    Abstract : This thesis analyzes the folk trance dance of Sanghyang Janger Maborbor in the Yangapi village, Bangli regency. In line with the development of local community, the dance that originally performed only for certain occasions is now performed for entertainment including tourists’ consumption. Viewed from the form, the Sanghyang Janger Maborbor Dance is structured by opening, entrance, pejangeran dance section, and conclusion. The uniqueness of the ShangHyang Janger Maborbor dance that distinguishes it from the common janger dance lies in the employment of bonfire and trance. Seen from the function, this dance has as ritual function, social function, economic function, and esthetic function. The ritual function of SangHyang Janger Maborbor dance is related to the religious ceremony at Masceti Temple and other temples surrouding the Yangapi village. The social function of this dance can be seen in the cultural activities, economic and social decorum. Aesthetically, the dance reflects the artistic maturity of the local perfoming arts and artist. Seen from the meaning and significance, this dance has a religious significance, solidarity, and creativity

    The Effect of Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Performance Through Mediation of Work Spirit at Prama Sanur Beach Hotel

    Abstract-Performance is the achievement or outcome of work (output) in the form of quality and quantity that has been achieved by human resources per unit of time period in carrying out its work duties that is in accordance with the responsibilities assigned. Leadership is an activity to influence the behavior of human either individual or group and/or art. The study was conducted at Prama Sanur Beach Hotel. It addresses the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance through mediation of work spirit. Participants in this study were 81 persons of 417 employees of Prama Sanur Beach Hotel. We distributed questionnaires containing questions to identify the employee perception toward leadership system realized in their work place. We also collected a number of other related sources and theories to leadership and mediation of work, such as books, documents from library. We tested the hypothesis by Partial Least Square (PLS) application. The results showed that: (1) leadership and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee work spirit; (2) work environment and the spirt of work positively and significantly affect the employee performance; (3) employee spirit of work can fully mediate between leadership and performance; and (4) employee spirit of work can mediate between the work environment and employee performance.     The objective of this study is to determine the influence of career development and organizational culture with organizational commitment as mediation on employee performance. This study was conducted at the Public Works Department of Bali Province with a number of sample is 74 people. Data were collected by using observation method and interview with based on questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using PLS analysis. The results showed that organizational culture had positive effect with insignificant on employee performance; organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment; and organizational commitment significantly positive to employee performance. Career development negatively affects performance by not significant; career development has a positive effect on organizational commitment with no significant; organizational commitment mediates the influence of organizational culture on employee performance

    Accountability in managing village funds is needed to be able to run village governance properly. Several factors affect the accountability of village fund management, including the reporting system, performance audits, and human resource competence. This study aims to determine the effect of the reporting system, performance audits, and human resource competence.This research was conducted at the Village Office in North District. The sample in this study were 40 employees, the sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test.The results showed that the reporting system variable had a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Performance audits have a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Human resource competence has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village funds

    Tujuan disusunnya analisis peta mutu pendidikan (capaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan) Kabupaten Gianyar adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran ketercapaian mutu pendidikan Kabupaten Gianyar serta analisisnya, dan untuk menyusun laporan rekomendasi strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan di tingkat Kabupaten dan Provinsi Bali berdasarkan pemetaan mutu pendidikan dengan harapan dapat mendorong satuan pendidikan maupun pemerintah daerah mengimplementasikan SPMP dengan baik dan berkelanjutan.

    Analisis ini akan menghasilkan peta mutu dan berbagai rekomendasi yang akurat dan bermanfaat bagi pemerintah kota/kabupaten/ provinsi untuk dasar perencanaan program peningkatan mutu pendidikan di tingkat kota/kabupaten/ provinsi yang perlu dilaksanakan pada tahuntahun berikutnya. Agregasi data pemetaan mutu pendidikan adalah serangkaian strategi yang dilaksanakan oleh tim penjaminan mutu pendidikan daerah/pengawas sekolah tingkat Pemerintah Daerah untuk memonitor dan mengevaluasi mutu dan keefektifan sekolah dan tenaga kependidikan berdasarkan SNP. Hasil agregasi ini menjadi suatu kewajiban bagi pemerintah kabupaten/kota/ provinsi sesuai kewenangannya untuk dapat dipahami dan dilaksanakan secara terus menerus dan berkelanjutan sehingga menjadi suatu budaya mutu di tingkat kabupaten/kota, provinsi maupun tingkat pusat. Hal ini sesuai dengan peran Pemerintah Daerah baik Kabupaten maupun Kota dan Provinsi dalam Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, dalam hal: (1) menyediakan pelayanan pendidikan; (2) memonitor mutu pendidikan dan pelayanan pendukung pendidikan; (3) membuat laporan mengenai mutu dan kinerja sekolah; dan (4) meningkatkan mutu dan pelayanan pendidikan. Peta mutu pendidikan ini memaparkan peta capaian mutu SNP Kabupaten Badung untuk setiap jenjang pendidikan. Peta capaian mutu SNP dibuat sebagai perwujudan tugas dan wewenang LPMP Bali dalam memetakan mutu pendidikan dan pelaksanaan SPMI-Dikdasmen berdasarkan data dan informasi dalam sistem informasi mutu pendidikan di tingkat Kabupaten Badung

    Konsep Hulu-Teben merupakan hirarkhi ruang di Bali yang dikenal sebagai ruang sakral dan profan. Di Banjar Gunungsari Desa kawasan desa Jatiluwih, hirarkhi ini sudah ada sejak desa ini terbentuk. Kealamian tata ruang ini selayaknya harus dijaga dari perkembangan dinamisasi pembangunan. Apalagi kawasan ini telah dinobatkan sebagai Warisan Budaya Dunia pada 29 Juni 2012. Konsep Hulu-Teben ini agar tetap dipertahankan untuk menjaga struktur sosial dan budaya di desa Jatiluwih. Sistem pengelolaan sinergis antara pemerintah dan masyarakat Jatiluwih sangat perlu diperhatikan baik dalam hal perencanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi. Dalam bidang perencanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi perlu pelibatan masyarakat secara komprehensif. Analisa dalam tata guna lahan, sistem pergerakan dan pemanfaatan ruang dilakukan dengan pendekatan community development program, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan yang dilakukan antara lain: depth interview dengan tokoh masyarakat, wawancara dengan warga dan pemerintah kabupaten Tabanan yang membidangi tata ruang dan sosial. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain dari aspek perencanaan: 1) kebutuhan warga terhadap perencanaan fasilitas fisik bangunan publik (18%); 2) infrastruktur desa (20%); 3) Fasilitas penunjang pariwisata (25%); 4) pengembangan seni dan budaya (10%) dan pelestarian sistem subak dan infrastruktur pengairan (27%). Dari aspek pengelolaan: peran serta warga yang dilibatkan dalam pengelolaan (60%) dan pemerintah (40%)
