of the numerous effects of chronic stress and the methods of their correction, but some questions remain unanswered. Goal. To investigate the effect of highly mineralized sodium chloride mineral water (brine) on the structural and functional state of rat kidneys with experimental distress. White female rats weighing 180 - 220 g were ranked into three groups: group I intact rats (control), group II rats with a distress model (duration 30 days); group III - rats with a model of distress, who from 15 to 30 day of experiment received a course of external procedures with rapes. In group II rats, the development of distress caused dystrophic changes in the kidneys, which led to inhibition of their urinary, ion-regulating and excretory functions. To correct the manifestations of distress rats received a course of external procedures with brine (5 procedures for 2 hours a day). Renal function restored: GFR exceeds group I data by 30%, resulting in complete recovery of the diuresis. Urea excretion is restored, and creatinine excretion exceeds the control level by 30% (p <0.001). The concentration of potassium ions is restored to the control level, their excretion is reduced by 20%, and the urinary excretion of sodium and chloride ions is increased by — 90% and 57%. Microscopically — the structure of nephrons and their components without visual changes, that is, does not differ from the first group of rats. Conclusions. Studies have shown that with transdermal administration of sodium chloride brine has a significant protective effect on the course of pathological changes in the function of the kidney of rats against the background of the development of distress
