The Legal Consequences of Supporting Candidates on Recommendation Sheets in an Illegal Way

In 2014 there were three elections in Hungary: the election of Members of Parliaments, the election of members of the European Parliament, furthermore, the elections of representatives and mayors of municipalities and of representatives of national minority local self-governments. The Hungarian Parliament passed a new act on electoral procedure in 2013 and we have had a new Criminal Code since 2012. This study examines a new legal institution, the recommendation sheets, which raise many questions, including criminal liability. In-situ TEM Investigation of Solid Phase Transformations and Reactions

In this paper, an example of phase analysis during annealing is presented using in-situ TEM. The example is demonstrated on amorphous Cu-Mn/C thin films focusing on phase identification in a multicomponent system. The transient states following the crystallization of the amorphous Cu-Mn alloy and the reaction with the C substrate were analyzed by evaluating the diffraction patterns recorded at different temperatures. The camera constant was calibrated using the internal standard method. The change in composition of the Cu(Mn) solid solution was calculated by separating the effect of thermal expansion and solute concentration. Identification of the forming phases was aided by analyzing and comparing the probability of formation of all phases in the Cu-Mn-C-O system. After the crystallization of amorphous Cu-Mn alloy into Cu(Mn) and α-Mn-based solid solutions, the formation of the following carbide phases was observed: Mn23C6, Mn5C2 and Mn7C3

Two new species of Fridericia (Annelida: Enchytraeidae) from Hungarian caves

Cave research in Hungary has developed a lot in the last decade. As a part of this progress, enchytraeid specimens were collected from Hungarian caves and were subsequently characterized by comparative morphological and molecular taxonomic analyses. Molecular phylogenetic studies based on ITS, CO1 and H3 sequences and morphological results confirmed that these specimens represented two species new to science. The descriptions of Fridericia baradlana sp. nov. and Fridericia spelaeophila sp. nov. are presented in this paper
