Currently, the complexity of embedded LSI system is growing faster than the productivity of system design. This trend results in a design productivity gap, particularly in tight development time. Since the verification task takes bigger part of development task, it becomes a major challenge in LSI system design. In order to guarantee system reliability and quality of results (QoR), verifying large coverage of system functionality requires huge amount of relevant test cases and various scenario of evaluations. To overcome these problems, verification methodology is evolving toward supporting higher level of design abstraction by employing HW-SW co-verification. In this study, we present a novel approach for verification LSI circuit which is called as unified HW/SW co-verification framework. The study aims to improve design efficiency while maintains implementation consistency in the point of view of system-level performance. The proposed data-driven simulation and flexible interface of HW and SW design become the backbone of verification framework. In order to avoid time consuming, prone error, and iterative design spin-off in a large team, the proposed framework has to support multiple design abstractions. Hence, it can close the loop of design, exploration, optimization, and testing. Furthermore, the proposed methodology is also able to co-operate with system-level simulation in high-level abstraction, which is easy to extend for various applications and enables fast-turn around design modification. These contributions are discussed in chapter 3. In order to show the effectiveness and the use-cases of the proposed verification framework, the evaluation and metrics assessments of Very High Throughput wireless LAN system design are carried out. Two application examples are provided. The first case in chapter 4 is intended for fast verification and design exploration of large circuit. The Maximum Likelihood Detection (MLD) MIMO decoder is considered as Design Under Test (DUT). The second case, as presented in chapter 5, is the evaluation for system-level simulation. The full transceiver system based on IEEE 802.11ac standard is employed as DUT. Experimental results show that the proposed verification approach gives significant improvements of verification time (e.g. up to 10,000 times) over the conventional scheme. Pengaruh Motivasi, Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bintang Auto Semesta

Riset ini akan menganalisis bagaimana kinerja karyawan PT Bintang Auto Semesta dipengaruhi oleh motivasi, komunikasi, serta lingkungan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif serta pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 80 responden yakni karyawan PT. Bintang Auto Semesta. Kemudian dibantu analisis data dengan menggunakan program SPSSv26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh analisis regresi linear berganda Y = 5,547 + 0,193 + 0,350 + 0,339 dan hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel  motivasi (X1), komunikasi (X2), serta lingkungan kerja (X3) secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel motivasi (X1), komunikasi (X2), serta lingkungan kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis uji T diperoleh sebesar 2,092 (X1), 3,624 (X2), serta 3,361 (X3), ttabel sebesar 1,664 yang dipengaruhi dari tabel distribusi untuk df = 80-3 serta signifikasi semua variabel independen < 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05) dan uji F diperoleh hasil sebesar 49,029 dengan ftabel sebesar 2,72 yang dipengaruhi dari tabel distribusi untuk df = 80-3 dan signifikasi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05).asd

Dampak Latihan Hammer Curl dengan Latihan Barbell Curl terhadap Peningkatan Volume Otot Biceps Brachii

Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini bahwa banyak variasi latihan beban dalam memperbesar volume otot lengan atas terutama otot biceps brachii, sekaligus otot yang paling banyak berkontraksi ketika melakukan latihan beban pada otot bagian lain atau lengan adalah media untuk melatih otot pada tubuh bagian atas. Sehingga kerja otot lengan atas terutama otot biceps brachii cukup banyak untuk itu membutuhkan energi yang lebih dibandingkan dengan otot lain.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen karena dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan pelatihan selama dua bulan. Pengolahan data yang dipergunakan adalah SPSS seri 22 menggunakan analisis pair sample t-test dan independent sample t-test. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 orang mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani angkatan 2011 hasil dari teknik purposive sampling. Rata-rata tes awal kelompok hammer curl adalah 15.20, dan rata-rata tes akhir adalah 16.20, sedangkan rata-rata tes awal kelompok barbell curl adalah 15.93 dan rata-rata tes akhir adalah 17.86. Serta terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari proses latihan hammer curl terhadap peningkatan volume otot biceps brachi dengan nilai probabilitas (sig.) 0.000 < 0.05. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari proses latihan barbell curl terhadap peningkatan volume otot dengan nilai probabilitas (sig.) 0.000 < 0.05. Maka hasil penelitian hammer curl dan barbell curl menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) terhadap peningkatan volume otot pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani angkatan 2011.The background in this study was that many variations of weight training in increased the volume of the upper arm muscles, especially the biceps brachii muscle, as well as the muscles that contract the most when doing weight training on other muscles or arms are the medium for training muscles in the upper body. So that the work of the upper arm muscles, especially the biceps brachii muscle, is quite a lot for it requires more energy than other muscles. The research method used was an experimental method because in this study, training was carried out for two months. The data processing used was SPSS 22 series using pair analysis. sample t-test and independent sample t-test. The number of samples used was 40 Physical Education students class of 2011 as a result of the purposive sampling technique. The mean of the baseline hammer curl group was 15.20, and the mean of the final test was 16.20, while the mean of the baseline barbell curl group was 15.93 and the mean of the final test was 17.86. And there is a significant effect of the hammer curl training process on the increase in the volume of the biceps brachii muscle with a probability value (sig.) Of 0.000 <0.05. There is a significant effect of the barbell curl training process on the increase in muscle volume with a probability value (sig.) Of 0.000 <0.05. So the results of the hammer curl and barbell curl research showed a significant (significant) effect on the increase in muscle volume in 2011 Physical Education student

IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI ADMINISTRASI WARGA RW 06 KAYUMANIS VII JAKARTA TIMUR BERBASIS WEB

Pelayanan kepada warga pada RW 10 Kayumanis kecamatan Matraman jika ingin membuat surat pengantar RT RW masih mengalamai sistem yang manual dengan cara datang langsung ke rumah sekretariat RT kendalanya adalah sering terjadi pak RT tidak ada dirumahnya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan pelayanan administrasi penulis membuat aplikasi administrasi berbasis web pada kelurahan Kayumanis dengan merubah prosedur dari manual ke komputerisasi dan untuk memberikan layanan yang terbaik bagi warga. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah SDLC dimulai dari requirement membuat analisa kebutuhan dari prosedur dalam pelayanan data pada RT setempat, kedua desain membuat perancangan sistem pelayanan data menggunakan pemodelan use case, activity diagram dan diagram usulan, tahap ketiga implementasi yaitu melakukan penerapan dari desain ke source code sesuai dengan alur, tahap terakhir testing melakukan pengujian aplikasi layanan administrasi kependudukan yang di dampingi oleh ketua RT setempat

Pengaruh Penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan Dan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2018

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan dan tanggung jawab sosial terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018.Tata kelola perusahaan di ukur menggunakan proksi Dewan Direksi, Komite Audit dan Tanggung jawab sosial dengan pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan sesuai dengan standar GRI, metode penelitian menggunakan metode Pusrposive sampling dan jenis penelitian menggunakan Kuantitatif eksplanasi dengan jenis data sekunder dan sumber data dari laporan tahunan (annual report) dan laporan berkelanjutan (sustainability report).Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : Dewan Direksi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan (ROA), Komite Audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan (ROA), dan Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan (ROA)

PENGARUH TARI TOPENG TERHADAP PENINGKATAN DAYA TAHAN

Penelitian ini secara umum untuk melihat aktivitas fisik yang teratur dan terprogram dapat meningkatkan kebugaran bagi setiap pelakunya. Tujuan khusus dalam penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh tari topeng terhadap peningkatan daya tahan cardio vasculer. Jenis penelitianya adalah eksperimen. Subyek penelitian ini adalah sanggar tari Sunda Sawawa Kec. Baregbeg, Kabupaten Ciamis. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan sampel total. Lama penelitian adalah 18 kali pertemuan atau sekitar dua bulan. Penulis mengambil data dari hasil tes awal dan tes akhir, kemudian data tersebut diolah dan dianalisis berdasarkan rumus statistika.Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data pada BAB IV, maka penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa: “Latihan tari topeng memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan daya tahan cardio vascular bagi siswa Sanggar Sunda Sawawa

Pengaruh Manajemen Pembelajaran Full Day School terhadap Kinerja Guru dalam Mewujudkan Pengamalan Nilai-Nilai Islam Siswa

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh manajemen pembelajaran full day school terhadap kinerja guru dalam mewujudkan pengamalan nilai-nilai Islam siswa. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik survey. Lokasi penelitian adalah di SDSMP IT Siliwangi Kabupaten Garut dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran full day school berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam mewujudkan pengamalan nilai-nilai Islam siswa. Artikel ini berkesimpulan bahwa pengamalan nilai-nilai Islam siswa dapat terwujud dengan baik yaitu dengan pelaksanaan kinerja guru yang optimal dan manajemen pembelajaran full day school yang dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efisien. Pengaruh Latihan Explosive Push-up Dengan Drop and Catch Push-up Terhadap Peningkatan Daya Tahan Otot Lengan

Analysis of Store Location and Atmosphere the Effect on Consumer Purchase Interest at Centro Department Store

This study aims to determine the analysis of the location and atmosphere of the store and its influence on consumer buying interest at the Centro Department Store. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents are all consumers who shop at the Centro Department Store. Data was collected through questionnaires, and data processing in this study used SPSS version 23.0. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with random sampling method. The research model used is a descriptive research model which describes systematically and accurately about the factors studied. The results of data processing obtained a multiple linear equation Y = 10.104 + 0.426 X1 + 0.363 X2, meaning that for every 1 point increase or decrease in location, consumer buying interest at the Centro Department Store will increase or decrease by 0.426 and each increase or decrease If the store atmosphere decreases by 1 point, then consumer buying interest at the Centro Department Store will increase or decrease by 0.363. In addition to calculating the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, this study also calculated the relationship between variables. The correlation between location and consumer buying interest is 0.426, the correlation between store atmosphere and consumer buying interest is 0.363, it can be said that the relationship between the three variables is quite strong and positive. From the results of the F test, model 1 obtained a value of 249.862 and model 2 obtained a value of 143.897, where the value is greater than the F table of 3.09, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the results of the t test, it was found that the location count was 3.456, and the store atmosphere t was 3.377, where the value was greater than the t table 1.66055, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there was a significant relationship between the location and the shop atmosphere on consumer buying interes
