Creating an Empirical Model of the Effect of Relationship Marketing Strategy on Customer Loyalty Case Study: Insurance Firms in Iran
To understand the mechanism of how loyalty programs can work effectively, this paper creating an empirical model of the effect of relationship marketing strategy on customer loyalty. The findings indicated that the relationship marketing positively related to the customer loyalty both toward the programs themselves and the stores. So, our population statistical is customer of insurance firm in Iran and the amount of sample according to Cochran formula is 140 person. For testing the data, we use from SPSS 19 with correlation and regression, according to finding all of the hypothesis are accepted.

Physical Therapy and Dry Needling for Erectile Dysfunction and Impaired Penile Sensation Following Reconstructive Surgeries of the Penis; A Case Report
Peyronie’s disease (PD) is a connective tissue disorder resulting from abnormal development of fibrotic and non-expandible thickened scar tissue in the penis. Surgical intervention might lead to other complications, including decreased sensation in the penis, persistent pain after surgery, and less-rigid erections. This study presents the physiotherapeutic assessment and management of a 33-year-old man with erectile dysfunction and impaired penile sensation following reconstructive surgeries of the penis. The patient was given physiotherapeutic interventions including dry needling (DN) and subcision of the scar and stretching exercise of the penis. After the 5th visit, the patient reported improvement in symptoms. This case report suggests that dry-needling and subcision techniques can improve pain and sexual well-being in patients with post-plication surgery problems
Survey of the Knowledge and use of the library\\\'s Information Section among users of the Central Library of Birjand University of Medical Sciences
Background and Aim: The assessment of the Central Library members' use and Knowledge is an important step in a comprehensive planning to improve their awareness of the available facilities and services. This Study was performed to determine knowledge, and use of library services and facilities of the information section by the members of the Central Library. Materials and Methods: In This descriptive– analytical study, among 558 participants, 344 students were selected through systematic sampling and the rest (254) by means of census. A self-designed questionnaire considering the aim of the study was used to evaluate some of the facilities offered by the information section. The gathered data was analyzed by means of Mann- Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis Tests using SPSS Software (version 15) and P≤0.05 was taken as the significant level. Results: Among 558 participants, 57%, 18%, 20% and 5% were students, staff, faculty members, and free members, respectively. 93/4% were aware of the library working hours and 16.6% were not satisfied with it. The most and the least familiarity with databases involved Irandoc and Ovid Bank (66/8%, 54%), respectively. Among the Computer Softwares, Microsoft Word was the most applicable one. Mean score (from the total of 116) of using library services and facilities was 21.719.1. There was a Significant relationship between the level of knowledge and library usage of the studied library members (P<0.001). Conclusion: The results showed that there is a relationship between members' Knowledge and their use of, the services and facilities of the central library
Exploring role of Internet addiction in predicting quality of life ( Physical health , mental health , social health , and environment ) in students
Today the huge crowds use of internet in the world. In the case of Internet addiction in people, can incur irreparable damage especially the students. The aim of this study was Use traumatic virtual role in predicting quality of life( Physical health , mental health , social health , and environment ). Methods: This is descriptive correlational. The study population included all students of PNU on center downtown Rey. A total of 110 patients were selected from the community.students' responded with Internet addiction and wool Quality of life questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF).In order to analyze the data descriptive statistics ( mean and standard deviation ) and inferential statistics ( Pearson correlation coefficient ) was used. Results: The results showed that there is an inverse relationship between internet addiction and quality of life of students. There is an inverse relationship between internet addiction and physical health of students. There is an inverse relationship between internet addiction and mental health. There is a significant relationship between internet addiction and social well. There is a significant relationship between internet addiction and the health of the environment. Conclusion: with holding workshops and provide sufficient space for family and free time classes for youth ,it can improve and enhance the quality of life of people with Internet addiction
Barriers to participation in medical research from the perspective of researchers
Background: The first step toward organizing research activities is to obtain a correct perception of available capabilities. This study was conducted to investigate the researchers' views about barriers affecting research activities.
Methods: This descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted using the census method. The population consisted of the faculty members of Birjand University of Medical Sciences in 2014. The research tool was a questionnaire in six areas of financial, facility, professional, scientific, personal, and organizational– managerial barriers. The results were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Friedman test.
Results: Faculty members confirmed that although all barriers affected research activities, organizational–managerial barriers (3.73 ± 0.63) had the greatest and scientific barriers (3.15 ± 0.93) had the lowest effect, respectively. The results of Friedman test showed that there is a significant difference between the mean values of factors related to various barriers affecting research activities from the viewpoint of the participants' answers.
Conclusions: Research activities are affected by numerous barriers. Strategies, such as empowering researchers, employing new technologies in the creation of research teams, and benefiting from research experts in various stages of research, may have a positive effect on the removal of the barriers
Patients with Coronary Artery Disease Have Lower Levels of Antibody to Heat-Stressed Fibroblast Derived Proteins, versus Normal Subjects
Cellular stress response plays an important role in the pathophysiology of coronary artery disease (CAD). Inhibition of cellular stress may provide a novel clinical approach regarding the diagnosis and treatment of CAD. Fibroblasts constitute 60-70% of cardiac cells and have a crucial role in cardiovascular function. Hence, the aim of this study was to show a potential therapeutic application of proteins derived from heat-stressed fibroblast in CAD patients. Fibroblasts were isolated from the foreskin and cultured under heat stress conditions. Surprisingly, 1.06% of the cells exhibited a necrotic death pattern. Furthermore, heat-stressed fibroblasts produced higher level of total proteins than control cells. In SDS-PAGE analysis, a 70 kDa protein band was observed in stressed cell culture supernatants which appeared as two acidic spots with close pI in the two-dimensional electrophoresis. To evaluate the immunogenic properties of fibroblast-derived heat shock proteins (HSPs), the serum immunoglobulin-G (IgG) was measured by ELISA in 50 CAD patients and 50 normal subjects who had been diagnosed through angiography. Interestingly, the level of anti-HSP antibody was significantly higher in non-CAD individuals in comparison with the patient’s group (p<0.05). The odds ratio for CAD was 5.06 (95%CI=2.15‐11.91) in cut-off value of 30 AU/mL of anti-HSP antibody. Moreover, ROC analysis showed that anti-HSP antibodies had a specificity of 74% and a sensitivity of 64%, which is almost equal to 66% sensitivity of exercise stress test (EST) as a CAD diagnostic method. These data revealed that fibroblast-derived HSPs are suitable for the diagnosis and management of CAD through antibody production
